Bright Horizons Court Oak Day Nursery and Preschool

Since our daughter started at the nursery 5 months ago we feel very reassured in a morning that we are leaving her in a safe environment where she is developing well and is cared for by excellent staff. We feel confident that she is learning and receive daily feedback on her progress at the end of each day. I would prefer to have this via an online postal - perhaps this is something that the nursery will introduce soon as I'm certain that other parents would prefer this method of communication.

We placed our son into Court Oak Kindergarten for one day a week to settle him in before going full time and couldn't be happier. He has settled really well and we haven't had many tears at all. Staff are great and the premises are always clean, tidy and fresh.

My child has settled wonderfully into Court Oak Kindergarten- the staff here have been extremely professional and welcoming towards both myself and my child. Communication is excellent and his days are full of varied and fun activities.

My child is well settled and learnt lots of things and started talking clearer than before. Good staff. Give care to kids. My daughter likes the food here.

My child has settled into this nursery brilliantly after having a bad experience at another setting. The staff have really taken the time to understand her and her needs and she has come on leaps and bounds since starting here in May 2017.

We have never had tears at dropping off and he regularly is being cuddled happily by a member of staff at home time. He seems really settled and had really bonded with his key worker.

On the whole, I am very pleased with the service provided by this nursery. My daughter has really come on in her language, confidence and physical development! The nursery is quick to inform of accidents, improvements in developmental areas and always seem full of energy and passionate about what they do. My only criticism is the end of day debrief about the day seems rushed. It would be good to have more of a brief written report as I often forget by the time I get home what activities she did and what she has eaten. Otherwise, excellent service. My child loves playing outdoors.

I am very happy with my daughter's progress. She is doing well and settles down nicely. She feels much better than the baby room.

A very good nursery for my son, friendly and caring staff. It would be nice if they could offer term time only places as we are both teachers and the costs are extremely high.

Very positive! My son has really developed and is vocal and sociable thanks to their hard work and patience. He only goes one day a week and sings ABC/123/Twinkle.

We are very pleased with how our daughter is progressing at nursery. All staff are friendly and attentive and our daughter is very happy.

We have had both of our daughters at Court Oak Kindergarten. They have both progressed really well here and love coming to nursery. We both feel very happy leaving our children here. Our older daughter is now at school and was well prepared here for school entry.

The nursery has a real sense of community and the children feel part of this. They are well looked after, engaged and can be independent. I would recommend them to anyone.

I have two children at Court Oak, one aged nearly 4 in June and my daughter aged 18 months. Both have different personalities. I found that both adapted so well to nursery life and believe this is as a result of the nursery staff throughout the nursery that have met their individual needs. Both my children are happy when I drop them to nursery and this as a parent makes it all worth sending them. At work, I can be at ease that my children are well looked after.

A friendly, welcoming environment with the right balance of fun, play and learning. My son is settled and I appreciate the socialisation opportunities he has also with other children (important as an only child).

My daughter loves her time at nursery. She can't wait to get her coat off in the morning and choose her breakfast. She can find her own bottles and loves joining in with songs and books. We are really happy with the standard of care and professionalism of the staff at the nursery.

My son has attended Court Oak since he was 10 months old and I am really pleased with how he has developed in his time here. He looks forward to the days he attends nursery and the staff here are all so friendly and welcoming. He receives a well-rounded experience at nursery and I would recommend Court Oak to any parent.

I find the staff to be helpful and friendly. My daughter is extremely happy here and despite a few teething problems initially she has settled very well.

Excellent nursery. My daughter has been here since she was about 5 months and she has grown and developed with Court Oak. Through all the rooms she has received great care and support. The staff are excellent and genuinely care about the children. I cannot highly recommend them enough.
