Mother Goose Corner Nursery & Pre-School

My daughter is deaf and since coming to this nursery her confidence has sky rocketed. The staff are incredible with her and us! So much so I don't want her to leave. They bake and do lots of activities with all the children including sport which in my opinion is what every nursery should do. I couldn't fault them they are the best!

Our little girl has only been here for the last 3 months but it was the best thing we have done. The staff are amazing and the activities that they do on a daily basis are fantastic. We would highly recommend Mother Goose Corner Nursery.

Mother Goose Corner is a fun and caring nursery that is an environment perfect for learning and development. Our son has the most amazing time when he goes during his sessions. He loves his teachers very much and we do as well. It’s very easy to approach the teachers because they are caring, experienced, and very professional. We are very happy with the teaching he is receiving and his learning experience. His development is visible more and more every day. He comes home singing and dancing all the time, with new songs he’s learnt. He really enjoys the arts and crafts as well as messy play. We love that he is making new friends and developing relationships. The food provided is second to none. We really love that the food is prepared daily! We love seeing our son develop socially and academically. We will recommend Mother Goose Corner to any parents looking for a fun, bright, caring nursery that creates an environment perfect for learning and development.

From the beginning with a thorough tour, I knew I’d love this nursery for my daughter. My daughter loves it here, I feel completely comfortable that this is where my daughter spends 4 days out of the week. There are many aspects of why I love Mother Goose so much, the yummy food prepared fresh daily, the swim lessons (as she is in preschool), French lessons, and just all around encouragement to get my daughter out of her shell, proves to me the hard work and dedication the staff goes through daily. We absolutely love all the girls in preschool and I can’t thank them enough for being the smiling, loving faces my daughter spends her time with.

Mother Goose Corner Nursery & Pre-School is a very well run nursery form top to bottom, we have sent both of our daughters here, so we have been coming the past 6 years. The facilities are very modern, the menus are continually refreshed and the staff are excellent.

They have a rating form Ofsted of 'Outstanding' and I can see why, good leadership and happy staff who stay for a long time, which says it all really.

We are so happy we found this nursery! The atmosphere is welcoming and friendly and the staff are wonderful. Because this nursery is family-owned with a serious emphasis on staff training and retention, the result is consistent care from staff with years of experience and love for their career. They really get to know your child and the parents which fosters a sense of security for the child and reassurance for us. My son loves the garden and all the staff. He was shy and clingy before starting nursery just over a year ago but has grown in confidence and enjoys attending and seeing the friends he has made. He recently moved to the pre-school and the transition was handled well so he has quickly adapted to the change. Leaving your child at nursery is so hard but seeing how much being at this nursery has benefited my son has made it much easier.

Overall very pleased with the nursery. My son struggled to settle and they were excellent at working with us to get him settled and happy. Would recommend to other parents.

The nursery is extremely friendly and helpful. Children always appear very happy. The babies do many different activities and my grandson has formed a close bond with his carers.

A fantastic team, they provide a great family feel to the nursery. A caring approach from all. Great setting with good provisions for all areas of learning. Staff are really the best feature for us, caring and nothing is too much to ask. Looking forward to their move to e-profiles it was the only area I feel needed updating.

My son enjoyed the time spent at Mother Goose Corner. He has many friends there and wants to go there even on weekends. This is the right place for children with working parents.

My little boy has been at Mother Goose since he was 2, he's now 4 and a half. He loves it there and has made lots of friends. All the staff are amazing and really supportive. My son had delayed speech development which I was concerned about and with the help of the staff, he got the right support and has come on leaps and bounds! There are no longer any issues with his speech and thanks to all the hard work from the caring and committed staff, he has been signed off from the early support team. Management are very hands on and know all the children's names and always make time for parents. Just a brilliant nursery and pre-school, would recommend to everyone!

My 3-year-old son has only recently started and the girls that work at the nursery are amazing. My son has a hard time settling into new environments, but here they are making him feel so comfortable that he wants to go back. This puts my mind at ease knowing he is happy and in good hands.

The staff are very helpful, the management are approachable knowing all the children's names, they care about the children. My son has problems with his chest and has asthma and on one occasion he was taken to hospital, they all were concerned about him when he was rushed in, so mush so, one of the management even visited him in hospital, bringing him books to read. The nursery is special, family run and deserve being outstanding in their recent OFSTED report. Brilliant nursery would highly recommend to anyone, well done Mother Goose Corner Nursery!!!

We have been part of the Mother Goose Corner Nursery family for over 10 years now! We couldn't be happier with the care, education and personal touch that our children receive at Mother Goose. It's almost impossible to summarise in a short space why we love this nursery so much but I think it ultimately comes down to the staff. Without fail we are greeted with an enthusiastic smile and "Good morning". The whole team are confident, friendly and committed and genuinely care about the children as individuals. They always feedback how the day has gone and are always approachable and accommodating. They really are a home away from home and the thought that the Mother Goose chapter of our children's upbringing is almost over I find incredibly sad. I couldn't have hoped for a better setting for our children to attend. They deserve and have earned every bit of praise they receive. My oldest daughter even wants to work there when she finishes school!

Mother Goose Corner Nursery & Pre-School has been the most amazing nursery I have ever experienced. My daughter has been at this nursery since 6 months old and they not only have been an amazing support to both my daughter and I but have been such a huge and positive contribution to her growth. They are all very understanding, friendly, welcoming and will go above and beyond to help any way they can. My daughter loves going to nursery and has learnt so much at her time there. They make every child and parent feel important and will always give their time to listen and talk about anything. Mother Goose Corner Nursery & Pre-School is absolutely wonderful!

Mother Goose Corner Nursery is a wonderful nursery offering excellent levels of care, education and service. The teams have made our daughters transition into nursery as smooth as possible and it is a joy to see her thrive in their structured yet homely environment. We couldn't be happier.

I have 2 sons at Mother Goose Corner and I am delighted with the nursery. The staff are so friendly and caring. When I come to pick my sons up the staff are always interacting with the children, unlike other nurseries I have visited where staff stand around and talk to each other. I really can't sing the praises of both the management and room staff highly enough; they are always smiling, will go out of their way to make sure the children are happy and provide a safe and friendly environment for the children to learn in. Both my boys love the food at the nursery and enjoy the healthy, homemade variety of food. The extension to the pre-school has transformed the space and provides a light and airy area for children to learn and play.I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a loving environment for their children to learn and thrive in.

I have tears of JOY! We had to change schools for my son as the previous school was horrible. Mother Goose took my son with warm, loving, and open arms. The school change was like night and day for my son. Within the first month, I have noticed positive changes in him. He comes home singing or humming nursery rhymes. He has a keen interest in the alphabet! As a bilingual child, he's even picking up new words and talking away! These are all things that were not happening at the previous school. My son is a picky eater and I was thrilled when I was told recently he ate his whole entire plate of fish pie! At drop-off and pick-up, my son's carers always have a smile on their faces wanting to share my son's progress and willingness to work with him and me. They have welcomed my son as family and in turn my son is happy and progressing! We are sad to leave UK in a few months, mainly because we have to leave MotherGoose.
