My daughter has been attending Twizzle Tops Day Nursery Basildon since she was one years old. I have always been overwhelmed with the staff members knowledge, care and understanding. My daughter suffers sadly with lot's of allergies and conditions but the team here have been amazing with her. They have created a specialist care plan, work with me constantly to ensure that my daughter has an array of food from the fantastic menu and also support me as a parent when I have difficult days. My daughters key person is so lovely and treats my daughter like her own. I often collect her and she is having a cuddle with her and shows a genuine interest in her learning, care and achievements. This nursery deserves a medal, they truly are amazing. It is very clear that they are there for your child and you as a family, in which I truly also feel a part of. My daughter has come on leaps and bounds with this nursery. My son will definitely be attending when he’s old enough. The help she has had to develop to who she is now has meant she has grown completely and that’s all thanks to the staff, who are all so lovely and helpful.

Like all parents, you want the best for your children, and Twizzle Tops Basildon provides this in abundance. Our daughter has been at the nursery since she was one. She was a shy girl and very clingy, but with the help and guidance from all her teachers, her confidence has blossomed. Yes, we still have the clingy days, but we know she has the time of life at the nursery. A special mention to all who have been our daughter's key workers through the years and helped her flourish. Also, a great big thank you to the manager for driving her team to be the best in what they do.

My son has gained a lot of wonderful confidence with sharing and adventure since going to Twizzle Tops. He loves going on nature walks with the staff and has a lot of support with all his needs. The staff all seem to enjoy their jobs which are reflected in the happiness of all the children. I highly recommend Twizzle Tops Basildon.

Wonderful nursery and the new setting is going to make the fabulous nursery even more amazing by taking the great learning they already do outside as well. What better setting can you ask for as a parent than being in the surrounding of a country park. As a parent of a child who went to the other side, I’m so excited to see what the whole team can do here.

My boy joined the nursery 2-years ago. He went in a shy boy, and when it came time for him to move onto big school, he was confident and outgoing, this was because of the staff at Twizzle Tops Day Nursery Basildon. Twizzle Tops is an amazing nursery and always puts the little ones first for their needs and wants. My son loves the school, it was a big change as he was in a different nursery for a few years but due to the virus, his school closed and thankfully after looking, we found Twizzle Tops and my son has settled very well.

I returned to work when my son was 8.5 months old, back into a full time role which meant he would attend 3 full days a week. I remember walking in for his first session and feeling completely overwhelmed at it all. The manageress just put her arms around me and told me not to worry, he and I will both be fine. He’s now 2 and absolutely smashing through life with so much character, intelligence, empathy and knowledge and I owe this to all the staff at Twizzle Tops. He (and I) are welcomed like one of the family each morning, the staff are just an extension of our lives now. They are all amazing, professional, polite, confident in what they do and care so much for each of those children like they are their own. Every single of them have passion for their job, they all have a fantastic attitude and the manageress, manages them all so successfully, but makes it looks so easy. The facilities are amazing, the care is out of this world and no request is ever too much! Well done guys.

Having been let down by a nursery, I found myself coming to the Basildon branch 5 weeks before going back to work. Honestly, it's the best thing that could have happened. The staff worked with me to fit in settling sessions, sort out signing up etc. The staff are amazing, my little one loves going there, they use a mixture of play techniques to encourage growth and confidence, your keyworker will work with you to reach specific goals at each stage of development. There is a Facebook group only for parents where pictures are posted daily (hourly at times) of all the activities which include singing, reading, sensory play with sand, oats, foam etc. On days when my son was poorly, I received calls to let me know what was going on and was encouraged to ring and check on him, at no time did I feel like I had rung at a bad time. The food is a brilliant mixture which means children have a balanced daily diet that introduces them to new foods.

My twin boys have attended this nursery for about 10 months. They’re now 20 months old and have developed so much during that time that everyone asks how I do it. Honestly, I couldn’t have done half of it without the wonderful support from the nursery staff. Thank you so much. My boys love coming in every day and everyone is so friendly. Keep up the great work.

The nursery is amazing. My little girl absolutely loves coming and never comes home unhappy. She asks every morning to come to nursery. I am very happy with the staff and nursery and feel they are all very committed and love the children they all work with. Just wish I would have known about the nursery for my other children as they would have definitely come here too. Thank you Twizzle Tops.

The staff are great at communicating, having a daily sheet with all the information on about his day. The atmosphere in the room is very relaxing, friendly and welcoming. The observations and displays around the room really show how the staff support the children's learning and development. All of his observations are uploaded regularly online for me to see where exactly he is with his development - I am very happy with the nursery and would highly recommend it.
