Amazing nursery, great staff, relaxed atmosphere.

My son has been going to Twizzle Tops for 18 months now and he absolutely loves it. All the staff are lovely and can’t do enough for him. Really recommend.

My little boy has been at this nursery for 5 months now and I can honestly say it has opened him up so much more, he was very clingy to start off with but the staff have made him feel so comfortable and are so friendly to him all the time. He has learned a lot being there in the past 5 months and even comes home telling me about his friends. All the staff are so polite and very welcoming. I would highly recommend this nursery.

I recently moved to the area and was looking for a nursery for my 2-year-old daughter, we visited a few nurseries but being a nursery practitioner myself, I was so reluctant to put her into any of them from what I had seen. From the moment I stepped foot into the toddler room, I just knew this was the nursery for her. The atmosphere in the room gave such a relaxing, warm, friendly feeling, the setup and the displays around the whole nursery showed just how much the staff put into the children’s learning and development. Since starting, my daughter really enjoys her days, even on her unsettled days within minutes of me leaving, she’s completely fine, as any other child she certainly likes the perks of using 'partyman' world’s soft play area during periods of the day. The love and the support from the staff not just for my daughter but for me as a parent, has been amazing and are more like a family than just a nursery. I wouldn’t think twice about sending her anywhere else.

Beautiful nursery, very experienced team members, speacialist in working with children with speacial educational needs.

My little girl has been settling in ready for September. The nursery staff have been outstanding with her, at first she was a little scared and overwhelmed but the staff took her under her wing gently encouraging her, showing her so many different activities she had never done before.

Her roleplay has come on leaps and bounds and can’t believe the change in my daughter in such a short space of time thanks to the nursery staff.

The manager greets us every morning with her huge infectious smile, always so upbeat and enthusiastic you can’t help but walk away knowing your child is in safe hands and they are going to have a great day. Thank you for making me feel so at ease leaving my daughter with you.

I now have a very excited, confident and contented 3-year old who cannot wait to be going Twizzle Tops Day Nursery Basildon 3 days a week from September.

As I am in the public eye, I have had to look for a trusted nursery, a nursery that understands confidentiality and also that my career can take many late notices.

Twizzle Tops have always remained professional and also extremely forgiving in these circumstances, always allowing me to drop my children off in a hurry or when I needed them to look after my two young children.

The nursery manager has been a huge support to me and my family and I cannot thank her enough.

A wonderful, down to Earth nursery, with great, qualified and experienced staff.

It is renowned for being known as one of the best nurseries in Essex and has won many awards, this I echo and would not ever consider taking my children anywhere else.

Twizzle Tops is an amazing nursery. As soon as I walked in and met the manager and the team I felt so comfortable with my little boy going here. They helped him so much and he went off to school a happy confident little boy, now my little girl goes here and absolutely loves it! I couldn't recommend this nursery more!!

My son took some time to settle into nursery at first but I couldn't thank the staff at Twizzle Tops enough for all the hard work they did in getting him to settle in. He loves being at nursery now and is so happy there and this is a result of the staff's perseverance. The staff at Twizzle Tops are so lovely and the nursery has a real family feel about it. They do lots of great activities for the children and communicate this well to the parents. I would recommend this nursery.

Heavy snow, most schools shut but the nursery has stayed open in turn letting my son sleep after a night shift. Kept updated regarding the weather etc.

Her key worker makes us all very welcome it's very clean and has a real family feel. Special events like graduations are held with a great deal of effort put in by the whole team. A wonderful place.

My granddaughter loves this nursery, the facilities are first class and the staff so friendly and attentive. She talks about what she has done at nursery every day, and we receive updates and progress reports regularly.

My daughter started at this nursery in September 2017. She had a bit of a hard time settling in at first, but she now absolutely loves it. The staff have worked so hard to make her feel settled and I can't thank them enough. The nursery is always clean and presentable, and all the staff are really friendly and approachable. They all seem to have a great relationship with the children, it's lovely to see how close my daughter has become to them all. She now asks every morning if it's nursery day. I'd highly recommend this fantastic nursery to anyone.

My son has recently joined this nursery and the staff has been so lovely, welcoming him in and helping him settle in. He loves the setting and has so much fun here! I would definitely recommend this nursery to my friends and family as I already have!
