Westhill Corner Day Nursery Coventry is a purpose-built setting which offers care and development for children aged between six weeks and five years.

The nursery has undergone a refurbishment and offers a safe and homely environment for all children, while staff provide activities which are rich, varied and imaginative.

Dedicated professionals ensure they meet the individual needs of the children and hold excellent relationships with parents.

As part of the Tommies Childcare family, Westhill Corner has a professional team that prides themselves on creating warm, vibrant and interactive environments which allow children to flourish socially and emotionally.

    Minimum sessions for children aged 0-3 years:
    Children aged 0-3 years may only book full-day sessions. We do not offer half-day sessions to children aged 0-3 years. The minimum number of sessions for children aged 0-3 years is two full days per week. If you book less than three full days, one of those days must be either a Monday or Friday.

My son loves going to nursery to see his friends and have fun with the activities at nursery, I've had loads of help with his behaviour as he started being naughty and the graduation ceremony was amazing.

Wonderful staff. My son loves going to his sessions. Always happy when I pick him up. Has had a great time playing in the garden when the weather has allowed them. Would highly recommend to anyone for their child/children.

Westhill Corner Day Nursery is a superb nursery due to its very friendly and approachable staff. The nursery alway looks clean and the children always look to be involved in various fun activities. The children's education and well being is always a top priority of the staff and it's comforting to
know that my little boy is in great hands when I'm at work.

Since the new manager came in I have seen a complete turnaround in the nursery. The nursery has totally been revamped and appears cleaner and more organised. Although they have been through many staff changes this hasn't effected my children. I would recommend this nursery to my friends of similar aged
children.

Westhill Corner Day Nursery is a very good nursery, my son started going this nursery when he was 22 months old and now he will go to school this September, it's like another home to my son. All the staff and teachers are very nice, especially the nursery manager and my childs key person, they all are
extremely good and they help my son learn so much. I am very happy that I chose this nursery for my son, I recommend this nursery to everyone. Thank you very much Westhill Corner Day Nursery for everything you did for my son.

Brilliant Nursery.
The staff are all wonderful and would highly recommend.
My daughter really enjoys going and loves the daily activities they do with her.
The staff are always keeping us informed as to what is happening and the feedback I received from the recent parents evening was great.

I am very relieved to have found this nursery because it's so good (previously he attended a different nursery). The staff here are polite and friendly, listen to any concerns I might have, it has a good, relaxed atmosphere. It's a pleasure to take my grandson to this nursery as he enjoys it so much.
He has done a range of different activities such as making pancakes, chocolate rice crispy cakes and planting sunflower seeds (he checked every day to see how much it's grown!) He has made lots of new friends and likes playing outside.

The nursery is warm and welcoming, very clean, lots of activities for the children to do. Staff are great, always ready to talk to you about anything, they keep us well informed about all that goes on in the nursery.
My grandson is a happy, and well adjusted little boy and enjoys nursery every day.
He has learnt a lot since going, sharing, caring, discipline, playing as a team or by himself.
We are very pleased he also likes playing outdoors weather permitting.

When my son started nursery he was not very confident and had trouble expressing himself. I have seen a big change in him and this is thanks to the staff at the nursery. They have been supportive, informative and absolutely lovely. The facilities are also brilliant since the refurbishment.

I have found the nursery to be so much better since the refurb. It has a lot more space now, it always felt a bit cramped before. The nursery provides a happy, sociable environment. The garden is so much better too, it is a fully enclosed and well equipped garden with astro turf. Westhill Corner has
highly trained staff and are always really friendly and helpful. My daughter lovves it here.

We have placed our 3 month son with Tommies and was very welcomed by the staff. I felt really comfortable with the surroundings and the staff were friendly. We left him during the settling in sessions and wasn't worried at all.

Since the manager took over at Westhill Corner, the nursery has seen a positive turnaround. The sudden departure of the previous manager caused a great worry but the manager and her deputy worked really hard to put parents at ease.
Regular parent consultation evenings, stay and plays and regular newsletters
have put our mind at rest. The nursery is completely renovated and is a lovely, bright environment. The nursery is welcoming and has a much more homely feel to it now. I can't comment on the garden as that is currently being renovated too but I am sure it will be great.


My little girl is in the pre-school room and she is so happy. She has been at the nursery since May 2013 and I have never seen her so happy. The activities have increased, are more engaging and she even asks on Sundays if she can go to nursery!!


One very happy parent. :)

Hello,


My name is Lucinda and I am delighted to be the Nursery Manager here at Westhill Corner Day Nursery.


I have been working with children for more than 23 years and have 3 children of my own; Dylan, James and Millie.


After achieving my qualification in Early Years, all the way back in 1999, I was inspired to further my passion and enthusiasm for watching young children flourish and grow within a nurturing, home-from-home environment which I was part of creating.


I joined Westhill Corner with a wealth of experience, including 14 years as a Nursery Manager. Working with a company which has the same ethos and drive for creating an environment for your children as I do is an exciting adventure for me. I am looking forward to building relationships and working in partnership with you and your children.

Job Title: Deputy Manager Joined: 2018

Anais joined Tommies Childcare in 2018 as a Nursery Practitioner. Since then, Anais has worked hard to develop her skillset and worked in various management positions, before recently being promoted to the role of Deputy Manager at Westhill Corner.
