My daughter has attended since she was around 11 months old and is so happy and settled. The staff seem to have a genuine investment in her, her care and her development. The updates on the app are really informative and helpful and communication is always great. I do feel that having some more
links with a designated/named worker would be helpful however everyone is approachable.
I really like the diversity of themes and activities offered. They often access the community as well as outdoor play facilities at the nursery and it's lovely to see them playing and having new opportunities.

Staff are amazing and great with the children cannot fault them at all, as a company I don't believe we should be charged for bank holidays, even if a percentage was added to every other day to cover staff payments on bank holidays rather than charging a family the normal payment when they still
have to find childcare for there child

Both my children attend Pitter Patter and the staff have always been brilliant with them. There is always a warm welcome at the door and they make such a fuss of them going in. The outside garden space is lovely and all the activities always seem so well thought out. Such a lovely nursery

Pitter Patter provide such love and compassion. They communicate with parents so well. They meet the needs of both the children and the parents, being an anxious mother, they have never made me feel any question or phone call is too much.
Their activities are just brilliant, making sure they are
both fun and educational.
The menu is just amazing.
I can not recommend or praise this nursery enough!!

This nursery is absolutely amazing and one of the best, the pride they take on ensuring children are safe and protected and especially learning through play is amazing! Their communication on their app they've provided keeps me informed and sends photos of my little one throughout his day at the
nursery.
As an anxious mum I can't vouch enough for pitter patter staff for making me feel safe for leaving my child in their hands!

We have had such a lovely experience with this nursery over the past three years. The rooms are always clean, bright, and welcoming, and it's clear that a lot of care goes into creating a happy environment for the children.
My child is always so happy going in each day and comes home tired from all
the fun and activities, which is always a good sign! It's really reassuring as a parent to know they are enjoying their time there and are well looked after.
Any questions I've ever had have always been responded to quickly and helpfully, and communication from the team has been great. In the three years we've been there, we've only had two incidents, and both were handled very professionally and with care.
We're really grateful to the staff for everything they do and for creating such a positive, safe and nurturing place for children.

My daughter has been in pitta patter for nearly a year. She absolutely loves going into nursery! She settled very well and the staff keep you updated about her day. All of the staff are very friendly. They have a variety of food options and are very good at catering to allergies. When I visited the
nursery before my daughter started I noticed it was very clean and the children were doing a range of activities. In my opinion this is a great nursery, I definitely made the right decision sending my daughter here.

Pitter Patter has been an excellent nursery experience for my son and I. Staff are kind and very communicative, regularly keeping in touch or sending photos via the app which is very reassuring. I also like that the nursery is more than well-established and many of the staff have been retained over
years, again - very reassuring to know my son is in experienced hands. The children experience planned interactive activities & trips into the local area. We're pleased.

We have nothing but praise for Pitter Patter. Especially Ffion, Bethan, Becca and Keileigh. They are always happy and polite. My daughter can sometimes require extra input and all the staff are always happy and interested in how to better support her needs.

5* Service, the girls treat my son with the best care. He Absolutely loves attending and speaks of them and how much fun hes had, they're always upto something fun & take amazing care of him, They are brilliant and absolutely wouldn't trust anyone else with him, they've been so understanding
with his autism and accommodating to make sure he also has fun with his friends. I cant recommend PitterPatter enough

Fantastic nursery!
The staff at Pitter Patter are amazing, always doing great activities with the children to help develop new skills and help their development. The activities are fun and engaging and have preparred my son well for school with a lot of activities focussed on mathematical skills
and literacy and writing. The staff really have a great relationship with the children, my son absolutely loves them all.
The facilities in the nursery are perfect, my son always talks about how he's been out in the garden or in the undercover play area playing so he has plenty of fresh air regardless of the weather. The staff also take the children out in the community to the park, shops and library.
We get updates via the app regularly through the day, documenting what theyre eating and toileting, and then photos and a description of what activities they've done.
My son has been in Pitter Patter for 2 years and we feel extremely lucky to have him in such a fantastic local nursery.

July 2025: Supper supportive for first time/new parents.
As a first time parent, whose partner has recently returned to the workplace. Pitter Patter have been so helpful in supporting the change in care for our 6 month old. Both the management and staff are always friendly, supportive and
excellent communicators. It's honestly made the transition so much easier and taken a whole lot of stress and answered all our what if questions. We love getting daily updates showing how Pitter Patter are providing engaging environments. They're clear professionals and have been invaluable in helping us introduce new foods through weaning and sharing new the skills our child is learning.

I can't recommend Pitter Patter enough! Fantastic communication from staff, a commitment to making sure children experience fun and enriching activities each day. My son eats better than I do whilst there, the meals are fantastic.

Lovely nursery with a fabulous outdoor play area. We get daily update with photos from the nursery it's mBoth my kids go there and I couldn't be happier with the care they receive. Would highly recommend to other parents.

Incredibly pleased with the care provided to my little girl since starting last summer. I found it extremely difficult leaving her in the hands of strangers on my return to work. It took her a few months to settle in but it's put my mind at ease knowing she is well looked after. The staff work hard
and my little girl always comes out so happy.

Generally an excellent nursery. Due to moving house, our son has been in two nursery settings over the last few years and Pitter Patter is by far the best of the two we've experienced.
Our son always goes in excited and comes out happy, which says it all.
The feedback, pictures and messaging via
the app are particularly good.
The only comment for improvement is increased flexibility over occasionally needing to change or increase days temporarily, although appreciate this can be challenging with staff rotas.

Pitter Patter overall is a good nursery, both of my children have attended/attend. Good activities, carers are kind, good food choices.
Only downside is that if you're late/underpaid payment (even by a day/£1.29) you get a warning of a fine - could be a reminder email.

My little boy attends this nursery and it’s fantastic. He’s been there for over a year now and I feel so comfortable knowing he’s in good hands. I love the photo updates and seeing the activities they do through the day. The nursery will accommodate extra days for us if they can which is very
helpful. Overall the girls are fabulous with my little one even when he’s not in the best of moods. I’ve had no regrets in picking this nursery.
