Marton Children’s Day Nursery employs a friendly and passionate team, trained in all key areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to provide quality childcare.

Our little girl started here when she was just one year old and she still attends two years later during half term. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful and we wouldn't take her anywhere else. She has gone from a shy little girl to one full of confidence thanks to this nursery and its staff.
Special recognition goes to one particular member of staff who's looked after her since she was around 10 months old and to another two staff members who are extremely helpful and really have a passion for their jobs. This doesn't exclude the rest of the staff, they're all fantastic and it's rare to find a nursery with such attentive and friendly staff who care so much about the children's welfare and progression. I would recommend this nursery to anyone.

My daughter has been coming here since she was a baby and is now 4 years old this year! My daughter absolutely loves it, everyone is so friendly and approachable. My daughter has picked up so much from this nursery, she used to struggle to speak, but now she is doing brilliantly, with colours, shapes,
and numbers she really has picked up and is very independent and confident. She has really come out of her shell and loves making new friends and communicating with staff members.
My daughter always tells me the activities she has done and each day has been different when she has been.
This is the only nursery I would recommend to people as I have had a brilliant experience with them. Never any problems.
They have been utterly amazing with my daughter and couldn't thank them enough!

The nursery has been really helpful and supportive towards my son and myself. They take the time to listen to what support you need and keep in regular contact with me. All staff know each and every child’s need, and not just their key children. From the outside looking in they seem like a close family
and it’s lovely to see that you can leave your child in such safe hands. They are extremely flexible which is great if you work different shifts and they work really well with multiple agencies if needed.

The manager and the rest of the staff at Marton are absolutely fab! My child has gained so much since starting at nursery - her confidence and social skills have improved tenfold and most importantly she is happy within the setting and comes and leaves with a massive smile on her face! With access to
the app I am able to check in with how my daughter's day is going and I am thrilled with the bond she has created with the girls in pre-school! I have no doubt that with the skills she is gaining, she will be fully prepared for her transition to reception and I couldn't be more grateful to the team!

Gorgeous nursery, I'm always confident my little boy will be safe and happy here! The manager is an absolute angel and makes you feel like you're part of the nursery family. Lots of varied learning and play activities and my boy gets fed better there than he does at home, great menu. Couldn't recommend

I have experience as a practitioner as I was the full timer in preschool and eventually worked my way up to my current role.


My favourite part about working in a nursery is providing the necessary support, care and love for both parents and children. I do this whilst ensuring children with additional needs receive the correct interventions and are prepared for transitions on their next part of their adventure.
