Tynemouth Nursery at Jesmond

Five-star nursery with a five-star team! My daughter goes three days per week and often asks to go to nursery on her days off - that speaks volumes to me! I don't have any worries or concerns when she is in nursery - the team are just fantastic. Lots of lovely activities, classes, trips out are arranged and my daughter surprises me with how much she has been taught. Thank you to all of the team.

My daughter could not be happier with the care and love she has received. The pre-school team is just amazing! My little girl has so much fun and has developed confidence so much since starting nursery at Tynemouth Nursery Jesmond. We couldn't recommend the nursery highly enough.

We could not have asked for a better nursery for our daughter. She absolutely loves it here, talks about the carers and her friends all the time and is genuinely excited to go in the morning. She enjoys all kinds of physical and intellectual activities and always surprises us with how much she learns. The carers are truly amazing, they put so much thought and heart into all the activities they set up for the kids, and they make genuine connections with the kids. Seeing as our daughter spends so much time there, this affection and care have been the most important thing for us.

Our son has been going to nursery here for over a year and we absolutely love it. He started as a baby and we have watched him develop and become a happy and independent toddler in no small part because of the care and attention he gets from the staff. We really feel like the staff know him and want the very best for him. He is so happy in his room and we love that he has connections still with the staff from his previous room. We know that when he moves up he will still have those people checking in on him. The food is wonderful, the facilities amazing, the staff are always coming up with brilliant ways to entertain and engage the children. I love that there are external partners that come in like hartbeeps. The Christmas party that they put on as well is such an added bonus and has helped me to meet other parents. I also really appreciate the detailed information on the app. I am so glad that we chose this nursery for our son and recommend it to anyone who asks!

Our daughter is absolutely thriving at Tynemouth Nursery. She is so happy to go in each day and gets to enjoy a wealth of activities every day with her friends. The staff are an absolute asset to the nursery and always go above and beyond in their care. I cannot recommend Tynemouth Nursery highly enough and wouldn't hesitate to send any future children to the same nursery.

Communication has also been excellent. We would highly recommend.

Thanks to all the staff of Tynemouth Nursery in Jesmond, they made it feel like a home from home for my daughter.

The only other comment I would make is that when we looked around the nursery there was talk of regular trips out and don't feel there have been many. We were told they take the kids to exhibition park for example but don't think they ever went.

We'll continue to recommend it to any parent looking for a nursery in the area.

My son has been going to this nursery for over 2 years now. All the staff have been amazing. My son struggled to go to nursery at first and got really upset. The staff were very reassuring. They helped him settle in and now he loves it. I can't thank them enough. They all do a brilliant job and provide a home-from-home environment.

I have recommended the nursery to friends and family members who have also been impressed with the nursery and all that it offers. The number of programmes that the children can access such as hartbeeps, nature makers, football and tennis helps assuage some of the guilt that we feel as parents because at this nursery, our children are never missing out.

Our son has attended Tynemouth Nursery, Jesmond, for just over a year. He was really unsettled initially but the staff were absolutely incredible and made him feel at home very quickly. A year on his confidence has grown massively, together with his speech and language, and he practically runs in every morning. Our youngest is due to start soon and we have no hesitation in sending him here.

Tynemouth Nursery has been a fantastic choice for our child. The staff truly do care for the needs of each child. We get regular updates about our child's development and what they have been up to. Our child very much looks forward to nursery and gets excited about going which in itself speaks volumes. I have nothing but praise and admiration for the staff at Tynemouth Nursery. They truly are such a delightful and welcoming bunch.

I cannot recommend this nursery highly enough. The love, care, attention and support my daughter has been given is amazing. She is in a small, intimate room with two nursery nurses, who are incredibly skilled at their jobs and so hardworking. My husband and I were very moved when we read the first 'observations' for our daughter. The two nursery nurses picked up on all of the tiny, almost imperceptible little things that she does at home, which showed us how much they know her. We get loads of regular updates throughout the day about what she is doing, including photos and details about what she is eating. They do wonderful activities like sensory class, tuff trays, art, music and loads of themed days. Communication from the nursery overall is timely and it is a well-organised place. We have had nothing but exceptional service from the word go. I know that there is somewhat of a waiting list at the moment and for good reason. My daughter adores the nursery and her nurses.

We cannot recommend this nursery enough. It makes one want to have more children just to be able to send them here.

Our son has been here for 4 months now and has grown so much in that time. With confidence, interacting with children and adults, eating, and we found his love of music. The staff are lovely and always keep us updated on his progress. They all know him, and he has no issues being around all the staff. They do regular activities like Hartbeeps which he loves. Our little one started recently and every staff member has been so welcoming, kind and friendly. He has matured so much since string and it is a joy to see how much he enjoys it there. Both of my boys have attended this nursery and I have nothing but good things to say about the staff and the nursery itself. They are incredibly caring people who consistently try their utmost to make the children they care for have a fantastic day. They are very in tune with parental needs.
