Bright Horizons Reigate Day Nursery and Preschool

We couldn't be happier with Bright Horizons Nursery. From the very beginning, the team has created such a warm, nurturing, and supportive environment for our daughter. It's clear how much care and attention goes into everything they do.

The staff are fantastic-kind, attentive, and genuinely invested in the children's wellbeing and development. Communication with parents is also excellent, which gives us real peace of mind.

We're so grateful for the positive impact Bright Horizons has had on our daughter's early years and would highly recommend it to any parent.

They do a wide range of activities and it is nice to see such a varied food menu.

The staff at Bright Horizons have been brilliant. The care and attention they have paid to both our children has been exceptional. The management team lead by the manager have been always understanding, always flexible, and always helpful. Would recommend to my family that needs a caring team in their corner.

Very calm nursery. She's always more than happy there. The settling-in days/routine I think worked really well. All the staff & management are fabulous. The menu is really good & varied. Lots of activities during the day. Lots of communication if any issues. Will be great when the forest area is developed. Thank-you for all the updates & photos and attentive care.

Our experience with Bright Horizon Reigate has been absolutely amazing. Our little one is thriving and learning so many new skills every day. We are especially grateful to the Nursery Practitioners, and to her dedicated key worker. Their care and support have made such a positive difference in Eden's development. We are so happy with Bright Horizons, Reigate. Our daughter has been attending since 1 year old and she is absolutely thriving there. It offers a perfect mix of education and play with excellent facilities and very caring loving staff, there's nowhere else I'd want my daughter to be whilst I work. She's learning so much and her speech and communication is coming along so fast with thanks to the staff at Bright Horizons. We highly recommend the nursery.

My child enjoys nursery (sometimes doesn't want to leave)! Management have been understanding when difficult personal circumstances have arisen. Main area for improvement would be to improve the quality and nutritional value of food (e.g. don't serve things like beans on toast).

My son has settled in really well at Bright Horizons Reigate. The staff in the toddler room are friendly and caring, and they always greet the children with a smile, which helps my son feel comfortable and welcomed. We also appreciate their attention to safeguarding and how they keep us informed when needed. There's a great variety of activities that the children enjoy, and it's lovely to see them learning through play every day.

We are so happy with Bright Horizons! The staff are kind and caring, creating a nurturing environment. The activities are brilliant, and we love the daily updates. Our child has grown in confidence and absolutely loves it here! Thank you to the amazing team.

Our son started in February as a one year old in the baby room and he has settled in so well thanks to the wonderful staff. We know the nursery from our older son and have been impressed with the care the whole team have shown for our boys. Particular mention to our son's key person and who he clearly feels so comfortable with. I feel so confident leaving the boys at Bright Horizons on Cockshot Hill and can't recommend them highly enough.

We absolutely love this nursery. Our son is currently in the baby room and all of the staff are wonderful, we trust them completely with our son and they take allergies very seriously. Food is varied and they do lots of messy play.

Overall we have been extremely happy with our experience at Bright Horizons over the last 2 and a half years!

Just to say we are very happy with the nursery. My son has blossomed in the last couple of years. He has developed creatively (painting, cutting out shapes etc) and intellectually (he is interested in reading and curious about all sorts of things). He also loves his friends there, he is a very sociable little boy. Food there seems to be very good, he eats most meals and I'm glad he is getting a balanced diet with dishes from all around the world - I notice chips have never been served! All nursery teachers seem to be very good (and patient!) and I'm kept well-informed about my son's activities during the day - and his development.

The choice of nursery, is one of the most important choices you can make as a parent. I can't express how grateful I am to all the staff at Bright Horizons Reigate. My son only recently started in February, and it's been so heart warming to see how much the staff have a genuinely deep connection and care for all the children. My Son has already started to develop new skills which is great to see. Special thanks to one member of staff, in particular, but thank you to everyone.

Food and drink - wider menu would be welcome.

I've been so happy with the process of my daughter starting at the nursery this month. All of the staff have been accommodating and welcoming to her and all of her settling-in sessions and first day have gone well. I've been super impressed with the updates on the app throughout the day and contact from the team to keep us reassured about our daughter's progress also.

I currently have my second child at the nursery and it's still providing the high standard of service it was when my eldest went there 6 years ago. The staff are friendly and caring. Everything is overseen by a highly experienced and knowledgeable management team who are always there for queries. We love that the nursery was a purpose-built building so everything is well planned out. The facilities are great, especially the outdoor spaces where they let children free play freely and choose to be outside or inside. I have recommended the nursery to other parents and continue to recommend it.

Our girls love going to nursery. They have attended Bright Horizons since they were 8 months and 1 respectively, and all the way through have loved their experience. We were closely supported as the girls settled in to ensure they were happy. They confidently go into nursery every day because it is a home from home for them. They have lovely relationships with the staff, and love all the activities. We really appreciate that all the staff know the girls by name, even if they don’t work closely with them or are fairly new to the setting. The whole nursery feels like a big family and the girls have friends across all of the rooms. Our eldest is encouraged to take leadership roles like lunch helper and line leader which make her feel really proud of herself, and she loves the reader programme and yoga! We cannot fault the warmth, support and community ethos fostered by the manager and her team. It is a special place to be.
