Day Nurseries Owned by Mother Goose Corner Family Nurseries

We never had a problem and saw how much this nursery helped our little boy from baby room to Tweenies. Unfortunately due to a job change we had to move but even now being 150 miles away we'd come back to Mother Goose in a heartbeat!

Both my children have attended this wonderful, warm, welcoming nursery and pre-school. The staff do an amazing job of looking after all the children with their different needs and stages of development. Plenty of running around outdoors, in most weathers, is really encouraged. The food goes down well! Couldn't recommend enough.

My child looks forward to spending time at nursery and with his main carer. He eats well and enjoys the food. There are always lots of activities focused around my child's development. Management are incredibly well organized, incredibly receptive to feedback and also helpful showing much empathy.

My husband and I could honestly not be happier with this nursery. Our eldest (who is now in their Preschool) has attended Mother Goose since the baby room and has continued to thrive throughout her time there. Our youngest is also due to start with them in the new year.

All members of staff are warm, welcoming, polite and caring. They are more than happy to give us advice when needed and have also taken the time to really get to know our child and form positive relationships with her. Their communication with us has always been brilliant and they have created many happy memories and experiences for our child. We could honestly not recommend this nursery enough and cannot wait for our youngest to have those same magical experiences.

My son has grown in confidence since being in the preschool room. Every morning when he gets up for preschool he is so excited to go in. His key worker has supported both me and my son through the recent difficult time. (As have all the staff). She understands my son and his difficulties and supports him throughout his day. She helps me by giving suggestions and ways I can help my son with his development. The staff gives great feedback about his day, both positive and less positive! He seems to have a strong bond with his key worker and completely trusts her. I am so grateful to all the staff

My son spent 2.5 years here before starting school and my daughter has just completed 3 years and is still there until next September. I am amazed at the consistency this nursery achieves in operating at such high standards in all aspects all year round. It is testament to the culture the senior leaders have created, excellent recruitment of staff and the individual staff members who all care. Both children were/are very happy attending, it boosted their confidence and social behaviour, significantly contributed to their learning and development and they have fond memories of previous as well as current staff members. I also like the extracurricular activities such as attending local care homes and swimming and the individual attention they give to the children depending on their stage of development. I would not hesitate to recommend this nursery - and indeed we frequently do to friends.

Mother Goose created such a nurturing and safe environment that has made a huge difference in my son's development. The communication is always excellent, and I feel completely at ease knowing that he is in such capable and caring hands.

The staff are wonderful, the service is wonderful, and the education is wonderful, 10/10 place!

My daughter started here just 3 months ago and has settled in so well. She loves everything about this nursery and runs in every morning with a smile. All of the staff have been amazing to deal with and are always very welcoming and informative!! I would 100% recommend this nursery!

Jemima House Day Nursery is a welcoming, friendly and nurturing pre-school. They have been so caring towards both of my children and supported them to grow in confidence and be ready to move on to primary school.

Staff are wonderful and attentive, including management. They provide a safe, nurturing environment where all can learn and thrive, with lots of fun, engaging activities on offer, including indoors and outdoors. Local walks when possible so children get out into the community. Meals are a big hit with my little one too - healthy and tasty! My little one loves going to school everyday and that says it all. They feel happy and safe at school and we as parents are happy and can get on with our work day knowing this. Can't rate this Jemima House Day Nursery highly enough!

Wonderful staff and our son absolutely loves going to nursery every day. The staff take great care in his development, well being and happiness at the nursery. They give me detailed report of his progress and any issues that arose. Brilliant team, excellent nursery and truly fantastic management.

My son loved going to this nursery, it has helped so much with his speech, sociability and picky eating. The staff are lovely and great with all the children, and the facilities and activities they provide are excellent.

We are moving from the area soon and I’m devastated that we’ll be leaving Mother Goose behind. But we know that our little boy will have no problems settling into his new nursery as Mother Goose has given him the confidence and social skills to fit right in.

From the moment my son joined Jemima House Day Nursery, we have felt nothing but care. support and positivity. My son has loved every minute of his time here. In the space of a year, his conference has improved no end and his social skills have also improved. The learning environment is very engaging and the communication from staff is excellent. Thank you for all you have done, we can't wait for our youngest son to join you next year!

We adore Jemima House and all the wonderful staff! They are caring, kind and build genuine relationships with the children. My child talks about them all the time, and really benefits from the range of activities they do, the open play environment and lovely outdoor space. They do lots of themed activities and I cannot fault the quality of any of the care, equipment or planning.

The staff are all knowledgeable in the subject matter of children's behaviour and ways to help growth.

Excellent Nursery that pays great attention to all their children. Even the administrator is involved and the kids love her too.

The preschool is good but I think it's just very busy. They have recently changed a lot of staff so maybe the new staff is taking a bit of time to settle.

But overall very good nursery and the manager is amazing as well.
