The nursery has undergone a refurbishment and offers a safe and homely environment for all children, while staff provide activities which are rich, varied and imaginative.

Dedicated professionals ensure they meet the individual needs of the children and hold excellent relationships with parents.

Children aged 0-3 years may only book full-day sessions. We do not offer half-day sessions to children aged 0-3 years. The minimum number of sessions for children aged 0-3 years is two full days per week. If you book less than three full days, one of those days must be either a Monday or Friday.

Both of my children attend nursery and we have a really positive experience. I always felt comfortable and confident leaving my children knowing they are safe and happy. Can't recommend this nursery enough.

Fab team always helpful. Great learning environment both my daughters are happy and settled. Thought it was a bit much to expect £100 for admin fee to sign up sibling. Would be nice to have some grace as a loyal customer.

Everyone is amazing, my grandchild adores the ladies. We couldn't be happier. Thank you to three staff members in particular. Looking forward to toddler room & will throughly enjoy herself. 5 star rating, 10/10. All facilities are age appropriate & very clean!

Overall positive experience. My child has really enjoyed his time spent here. Staff are attentive and encourage lots of creative learning and development. My only criticism is the outdoor space could be bigger, maybe extend out into the car park a little but don't know if this is feasible and requires
planning permission.

Sending our boy to Westhill was the best decision we ever made.
The staff are absolutely amazing and the care they give is incredible.

The staff are brilliant and really care for the children and the development. The communication with the parents is really good. The feedback daily on the app always has good detail and a help to us with knowing sleep patterns, food and how your child is developing and doing at nursery.

My son has attended the nursery for three years and we couldn’t be happier. The nursery have been very supportive of his needs and kept us informed at all times which I found reassuring especially as a first-time mum. We have regular meetings with his key worker to discuss progress and plan next steps.
The staff are very attentive to the children, approachable and all-round pleasant. Other children in the family have attended this setting and they echo similar views five years on. My husband and l appreciate all their hard work and highly recommend the nursery.

Westhill Nursery has been a fantastic experience for our child so far. As with any new parent, it's often worrying when you first drop your child off to nursery. This is the second time we have used Westhill Corner, with our eldest child leaving the setting last year. Our youngest child has started in the Baby Room, and he absolutely loves it! All of the staff and the Manager are friendly and helpful and they have made his experience a really positive one. I
also love that he gets to go outside every single day despite the weather, which I know he loves.

My daughter recently joined Westhill Corner Day Nursery & Pre-school at 6 months old and my wife and I have been thrilled with how well she has settled. The staff are incredibly welcoming, friendly, supportive and nothing is ever too much. They go over and above each day and the app is a huge asset
and it’s lovely seeing what she has been up to during the day. Our daughter loves going to nursery and we feel really comfortable leaving her knowing that she is in great hands and will have a fantastic day. We honestly can’t recommend the nursery enough.

Lovely friendly staff - all of them! Never had any concerns with my child. I love the app and seeing what happens during the day, detailed write-ups and photos. Also, they contact if little ones had a minor bump. We all attended the Xmas fete at the nursery too and had a lovely time! The separate ring
app to collect at end of the day is great so we know the child is safe. My little one's learning and progressing lots too. Both of us parents have no complaints. Thank you and keep up the great work.

Thank you for taking the time to discover Westhill Corner Day Nursery. My name is Lucinda Rumble (call me Lou), and I'm the Nursery Manager here. I have more than 20+ years' experience in early education and am a Mum of three myself.


Since earning my childcare qualifications in 1999, I've spent my career creating learning environments where every child feels seen, nurtured, and encouraged. I believe I bring a wealth of leadership to the team here, having spent more than 15 years as a Nursery Manager.


I joined Tommies because our ethos here matches my own. We focus on warm relationships with families, provide thoughtful care for the children entrusted to us, and create purposeful learning opportunities through play that develop confidence and independence.
