My son has attended Twizzle Tops for a year now, and he has come along so much since starting. My son is partially deaf and delayed in development, and the manager and his key worker have been amazing with him. They have learnt some BSL to help with his communication skills and are willing to help no matter what.
The staff are amazing, caring and loving. The surroundings of the nursery are great, they have the play centre that the children use. The nursery itself is always clean and my child was always happy there. Brilliant nursery all round.
5* staff. Could not get a better nursery for my child. So pleased with all. Safety, activities either play or educational, songs. They do an incredible job! Keep up!!
Even now, 9 months later, we still can't pinpoint exactly what made us love the nursery so much, the staff are amazing and our daughter loves being there. You are kept so up to date with daily activities and if your little one has had a bump the staff are straight on the phone to let you know and reassure you they are fine.
I can't recommend this nursery enough and we are incredibly lucky to have found such a place for our daughter.

My son has been going to Twizzle Tops Day Nursery Basildon since he was 18months old, he is now 3. He absolutely loves it and the staff, he learns something new every day and has come along way. The staff are so accommodating and I feel so at ease with them, it's like leaving my son with family. We have built such a fantastic relationship with the staff that it will be very sad when my son leaves to go to school.
Took extra care to settle my little one in who took a little longer to settle. He loves spending time at the Twizzle Tops Day Nursery Basildon and is always happy playing when I pick him up. Staff are always polite, helpful, welcoming and friendly. Always good feedback of how my little one has spent his afternoon. Good choice of menu for dinner. Excellent communication between myself and the management and always receive a quick response to emails when I contact. My little one has built a good relationship with the nursery staff and although he may get a little upset me leaving I know he will be absolutely fine and is in good hands as they know exactly how to make him feel better.

Meet the Team (1)
My name is Frankie and I am the Nursery Manager for Twizzle Tops based within Partyman World of Play Basildon, I have been in post since January 2013 and was previously the Deputy Manager. I work alongside a fantastic team who are all qualified and experienced in their own childcare fields. I also hold a level four in Children's Care and Development, and I am going on to study for my Degree later this year.
