Bright Horizons Court Oak Day Nursery and Preschool

Staff are busy, rightfully caring for the children and at times, take too long to answer the door. Can there be another security system put in place where parents aren't left outside for long periods?

I am perfectly happy about the way in which my son has been cared for in the nursery. All aspects of nursery life have been more than satisfactory. The only slightly problematic aspect is the frequent staff turnovers but that is something that is difficult to prevent. I understand that the management is doing it's best to prevent the children from experiencing any negative effects and they seem to be successful.

They are having a great time there and their English has improved a lot. (They are tri-lingual).

Sensitive care was also taken by staff and management regarding our son's medical issue.

There has clearly been some turbulence in the management of the nursery which has resulted in small problems (no feedback books for a month), but overall, we are happy.

My son has settled in beautifully. He enjoys his time there and often asks to go.

Both my daughter and my son have come to Bright Horizons Court Oak Day Nursery and Preschool, my son still attends. I love the nursery and feel the staff are amazing. Not only do I feel they are bringing my children on with his social skills and I feel that my child is in a safe environment.

My husband and I are happy with the care our son receives from this nursery. All the staff are really caring, loving and professional. In the beginning, we wanted a more detailed report of what he is doing daily but this improved and we sometimes get pictures.

My son loves this nursery. The staff are all great at Bright Horizons Court Oak Day Nursery and Preschool; very friendly and great attention to detail in the daily report. You feel very confident your children are being looked after well which makes going to work easier for a first time mum. My boy does lots of activities everyday and is learning so much, he shows me new things he has learnt everyday. I'm also impressed at the great variety and food the children get! Would recommend the nursery to everyone!

I had to put my 9-month-old baby girl into nursery and go back to work before I was ready. The team at Bright Horizons Court Oak Day Nursery and Preschool put me at ease and it wasn't as awful as I thought it would be. My baby is clearly very happy there. Thank you.

Our child has been attending Court Oak Day Nursery for a number of months and loves the nursery. The staff and overall set-up is fantastic. Our child loves it and so do we as parents.

My daughter started at Bright Horizons Court Oak Day Nursery and Preschool when she was 10 months and the staff lovingly welcomed her in and tried to make her feel comfortable and welcome. The took care to learn her routine and what she liked and disliked. They give her plenty of attention and cuddles when she wants.

They keep the kids busy with different activities and she is always coming home learning new things. It has helped her become more vocal and mobile and also improved how she communicates what she wants.

We have two boys at the nursery and we have been really pleased with the care and kindness they receive.

Our youngest has only just started and the staff have been really supportive in helping him settle.

Our eldest bounces home at the end of the day full of stories of their activities and learning that day. We are very grateful.

The nursery staff show a constant duty of care. Extremely welcoming, they accommodated my child and helped her settle in. Her transition from home to the first term of education was definitely easier due to the key person who communicates with my family about my child's progress and needs.

My daughter has been attending Bright Horizons Court Oak Day Nursery and Preschool for only a month so far but she has enjoyed every second of it. We just moved to this city and we were a bit nervous about her transition from the previous nursery but the staff made her feel at home from the very first day and helped her settle in easier than we expected. The nursery has brought her on in so many ways including teaching her English as this was n't her first language. She's always surprising us with the things she learnt. The staff are so kind and she always feels great around them.

My son seems to have adapted very quickly to his surroundings in nursery. This has been due to the level of care he has received at Court Oak. We were apprehensive about sending him to nursery but we have chosen a great one and are impressed with his development in the short time he has attended.

We have only been at the nursery a week but so far we love it. My child is doing well here already. Staff are engaging, warm and friendly. She is excited to come here every day. She's eating well and the daily report shows she's engaging well.

My child started beginning of month, she is settling in well. Happy so far.
