Little Ladybirds Day Nursery

Little Ladybirds Day Nursery is warm and welcoming and takes the time to show interest in my child. My child is happy at nursery and has made some friends. He knows the staff well and talks about them at home. The use of the app allows good communication between home and nursery.

I have had my little boy in Little Ladybirds Day Nursery since he was 4 months old. Being a first time mum him going to nursery so young was really scary for me. I had introduction sessions where I stayed with him, wrote his routines down and was shown exactly where he would be and who he would be with which made me feel more at ease. He has now been with Little Ladybirds for 5 months, he attends four days a week now and absolutely loves it. He smiles as I hand him over on a morning, actually reaching for the girls. I cannot fault their care of him, I am informed of everything going on while he is there through the app. It is more than a job to the staff, they care for my son and that is clear to see. We have tackled teething, weaning and routine changes and they’ve adapted to what we do at home every step of the way. Management are also amazing, and there is nothing I could not go to them about. There is a real team feel at Little Ladybirds and I 1000% recommend them.

My son has been with Little Ladybirds Day Nursery since he was 7.5 months and he’s now 1 year and 9 months old. He has made leaps and bounds in his development since starting with Little Ladybirds, in speech, fine motor and gross motor skills. He is a confident, happy boy and runs into nursery every day with a smile on his face. The app is excellent, Facebook works well too. Would highly recommend Little Ladybirds.

We viewed several nurseries before deciding that Little Ladybirds Day Nursery was the one we wanted to send our baby girl to, and 2 months on we have no regrets! The girls in the baby room are all lovely and have helped her settle in well. I love the app so that I can see what she's been up to throughout the day. Would highly recommend.

All the staff at Little Ladybirds Day Nursery are extremely friendly and welcoming! They are full of enthusiasm and take the time to talk to you and tell you about what your child has been up to! My son loves going to nursery, I recommend Little Ladybirds Day Nursery to everyone!

Can’t recommend Little Ladybirds enough! My nearly two-year-old daughter has been going here since she was six months old and absolutely loves it. She’s always very happy to see the staff and they’ve always been informative when updating us about her day. I love being able to check the app to see what she’s been up to. All the staff I’ve dealt with so far have been very friendly and helpful. I’ve never had to worry about leaving her there all day whilst I go to work as I know she has so much fun.

I’ve had two children attend Little Ladybirds and during their time at the nursery, I have found the staff to be supportive, helpful and informative. I’ve also had lots of support from the office managers who have been instrumental in helping me reduce nursery costs by supporting me with applying for government funding, as well as being extremely understanding at difficult points over the last two years - always going over and beyond to ensure that both the children and parents are happy and fairly treated.

Both my children have thrived during their time at Little Ladybirds, they are confident, happy children who play well with others and are ahead of a lot of their peers in terms of language development, literacy and numeracy understanding. A huge part of this is down to the staff at Little Ladybirds and I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

We have two children at little ladybirds, one who has been attending for two years and one who has just started. Both settled in really quickly thanks to the lovely friendly team and fun engaging environment. My eldest has progressed through the rooms and has loved all of them. There is a fab garden and extras such as football coaching but it’s definitely the great team that really makes little ladybirds the warm and friendly place it is.

Amazing nursery staff and facilities are perfect my son loves it he wants to be back every day and won’t normally leave my side he enjoys it that much always doing different activities and making it fun for the kids always outside time too and creative play

My son has been at Little Ladybirds since he was one and has made some great friends and enjoys going. He loves all the playtime in the garden and football with the coach. The staff are very approachable and any queries I have are always answered. The practitioners have a genuine interest and care for the children.

Can’t fault little ladybirds nursery. Staff are really kind and helpful. My daughter is always keen to go to nursery and never had a day when she would rather stay home. The meals are varied which I like as she will eat things that I sometimes wouldn’t make at home.

My daughter is in preschool and attends two full days a week. She skips in happily and doesn’t look back. The staff are caring towards her and I know she is in safe hands. Pictures are regularly added to the app, along with information about food and what they have been up to. They spend a lot of their time outside exploring and my daughter especially enjoys football. They follow themes throughout the year and my daughter enjoyed learning relaxation and about her mental health. A great nursery and I am glad she goes there and will be a bit sad when she goes up to “big school”.

My first child attended this nursery and he absolutely loved it! He would tell me about his day and the friends he had played with. All the staff at the nursery are so friendly and welcoming! Especially within the baby room, they really make you feel at ease and that your baby is in safe, caring hands.

With my second I was going to attend another nursery (sounds strange I know) to quickly learn that it was not running like Little Ladybirds and the staff were certainly not as friendly and caring towards the children. I think this was a good experience for me as I appreciated Little Ladybirds so much more and had even more confidence in leaving my little boy there. He goes twice a week with open arms and when I pick him up he’s always smiling!

I would recommend this nursery to anyone!

She always comes home happy

Five star amazing staff. My son has settled in really well, and loves going to nursery! His speech and social skills have come on leaps and bounds since attending. I love being updated via the app on what activities he’s enjoyed and what he has eaten.

My daughter loves it, genuinely excited when she arrives. As first-time parents, they have filled us with ease that she is well cared for. The nursery has been extremely flexible with our working needs.

Special thanks to the Tweenies room and the Snr Practioner has always made me feel so at ease and know my daughter is getting the best care, even through all those initial nasty bugs they pick up they have helped me manage that and keep her happy!

Little ladybirds staff are always friendly and welcoming. My daughter has a cows milk protein allergy and they have been so accommodating with her dietary requirements. On top of all, the communication from the baby room alongside the app has given me confidence about where my child is with naps etc. that are changing as she gets older. Thank you!

I moved my son to this nursery after having a bad experience at a different nursery where he did not settle. I had viewed countless nurseries in the area and this one came out on top every time.

It takes me 40 minutes to travel to little ladybirds from where we live, and I am still 100% thrilled with my decision to choose little ladybirds over any others despite it being so far away from home.

My son settled in straight away and turned into a different little boy, so much more confident, smiley and his development came on leaps and bounds.

The staff are all so friendly and approachable, they take the time to talk to you and have always given me advice when I have asked for it.

He has allergies to dairy, egg, and soy and they had no concerns about this. His meals are gorgeous, varied and they give alternatives so he doesn't miss out.

The facilities are outstanding but it's the staff that makes it for me! He gets excited when we arrive and I know he is having a great time.

Our daughter recently completed her time in baby room at Little Ladybirds. She spent almost nine months and was always really settled going to and leaving nursery. The activities were great and the staff were so lovely with her that it gave us as parent great peace of mind.

She’s recently moved up to Tweenies and is absolutely loving all of the activities and experiences that come with the new room.

Her confidence and language skills are great for her age and I truly believe Little Ladybirds is doing great things for her development.

When you ask her “Do you want to go to nursery?” She always replies with an enthusiastic nod of the head and a great big “Yes!”
