Holyrood Nursery Princes Dock is an all-inclusive nursery offering a state-of-the-art interior for early years learning, with well-equipped outdoor play and staff who are passionately committed to a child's well-being and key early years learning goals.

Holyrood Nursery is located in the Princes Dock development next door to a high-end hotel, neighbouring many prime businesses, luxury apartments and the new cruise liner facility. An ideal location for the drop-off and collection of children.

Purposely-designed to provide an exciting and fun learning atmosphere from birth to five years of age, the nursery takes on board any specific concerns parents have and are open to additional services that might benefit their customers.

The children at Princes Dock have regular access to the nursery soft play centre, which aids physical development and is suitable for children of all ages to enjoy.

An incredible nursery with the most dedicated staff. My son has just left ready for Reception and has been in the nursery since he was 18 months old, in that time I have had not one concern or issue with his care. We couldn't recommend this nursery enough, it truly became a home away from home for my
son. My son in particularly really loved the gardening and outdoor experiences he had access to daily. We will miss all the staff, thank you for everything - we're sad to be moving on!

I am so glad I chose Hollywood nursery for my daughter. I was a little anxious because she seemed so small and not crawling yet. Fast forward couple of months she crawling and loving each day in nursery. All of the staff are amazing at Holyrood from the manager to all the her staff in her room, other
staff members who made me feel at ease especially in her settling it days. Nothing ever is to much they always give an informative handover.


I viewed a couple of nursery's and Holyrood stuck out by a mile, the aesthetic of it, the resources & especially the location for me. Not to mention it is an inclusive nursery nappies & milk included.

My son is a baby too attached to me and his dad. He was in another nursery before for 4 months and we were not very comfortable with his care. Since he started at Holyrood, I felt nothing but confidence growing everyday. The drop offs are still a struggle, but he soon settles and enjoys his whole day.
The way I'm constantly updated on his day puts me at ease. I can see that he is happy and loved and well looked after. He loves his food and I can see how much he loves the food there. I'm very happy with our decision of moving him. All staff are great but specially two members of staff who he is more attached too, every single person you can see they love what they do and kids feels safe and happy there. Can't recommend enough. My little girl has settled really well into Holyrood nursery. The staff are all so lovely and nurturing and they have made my little girls experience here so far so memorable. I was very worried about my little girl transitioning from each room as she grew older but the staff are brilliant! They are
very attentive and observant and they make it very smooth and easy for the parent and the child. Having a clingy baby I was naturally worried about leaving her anywhere but it feels more like a family in Holyrood and the staff genuinely care for the welfare of the children. Surroundings are also very clean! The children are clearly all very well looked after.

My little boy is well looked after. Nappies changed regularly, nose wiped regularly, when asked cream applied to rashes. He is taken to the garden regularly and they put a cover on his clothes, so his clothes don't get muddy. He is well fed, seems to eat everything. Lovely chef cooks meals for them
and pops in to the room to see babies. Place is clean and tidy.
Nursery has spare clothes so if your baby doesn't have spares to change into, they will find him something so he doesn't stay in wet socks and clothes. This is my first baby so I have a lot of expectations and worries, but the staff are brilliant. The staff members always welcome babies with open arms, they seem genuinely happy to see them in the morning. Staff from other rooms know my boys name and say hello from the distance when they see us. Also the Manager is great, very accommodating and nothing seems to be too much trouble. Parents app is working well. Generally great place!

This so far has been the best nursery I have ever seen.
They are looking after our daughter with excellence and we feel our daughter is safe with them.
They go above and beyond everyday to make her day exciting and come up everyday with new activities to keep her entertained. She loves to go to nursery
now which was a big thing in the past with previous nurseries. The manager is brilliant and will accommodate parents requests as much as she can. The staff members who look after our daughter are amazing people and you can see how they love her.
Absolutely recommended.

My son has settled in really well to the nursery. He is in the baby room and absolutely loves going in every day, seeing the staff and his friends. He loves going outside into the garden and he often has more than one portion of food at mealtimes. I love that there's an app for parents so that we can
stay updated with how our child is doing that day and what activities they have been doing. I'm really glad we chose Holyrood Nursery Princes Dock because he's just really happy here.

I enrolled my two little ones at Holyrood for a month, and they were exceptionally well cared for. My older daughter returned home each day excited and delighted with the activities she participated in. My young son enjoyed exploring the babies' room, which was filled with toys resembling household
items such as kitchen dishes, electrical buttons, and switches. He especially loved the water toys. I was very impressed with the thoughtful and engaging environment at Holyrood.

Highly recommended! This place is completely set for every stage and great for developing plenty of skill for my little one. Plus the staff is super friendly and very kind. This place also provides Halal food which is absolutely amazing. Overall, 5 stars from me.

I recommend this nursery a lot for many reasons:
First, the staff is very friendly, experienced and very helpful.
Second, they helped me overcome many challenges related to familiarising my little daughter with going to the nursery by giving me practical tips.
l remember, specifically, the manager
who supported my child during her transition from the baby's section to the toddler's section.

I'm so grateful to find a place at Holyrood Nursery.
Overall all the staff have treated us so well. The staff is friendly and professional, and the place is always tidy and neat. Especially, three staff members in particular. They have been taking care of my little boy since he was 4 months old.
I
have seen how awake my baby is now and how he seems happy when they are around.
Personally, I fully recommend the nursery.

My daughter previously attended a nursery before joining Holyrood. We were anxious about how she would get on however due to the calming welcoming presence of the staff she settled so quickly. From the moments captured on the app, I know she is having the best time and that we made the best choice.
The
nursery is so inviting from the management team as you walk into the nursery to staff walking by. When viewing the nursery all staff acknowledged my daughter as well as myself, taking time to say hello back to her. I'm excited to see how my daughter develops as she progresses through each room. I know she is in safe hands and will be prepared for her next chapter when it comes to it.

My daughter's (11 months) first day at Holyrood today and I feel so happy knowing she is in such good hands. I was so nervous to start her in a nursery this young, however, we had a wonderful experience for our settle-in sessions so today wasn't a worry at all! I am so excited about this journey, watching
my little girl grow with the help of the two staff members in the baby room!
Plus, the app is brilliant so I can see what she is doing throughout the day!

Our daughter has one session a week, and she absolutely loves it! She has a disability, and the team couldn't have done more to accommodate her needs. All the team in the baby room are fantastic, really friendly and welcoming. Notable mention to one member of staff who has been brilliant in getting
our little girl motivated and is so dedicated to helping her. The food is fabulous; I think we've yet to have an unfinished meal! All in all, I can't recommend Holyrood highly enough.

My child is absolutely happy to go to her nursery and in love with her teachers; they are all amazing. She talks at home, all the time, about her teachers and friends from nursery.

Holyrood Nursery really is a home away from home for my little one! He absolutely loves it and has the biggest smile on his face when we drop him off. We get pictures and updates via the app throughout the day too so we always know what he’s been up to! The staff are incredible, it really is like a

Absolutely brilliant nursery.
Our little boy started with Holyrood almost two years ago and it’s been an absolute pleasure to watch him grow.
Every single member of the team seems to thoroughly enjoy their job and wants to ensure every kid has the best possible experience.
We have such a happy,
outgoing, sociable little boy and we wholeheartedly believe that the team at Holyrood have a massive part to play in that.
Every time I pick him up, the team seem genuinely excited to fill me in on his day and it’s so refreshing to see people who are so engaged in their workplace.

Holyrood Nursery have been nothing but brilliant for our 2-year-old. She has been with the nursery since she was 9 months old and has gone from the baby room to the toddler room. The staff are always on hand to help and answer questions and our little girl has developed some lovely bonds with the staff.
I would recommend Holyrood Princess Dock to anyone looking to start their children in a nursery and are worried as I cannot fault them.

I have over 20 years of Early Years experience as well as being an Early Years Specialist holding a senior role in my last position. I have experience working in Princess Dock many years ago and I am thrilled to be coming back. Education wise I have a BA QTS EYPS. My previous setting has achieved an Outstanding Ofsted grade as have other settingsI have supported.
