Chuckles Nursery

Very good nursery and the staff are so friendly. They work well as a team and do fab with the kids. I have had all three children in the setting. We are always saying they should make the nursery for older children. The kids love it there and staff always keep parents up to date with day to day activities.

Chuckles is an amazing nursery. They're all so caring and supportive and really make me feel like they understand what it's like when you're putting your child in someone else's hands for the day. The communication on the Famly app is second to none, especially the daily updates and pictures. I particularly appreciate the reassuring messages when it's been a difficult drop off. I have no doubt my child is in the best hands, having great experiences, enjoying the incredible outside space and facilities they have, and delicious meals every day. He is absolutely thriving and I put that down, in no small part, to the care and attention he receives at Chuckles. I could not have hoped to find a better nursery for my child and think every single person there does a great job.

My daughter really enjoyed the care at Chuckles. Unfortunately, I can't get another place as she took a long break. I loved the daycare and highly recommend it to all parents. Everyone at daycare is very helpful.

All the staff working in the nursery are very approachable. They call them ‘aunties’. Management are great. Invoices received in plenty of time. Our baby started at 4months settling in and they still put me at ease every day with updates on how he’s doing. He’s come on leaps and bounds. He is lactose intolerant and the nursery go above and beyond to make him equal and eat ‘normal’ foods. If we request something they will do it. Highly recommend and they’ve been fantastic with me and my partner working shift patterns. He bumped his head by accident on the decking and within five minutes myself, my partner his dad and my mum the emergency contact was informed and we had to sign off an accident report form. It was a tiny little bit of red ,a complete accident and they went above and beyond. They do not hesitate to contact with any information regarding our son.

My son has been attending Chuckles for almost two months now. I was so nervous and had been to view about ten nurseries before Chuckles. I instantly felt at home there and I knew it was right for my son. They keep me updated via the app and send me plenty of photos. He always comes out happy and when I leave him he doesn't look back! Amazing staff and lovely place. Highly recommend!

Absolutely outstanding childcare provider. My son loves his days at nursery and all the staff are amazing and go above and beyond. We have been with Chuckles Nursery for almost two years and they have been incredible at every point!

Chuckles Nursery staff do a great job of keeping me informed of my child's time at nursery, including activities, what she's eaten, how she's slept and they even monitor her progress with things like vocabulary and interaction with other children etc.

My daughter has been attending Chuckles Nursery for around seven-eight months and absolutely loves every day she spends at nursery. The girls are so friendly and helpful and I have noticed how my little girl has blossomed into a smart and funny character. Would 100% recommend.

All care, learning and safeguarding etc. are up to high standards for me. Staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.

Trustworthy, decent and caring. An all-round fantastic nursery which we were lucky enough to find - they have brought our daughter along leaps and bounds. Sincerely couldn't recommend them any more highly.

One of the best nurseries you can pick for your child! The facilities, the staff and everything about it is welcoming and good for your child's development. Our daughter has flourished with them, even though I was scared to leave my 11-month daughter without her mum around. They always respond to your concerns or requests. Our daughter is going to school soon after two years of full-time attendance and we know we'll miss Chuckles Nursery terribly!

We love it at Chuckles Nursery, all staff go the extra mile to ensure our child is happy and safe. They make sure that there are plenty of fun activities and we have never had any problems over the last two years.

I can't fault the staff at Chuckles Nursery at all! The duty of care they show the children is incredible, always smiling, always cheerful and nothing is too much. Management and all the staff are accommodating and will always try their best to make a plan for you. My son loves going to nursery and comes home very happy! I would always recommend this fantastic nursery!

Chuckles Nursery have a fantastic setting for all baby and pre-school ages. They have the most wonderful and loving team, we couldn't praise them more highly for the care given to our little boy. Fantastic communication with parents via an app and regular updates on child progress/dietary updates and monitoring of toilet breaks. We wouldn't hesitate to send future children here too, we think they are a fantastic nursery - thanks Chuckles.

If we could give Chuckles Nursery more than five-star then we would. From the moment we looked around four years ago, we knew that it was perfect - a home from home for our daughter and now our son too. Both have been so happy there. They have also managed both children's food allergies brilliantly. We honestly couldn't speak more highly of the staff and the nursery. Thank you to everyone at Chuckles for all your hard work and dedication.

My 4-year-old son has just finished at this nursery, after spending 19 months there. Staff have always been very attentive and caring to my son's needs. When he started at the nursery, there was only certain foods he would eat, but the staff were very patient and persevered with trying him new foods, and within the space of a few months he was eating everything on their menu. Plenty of fruit and vegetables are included in meals and lots of snacks in between. The children could eat as much as they needed to, so good for hungry children! There's a daily menu so you always know what your little ones are eating. We were always able to contact staff with any concerns and they were very approachable and deal with things quickly. Children spend lots of time playing outdoors, as they have a large outdoor area, including a sensory garden and a bike track. We will always hold fond memories of our son's time here and feel so sad he had to leave, to start school. Absolutely outstanding!

A wonderful nursery full of kind, caring, supportive staff. The whole team of nursery nurses, admin, management, and cleaners, all do a fantastic job! My daughter loves being at Chuckles every day and is growing and learning so much and I thank them for that

Brilliant nursery, lovely staff and there are always lots of activities for my daughter. She always comes home happy and smiling and can’t wait to go back and play with all her friends and nursery aunties.
