I have been using Billingham Day Nursery for 8 years now as both of my boys attend(ed). I can't praise staff enough and both children have really enjoyed their time there. They have progressed in so many areas since being here and have valuable skills to carry through life.

The staff at this nursey make the place an absolutely amazing place for children to learn and develop. They are organised, pay attention to detail and understand the individual needs of each child. Both my children happy wave goodbye to me when I drop them off and trying to get them out at pick-up can
take up to 15 minutes. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone.

My daughter has attended nursery since she was 11 months old. She is settled and very happy. She has a great relationship with staff, in particular, the manager. All staff know her well, are kind and is loving and meet her needs to a high standard.
I would recommend this nursery to anyone! My daughter's
development has come along in leaps and bounds since attending and I have no concerns at all. She is ell cared for in a nutshell.

I would highly recommend this nursery. All three of my children have attended from being babies to leaving to attend school, with one still at the nursery. They have all loved their time at the nursery. They have lots of fun activities for children, such as signing tots. I feel confident leaving my
children in their care, seeing the relationship they build with the girls looking after them. They give regular updates via nursery app, which is lovely to see/hear how well they are doing. The manager is fab, allowing me to have flexibility with nursery days due to being a shift worker. Always clean and healthy homemade meals. Five star nursery.

All members of the nursery play an active role in my daughter's time there. They are caring and understanding and have been extremely helpful and supportive when needed. My daughter loves attending this nursery and we will be extremely sad when she leaves in July. I know the staff really care for her

My daughter has been at the nursery since the age of 1 and is now 4. She has blossomed while being there and has so much confidence. She's learning the skills she needs to prepare her for school in September and she loves the staff. She has bonded really well with many of the staff and the children
and really enjoys her time there. The only thing I would like to see more of, especially now with her being so close to starting school, is more in-depth updates about her progress, possibly a meeting or a parents evening every term or so just so we can have a proper discussion about her progress and what she's been learning. That being said, she does seem to be learning a lot from nursery which is great, it's just not always possible to have a long chat with the girls when I collect her to find out exactly what she's been doing.

Our little boy loves attending this nursery. The manager and the staff are fantastic with him and we can see how much he is improving and developing each week.
The nursery offers some fantastic activities such as football sessions and sign language and this has really helped our little boys confidence.
He loves to tell us all about his day and what he has learnt.
The staff offer a safe and happy environment for all the children they look after and we cannot praise them enough.

Hello, I'm Pam.
I have an NNEB diploma in Early years childhood studies and have worked in childcare for 25 years at Billingham day nursery. I started out as an early year's educator, working my way up to deputy manager and I am now a proud manager at Billingham Children's day nursery.


I take pride in having very good organisational skills and use them when managing the nursery, staff, and children.
I love to meet both new families and familiar faces, welcoming them into our setting and ensuring they feel comfortable.
My team here at Billingham will always ensure all rooms provide fun, stimulating, and safe environments.
I believe having a strong team helps children achieve their individual learning goals by working together and working alongside parents and families collectively.
I look forward to welcoming both you and your child into our nursery.
