My LG has been at Mama Bears in Soundwell since she was 2 and has thoroughly enjoyed her time there. She has made a group of friends whom she loves playing with on a day to day basis. The nursery nurses are friendly, warm and very accommodating. I have never had an issue with anything in the setting
and I wold recommend the nursery to anyone looking in the future.
I do think it could do with some slight modernisation in the rooms and the food menu is slightly repetitive and some meals I don't think are quite filling enough for active toddlers but as a whole I am impressed with the nursery and am glad my daughter is leaving after having enjoyed herself. She always looks forward to nursery and never wants to come home.

Great nursery, staff always friendly and professional. Would highly recommend to other friends. Always kept up to date with what is happening at the nursery. Love receiving my elog notifications and seeing what she has been getting up to.

I cannot speak highly enough about Mama Bears in Soundwell, my son loves it. Every single member of staff no matter their role, go out of their way to talk to my son and make him feel special from the minute he arrives. He loves the active play and I love the fact the children are encouraged to play
outside even when it's not sunny, I've experienced many child care facilities that do not do this.
I love the videos and photos of my son published to the online learning log, it's wonderful to see my son enjoying his day as it can be very worrying being away from him but these things show me he is having a great time and I can be happy knowing he is too.
Mama bears are very informative about my sons day when I collect him and he's always smiling in his room. The staff are very caring and my little one talks a lot about them outside of the nursery!!! Thank you to everyone there for encouraging my son to do just best in a fun way and for helping him enjoy everyday he's there!!!!

My son has been at Mama Bears from the baby room to pre-school and I can't thank the whole team enough. He loves his nursery and I feel confident in leaving him in their care. Haven't found a nursery that beats this one and will be sad when my son leaves.
