Tynemouth Nursery at Battle Hill

The staff have been so warm and welcoming, and I have been impressed with their constant new themes and ideas they have to keep the children entertained and brilliant play areas. I feel very confident leaving my child with the staff and my son loves attending the nursery.

My daughter has been in the nursery for almost a year now and she loves every minute. As a very clingy 1-year-old, she very quickly adapted to nursery life and now very clearly gets excited when we are getting ready to go to nursery. The girls make it more of a home environment than a nursery. She has come on leaps and bounds and is such a social, happy little girl, which I credit a lot to her time there. She has tried some many different kinds of foods, that she refused at home. I'm always hearing of all the different activities they do, painting, sports, loose-parts, role-play, football play to name but a few and the activities are always varied week to week. I couldn't recommend the nursery more and I will tell anybody that will listen, how loving and attentive the staff are. 10 out of 10 for us as a family!

My son now 9 months, has been attending Tynemouth Nursery at Tyne Met now for 2 months. At first, I was apprehensive about leaving him so young but the staff there eased any doubts the first time I met them. They are kind, helpful and my son took to them straight away! He absolutely loves going and is absolutely thriving, he's learning so quickly, all his meals are cooked from scratch and the menu is amazing. My son attends three days a week and unlike other nursery's I've used in the past for my other children, I can go to work happy knowing he's well cared for, safe and very happy.
