My child always has a wonderful experience at the nursery. All the staff have been really wonderful and engaged. My child's speech and understanding has come.on leaps and bounds since starting nursery and we have noticed a lot more confidence.

We've had such a wonderful experience with this nursery. From day one, the staff have been incredibly helpful, professional, and genuinely caring. They've created a supportive, non-judgemental environment where my son has truly thrived. His speech has improved drastically since starting, and it's been amazing to see how much more confident and expressive he has become. He's formed lovely bonds with all the staff, who are always warm, welcoming, and engaging. It's clear how much they care about each child, and that personal connection has made such a difference. He absolutely loves going to nursery each day, and as a parent, there's nothing more reassuring than knowing your child is happy, safe, and well-supported. I can't thank the team enough for the positive impact they've had on his development. Highly recommend!

I cannot recommend bright horizons Andover enough. My daughter started in September 2024 and has thrived since being there. The staff are lovely and I have never felt worried about leaving my child in there care. The regular updates help keep my mind at rest and it's so lovely to see how much she enjoys being there. Most days it's can even be a struggle to get her to leave.

We cannot thank Andover Day Nursery enough for the wonderful care and encouragement they have given our daughter. She joined when she was just over one, and the team went above and beyond to make her transition smooth-whether with eating habits, confidence, or reassurance at such a young age. Their thoughtful communication gave us real comfort. The weekly updates are invaluable, letting us see her progress, friendships, and learning, while parent-teacher meetings provided detailed insights into her growth-always beyond our hopes. Our daughter has blossomed into a confident, happy, independent child thanks to the nurturing, supportive environment. As she moves on to school, we are grateful for the role the nursery has played. We had no hesitation applying again for our second child, knowing the wonderful experience that awaits them too.

Very happy with this nursery. My only lower scoring is on value for money. But this is more a reflection of child care costs in general, rather than a depiction that this nursery is more expensive than others. Both my daughters love it here and have developed very strong bonds with the staff.

The staff are very compassionate and understanding, not just to the children but the parents too. They take the time to listen and work together with you so it really feels like you're all a team rather than home vs nursery. The facilities are amazing and we love hearing about what they've done at the end of the day at handover. My daughter has made great relationships and connections to her peers which is just so lovely to see. The staff really do go above and beyond every single day

We had a bit of a rocky start when our daughter joined in February. Wasn't sure if she was just not settling in. The nursery was so great and made sure we worked out things to make her transition easier. Come to find out she was just getting chicken pox. Once she got better we did a refresh and our daughter is thriving! We are so glad we chose this nursery and I have to say they are all brilliant and we feel so at peace knowing she is being looked after when she's there. Thank you to everyone who looks after her and encourages her in her early development.

This is a really good nursery. I chose them because they seemed to retain their staff and there was a good feel to the place. This turned out to be right as they have been great with our daughter and have gone out of their way to help us at times.

Our daughter has been at the Andover Bright Horizons Nursery for about 9 months now and we have been amazed by how much she has grown and developed there! The team is wonderful and we can see that they have a passion for their work. They have been great at developing a relationship with her and she loves going there. We particularly enjoy the way her progress and feedback on her development are given in a very detailed and thoughtful way, highlighting how her personality shines through and the lovely way in which the team interacts with her on a daily basis. The Nursery is managed brilliantly and we get feedback on questions very quickly. We could not recommend this nursery enough!

Our son is very happy at this nursery. The staff are amazing, the food is great and we are very happy. We get regular updates on his progress, have had a thorough report for him and can see his development coming along well. The management are prompt with responses and the greeting we receive daily is lovely. There is a very homely feel to this nursery. Would highly recommend!

Our daughter has been at Bright Horizons Andover Day Nursery for just over a year and it was the best decision we ever made for her development, social skills and networking. We have had days where the separation anxiety got a bit much, making drop off a little more challenging than other days, and the team in Andover were absolutely fantastic. They truly went over and above to make her feel comfortable and at ease. The nursery manager is outstanding and every member of the team is fantastic, friendly and accommodating to what your children need. I could not rate or recommend Bright Horizons Andover enough! Thank you for all you do.

We are very happy with the Bright Horizons Nursery in Andover. The team of teachers is wonderful - professional, joyful, and knowledgeable, with a fantastic approach to children. Every day is a new adventure. Our son enjoys the activities and learns so much in the process. The nursery was recently refurbished and the management made sure it looks fantastic. Each room is well-equipped with toys and activities, always clean and tidy. There is a large outdoor garden that the children use daily. What I absolutely love is the warm, cosy atmosphere in each room, with soft lighting, thoughtful decorations, and a home-like feel. I've been told that the food is very tasty as well. My son loves going there, and I have complete peace of mind knowing he is in good hands every day.

Our son has been with Bright Horizons Andover Day Nursery and Preschool since September and he has loved it. He settled really quickly and the team have been fantastic. Everyone is so welcoming and clearly enjoys their job. I highly recommend this nursery!

Our daughter started at the nursery in April/May of 2023 at 7/8 months old and I am so glad she did. She loves all the staff and her friends and the communication from the nursery is always great! Would certainly recommend.

Honestly, the best nursery! All the staff are so lovely and my daughter loves her nursery days so much. I was nervous to send my daughter to nursery but they have made the whole process so smooth and my daughter is thriving there. They are so caring and give so much detail at the end of the day so I know how her day has gone. They are also amazing with any dietary requirements! Will definitely be sending my next child here.

The team at Bright Horizons Andover Day Nursery and Preschool are absolutely fabulous. They adore my child and the children in their care and this is evident in the way they interact with them. My son has come on leaps and bounds in terms of his development, especially his speech and language. I love hearing about his day on pick-up and the updates staff provide on the app throughout the afternoon are lovely! I especially like the photos and that I can see exactly what he's eaten and consumed throughout the day. Management and staff are supportive and can't do enough to help alleviate any worries or concerns. Would give more than five stars if I could.

Very nice and friendly staff, kids love to go there. I wish they allowed half days as well, just like before. I am very happy with the food they give to the kids. My only issue is they let my son sleep too much, although I asked them not to, and it has an effect on his night sleep.

The staff are amazing here! They listen to all your worries and concerns. They cater to every child's different needs and my daughter loves going there! Some drop-offs have tears but the staff are so good at settling her and reassuring me while I'm at work! They have a great new garden area which my daughter loves and comes home talking about the mud kitchen!

Our little boy started nursery at about one year old. We are really impressed with how all the members of staff interact with the little ones, our boy seems to know them all and be comfortable with them. He has an allergy and they are great at supporting his dietary needs. He has picked up some new signs at nursery and they do a range of fun activities. The updates in the app are useful and it's nice to see photos every week.
