Pro-active covid issues. Contacted at the earliest opportunity when the first lockdown was announced and after a period away of four months furlough, my son was welcomed back and accommodated within two weeks on a graduated return (he'd only completed one week as a new starter and one year old when the lockdown was announced.) Really impressed with engagement. My son absolutely loves attending and arrives and leaves with the biggest smiles - fantastic.

My child always comes out happy after the nursery hours, explaining that she had a good time in nursery.

The nursery has friendly staff who always greet me and my child with a smile. My daughter enjoys going to nursery and has learnt lots of new vocabulary and songs. She has a great range of opportunities.

After moving to the area, not knowing anyone or any nurseries in the area, I am 100% confident that I made the right decision in choosing Court Oak Day Nursery. The staff, facilities, management and my child's key worker make coming to nursery a very enjoyable experience for both my little one and Mum and Dad. My little boy is thriving at nursery. He took a bit of time to settle in but now toddles into the baby room with a big smile on his face and gives me a cuddle goodbye before going off to play.

Both children are extremely happy here. They have a great bond with all their key workers. I feel the children are challenged in their learning which is great, they really love learning and playing. It is great to see them having fun in the garden with the staff.

Concerns about lots of changes to the manager over the past few years.

We have been taking our son to this nursery for over 2 years and we have felt nothing but warmth from all the staff. Our son has developed so much and that is a credit to this nursery.

My son has been here for nearly 3 years now and the staff have encouraged him every step of the way. They are particularly good at promoting independence.
