Bright Horizons Maidstone Turkey Mill Day Nursery and Preschool

My daughter has been going to Bright Horizons Turkey Mill for 7 months. All the staff in Baby Room 1 have made me feel really comfortable and my daughter has formed a close connection with her key person, Phoebe. I couldn't recommend this nursery more, all the staff have been amazing and I truly feel confident when leaving my daughter in their capable hands.

The staff are brilliant very informative and work well with me and my wife in the ways we see us bringing up our child everything seems to align really well. And our son has taken so well to his key worker in the short space of time he has been there (Debbie in baby room 1 turkey mill branch Maidstone) and all the other staff too.

Wonderful staff who have been so helpful and supportive whilst my child has been settling in. Wonderful environment and so much variety for the kids.

Our little one started nursery in January 2026. Bright Horizons set up really good induction days so that we could all get used to this big development in LO's life. They are friendly and helpful all the time. We've been so impressed with how LO has developed since starting. Every day there are new sensory experiences and things for them to try. We get updates on the app, with pictures every day of activities and lovely detailed personal updates on how LO is developing. As soon as the weather settled down the babies were exploring outside, getting more new experiences. Every baby is assigned a primary adult, and ours (Phoebe) is so lovely. Our LO clearly enjoys spending time with her. Food is amazing and the nursery even arranged to send us pics of portion sizes so we could match them at home! Bright Horizons is now a part of our LO's life and we all couldn't be happier.

It's really hard leaving your child with anyone but being able to send them to nursery knowing they are well looked after and cared for is the biggest relief as a mum

I couldn't be happier with the nursery. Considering this is my first baby, I was nervous about leaving him when I went back to work. But this place makes me feel like he is safe and they support his development and learning to an excellent degree. The food they provide is top notch and they have helped with his weaning. The staff are all lovely and my baby smiles with excitement when I drop him off, what more could you want!

I have had such a great relationship with the staff, I feel seen and valued when I pick up my daughter and when I send emails I get quick response and follow ups, my child is thriving, very steady progress with potty training which is always a challenge but because of a great team, we are sharing tips on the best way to support my child forward. Thank you.

Our daughter has just started at the nursery. She has had an amazing first week and is growing confidence everyday. Her key worker is lovely and keeps us up to date with everything our daughter has been doing which gives us peace of mind. We love getting the app updates too. Thank you Bright Horizons Turkey Mill!

My daughter has been attending nursery since October 2022, in a few months she will start school and parting with the staff and her friends will not be easy. When she started nursery she did not speak or understand English, she never cried, but she was a bit shy. In the nursery they taught her so many things, they help her in the development of her mind. She can count, do arithmetic, knows the alphabet, songs, dace, can already write quite a few things, dresses/undresses herself, feeds herself, in general she is completely independent! Her development has undergone a big change thanks to nursery! I am grateful to every single person on the staff for their professionalism!

The nursery staff are really approachable and kind. They take time to understand the needs and hobbies of the children, trying to incorporate this into their daily play and learning. I'm always kept up to date with my child's daily activities and any issues. The menu has a wide variety and my child loves the food. I'm happy it's healthy to help their growth. The nursery is also very clean considering the mess we all know children make! I highly recommend the nursery to anyone wanting their child to enjoy learning.

My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Turkey Mill for over a year now and has thrived. Although she is usually quite a shy child, she goes into nursery happy and chatty each time as she is made to feel so comfortable and happy there by the staff.

My daughter suffers from Spinal Muscular Atrophy so sometimes uses a wheelchair. The staff have been extremely accommodating and have gone above and beyond to ensure my daughter is properly cared for and included in every activity.

As a mum of a child with a disability, I feel at ease dropping my daughter to nursery because I know she is great hands and has a great relationship with all of the staff memebers and children.

I can't recommend this nursery enough.

My daughter started here in September 2024 and has been in two rooms now. From the day she started I have always felt that she was in safe hands as it's evident that the children's well-being is important to the staff. They are excellent and well loved by my child. Her development has come on leaps and bounds, constantly learning new words, songs and actions. There is always a wide range of activities set up throughout the day which is posted on the app to support their continued learning at home. Handovers are always very detailed and I couldn't be happier to send my daughter to this nursery.

My children love their time at the nursery, and I can honestly say their development is where it is, because of all those at Bright Horizons.

I moved my son to pre school at bright horizons following a few negative experiences at his precious nursery. I was unsure about the move particularly as the pre school is more costly than the last however I cannot believe the change. Although my son still struggles with attachment and going in of a morning he comes home so happy and having learnt something new every day! The key workers put time and effort into each child's learning and allow them to engage and learn in so many different activities. My son has gone from being put in front of a tablet watching kids TV at a nursery to now thriving coming back telling me things he has learnt and showing off new skills. I could not be happier with the change for him.

There is nothing more comforting than to have your child be happy and eager to go to school so they can see their friends and teachers. Thank you.
