Mother Goose Corner Nursery & Pre-School

My child has been going to this nursery for over two years, the nursery has always provided excellent care and my child always comes back having had a great time. Before the pandemic, they included swimming lessons and outings as part of the fees - one of the main reason I was drawn to the nursery in the first instance.

The nursery really came into its own when the pandemic hit. I faced numerous difficulties during this time and they went the extra mile to see that we were okay and to support us. From one to one meetings to help manage troublesome behaviour and phone calls to support my well being as a parent, they really went above and beyond.

I would highly recommend this nursery to any parent!

Where do I start! It is such a pleasure being part of such an amazing nursery, and amazing group of people, with our little boy! It's his first time at a nursery, and in the beginning, it was a little scary for him, especially due to lockdown... but it didn't take him long to become best friends with everyone there! Now he gets so excited! They are so lovely, from the photos and videos I can see he has so much fun and learns so much! I trust them all 100% and couldn't recommend a better environment for little ones to start their journey away from home and of learning and growing. I am happy knowing that whilst he is there he is having fun, being well looked after, being fed very well and his confidence is growing. I am always excited to hear the stories about his day at the end. The prices are very fair too for what you get! Any questions you may have are answered straight away and service all round is amazing! Thank you Mother Goose Corner for your hard work! (Especially the Tweenie room).

Both my girls are full time at Mother Goose Corner. As a parent, you always feel guilty with regards to work-life balance, but knowing they are having the best time, developing and having fun with the wonderful team there makes it all ok. They do cooking, water play, sand play, painting - and all sorts of other things I could not pull off at home. Mother Goose Corner comes with my highest recommendation.

All of the staff at Mother Goose have gone above and beyond to settle him in, especially the tweenie room leader and other staff, although the staff of other rooms and the cook all know our son by name and are extremely friendly, kind and caring. The activities the staff do with the children are varied, educational, fun and exciting for the children. The garden area is great with lots of toys and equipment which the children use in all weather. We have been overwhelmed by how loving Mother Goose Corner is, which is so important when leaving your young child in someone else's care. We would not hesitate to recommend Mother Goose Corner to any friends or anyone with a child, as we believe you couldn't find better elsewhere.

It’s lovely dropping my daughter off knowing that she will have a great day with such a lovely team.

Mother Goose is amazing! Our eldest daughter went there, and due to location, we put our youngest child in a different setting. Within a year, I contacted them as the service I was receiving did not compare to the outstanding service at Mother Goose.

It's so refreshing to put my faith back into the Early Years Learning, having had issue's in previous settings, both myself and my wife were apprehensive about starting at Mother Goose Nursery. From top to bottom, everyone is caring, friendly, welcoming and diverse. My son loves going in, in the morning and when going to bed he is excited to know when he wakes up, he is going to nursery. That in itself is a review of outstanding. Thank you everyone for being yourself and thank you for everything you do. You truly are an amazing bunch.

The nursery staff are fantastic, my son always comes home with an abundance of stories about the activities he’s done during the day. It’s really comforting to know he feels safe and is mentally stimulated throughout his time there.

Fantastic preschool and nursery. We have been using the nursery for over 5 years and think it's fabulous. Incredibly friendly and happy staff but I guess the biggest compliment we can say is that our kids love the preschool/nursery. If the kids are happy, what else is there to say? Fantastic!

Couldn’t ask for a better place to send my son. The staff are all wonderful, showing amazing care and interest in all the children. They serve a fantastic variety of meals (I’m jealous most days), and I always know that my son is well taken care of and always has a fun time.

We have had our daughter at Mother Goose Nursery since Tweenies, and I can honestly say it has been the best nursery we could have chosen. We looked at every nursery in the area, but as soon as we visited, we knew it was the right choice for us. Our daughter has loved every minute of going here, and she has developed faster than we could have anticipated due to the manager and her amazing staff! We have recommended Mother Goose to our friends, and they have enrolled their children there too. I cannot sing the praises of the staff enough, and we will enrol our future children here too.

Welcoming, hard-working, passionate and child-centred. I have had two children attend this nursery, and my third will be doing the same. They are professional, understanding and always there to offer support and advice as needed. It's a pleasure to see the growth of my children - thanks to dedicated members of staff.

Both my boys have had a great time here - can’t fault anything. From the individuals looking after them to the management and facilities - it’s all great. They did a great job through the lockdowns too.

I couldn't find a better place for my daughter. She is really happy going to the nursery twice a week. I wish I could afford her more days because I can see how much she is improving, especially in English, because it is not her first language.

I have two children at Mother Goose Corner Nursery & Pre-School and couldn't be happier with the choice we made having them here. My eldest is close to leaving for school and there is no doubt in my mind that with help from the fantastic staff she is absolutely ready. They have been wonderful at communicating with us and encouraging our children to be their best, as well as providing fantastic support throughout the lockdowns that have been difficult for all. They have also recently been able to encourage my youngest to eat all kinds of food which would never have been touched before, to the point it is even being eaten at home now. We would absolutely recommend Mother Goose to everyone!
