Chuckles Nursery

The staff are amazing, they do everything they can for the children and my little boy enjoys it so much. They are outside a lot (even in cold weather) which is so beneficial to children and is one of my favourite things about this nursery. My son’s speech and development is so much further on than other children his age who don’t attend nursery and we always receive compliments on his speech. If I had another child I would definitely put them into Chuckles Nursery even though there’s a nursery closer.

We were so lucky to find this nursery. Both my children (4 and 2) attend and they love going. The facilities are fantastic and they always seem to be trying to improve their environment, which must take so much work. The outside area is absolutely amazing as well. I teach in a nursery class so feel I can safely say what good learning looks like, and Chuckles definitely offers excellent Early Years practice. The staff are always welcoming and both of mine clearly feel comfortable and happy and we are always hearing the staff's names at home.

My child has significant medical needs and the nursery have been fantastic in accommodating this, they are the friendliest and most nurturing staff and cannot praise them highly enough! My child started off here when she was two having returned after such a long time due to personal reasons they made me feel at ease and her return ran as smoothly as possible, my anxiety about her returning was very quickly resolved when I saw how happy they were to see her back.

The guys at Chuckles have been amazing while looking after my 2 children. Nothing is ever any trouble and they can't do enough to keep the kids happy throughout the day. My daughter is leaving to join school and was always talking about her Aunties at Chuckles.

My son has attended the nursery since he was one year old, now he is four years old. He really enjoys going every morning. I really like the staff and the flexibility, they are very helpful and kind. I can just say a big thank you.

My son really enjoys going to nursery. Staff at Chuckles are extremely friendly and helpful. They have a fab menu. Staff is always ready to listen to you and lastly they promote outdoor play which is important for the children.

My son has been attending Chuckles for two years. He loves it there, sometimes he doesn't want to leave, which is a good sign. They have a fabulous outdoor area, as well as plenty to do indoors. The food is lovely and nutritious, and obviously the children love it. Usually, my son has at least three plates of dinner! Their rates are very reasonable and the fact they do a term-time contract is the icing on the cake. All the staff are very friendly and helpful. Cannot recommend this nursery enough, they are amazing.

I love the natural outside space and will never forget the stories about meeting the animals in their 1st week. I love the artwork and the woodwork they come home with and the songs they sing to me or stories they retell. Thank you!

I am constantly amazed at all the new things my little one has learnt from nursery - including Welsh (we are not a Welsh-speaking family), numbers, writing her name, singing lovely songs and the many craft activities she tells me about. Her (and my!) favourite is when mummy and daddy come into nursery for family craft or cooking days.

The nursery has been great since my son started at the end of December. Although he gets upset when dropping him off, the staff are great at settling him quickly and when there he really enjoys himself. The pictures emailed from staff through the day are a great reassurance for us that he is enjoying his time there. The food menu is varied and seems to be a hit and the outside space at the nursery is fab. We also love the messy play element and so does our son. We like that play is encouraged throughout the day and there is no emphasis on screens/technology.

Staff at Chuckles Nursery are extremely friendly and helpful. They are always willing to accommodate requests if possible and have been quick to respond to queries. My daughter loves going to nursery and always goes with a beaming smile. She has built up strong relationships with staff and I feel this is due to consistency in staffing. Well done Chuckles!

Amazing nursery, lovely staff, my daughter has blossomed since being here 3 years ago, going to miss bringing her to Chuckles.

I will be forever grateful to everyone who’s worked with my son at this nursery as they treat him so well and are so amazing with him and have brought him on so much.

I am always kept well informed of any issues or problems, they are easy to communicate with and if I have any concerns or queries, they are happy to take time and discuss these with me. Fantastic nursery, fantastic staff.

I cannot thank nor recommend the nursery highly enough.

Fantastic nursery which all my children have had the pleasure to attend. Last few months for my youngest and then we say goodbye to Chuckles and their wonderful staff. Definitely, a lovely environment for your little ones to be in while they learn and play.
