Selca Day Nursery - Llanharan

Cannot fault the love, care and dedication of this team over the last few weeks. From staff working tirelessly to keep children comfortable in the recent heatwave, managing changes to my child's needs and always answering the door with a smile. Its truly a magical place!

Our daughter took time to settle but with the kind workers, she now has lots of fun. She loves the staff, has made friends and we personally love the regular updates we receive and photos. She's eating a more varied diet and her social skills are strong. Some areas are difficult to judge as we don'tThank you Selca ever go into the building which is a real shame and something we'd really like to be able to do.

The staff have been wonderful with my daughter but they're being extra brilliant and patient now that she's potty training. It's such a weight of our mind that we can leave her and know that she's being looked after by kind and knowledgeable professionals. Thank you!

A fantastic nursery , and the staff always try their best to accommodate my last minute requests ! My child absolutely loves it there , and doesn't look back when he's at the door ! Thank you all so much .

Fantastic nursery! My daughter is always so happy to go in and everyone is so friendly and kind (specially Sarah!). My daughter has also learned so many new things with them, and often comes back home saying new words that she learned at nursery

All staff are always wonderfully helpful and lovely with our boys, my littlest is often upset at the door but they quickly help him feel at ease and send photos of him playing shortly after to ease me too!

Fantastic setting which has been outstanding for our first child. The staff are very friendly and always willing to help in any way. They have helped our son settle in quickly and he absolutely loves it there.

My child is fairly new to the nursery setting but he is enjoying. The regular girls seem lovely that I speak too and he eats a lovely range of cooked food and snacks. I am really pleased my child attends there and its never too much trouble to have queries answered by phone or in person. I like using the app to watch the day and the little pictures they add has definitely improved my transition

Really care about the children and keep.you updated all day with what they are doing. Was very anxious about my son starting as hes quite a clingy baby but he is very welcomed in the nursery and seems to go in just fine

We couldn't be happier with the care and support our daughter has received at this nursery. The staff are genuinely kind, attentive, and passionate about creating a safe and nurturing environment.

A special thank you to Sarah and Abby, who have both been absolutely amazing. Their patience and dedication have made such a positive difference to our little ones development. It's clear they truly care about every child individually and that level of attention means a lot to us as parents.

We would highly recommend this nursery to any parent looking for a caring and supportive place for their child.

I feel completely at ease whilst she is there with the updates they provide through the app, I am able to see what she's ate and how she has ate of it, nappy changes and photo updates all through the day.

My son recently joined the nursery in January and has come on leaps and bounds already. He loves being there and I always hear how much he's enjoyed his day at the nursery at pickup. The staff have a high level of care and attention to detail which is amazing to see, as well as showing real support for every child I see enter the doors. I can't wait to see what awaits for my child's progress as he continues to settle in and make friends.

Our daughter started with Selca back in November when she was nine months old and has been thriving there.

As a first time Mum, I felt totally overwhelmed but the team at Selca Llanharan are absolutely brilliant and our daughter settled into the nursery setting super quickly.

Their regular updates via the app helped ease the stress of going back to work in the early days - it still makes my day seeing how much fun she's having through the photos shared.

It's clear to see how much they care through the effort that's put in. Whether that's organising fun activities, putting together seasonal menus or giving informative updates of your child's day at pick up time.

My daughter is 9 months old and has just started in the nursery. The staff have been very welcoming and friendly, and updates through the app in the day has really eased my anxiety as a first time parent. Excited to see how much further my child develops in this setting.

My son has been at Selca 5 days a week full days for nearly 2 years now and has grown leaps and bounds! He absolutely loves the staff there and his classmates and is very sociable and sweet with everyone. His speech is brilliant thanks to the staff and he's always learning something new every week that he tells me about. His confidence has grown so much too. He has a blast with the crafts and loves the food there, where he always has seconds! The app is brilliant and I'm always checking it daily on what he's been up to, liking pics of him and his activities, seeing how long he's napped , how much he has eaten etc. I love hearing about how his day has gone when I pick him up and also find comfort knowing he's well looked after. It's brill to see him enjoying every moment! It's well worth the money in my eyes. It would be great to have more day trips out for him to experience new environments with his friends- would be my only suggestion. Thanks so much ladies! :)

Selca Llanharan is a fantastic nursery. My little boy has thrived in the environment, and absolutely adores each member of staff. Since he joined over a year ago, his confidence, speech and social skills have improved so much and it's a real relief to know how well looked after he is. As a working mum, it's so hard to know what is the right thing for your babies, and without a doubt Selca is absolutely the right thing for us!

Finally, the pricing for the effort and engagement put in by the staff is by far the best out there! I'm aware that in the local area some other settings are more expensive, but this should not put other parents off when it comes to Selca Llanharan. All staff (especially Sarah and Abby, Emma and Millie) should be so proud of of the care and effort they put in!

Very pleased with her nursery

We were pretty sure we wanted our little one to go to Selca and our visit when I was pregnant only confirmed that. It's such a lovely setting and the staff do an incredible job of looking after the children. My little one has settled in so well and I can see how comfortable he is with the staff. I absolutely love getting updates throughout the day via the app. The range of food served is fantastic too, my little one gets so much variety. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Selca to anybody looking for a nursery for their little one.
