My daughter came into the nursery at 12 months old, she is now really settled at the nursery, the staff are lovely and approachable. My daughter can identify colours and shapes and say some words. I can tell they work hard to take care of my lovely daughter.

Brilliant nursery for the little ones to go to. My daughter went there before moving onto school nursery. She always enjoyed her days there and loved the staff members. Always coming home and telling me stories of what she done with her friends. Her development during the time she was there progressed

My son has attended Marton Nursery since being a baby and has enjoyed every single minute of being there. The staff are fantastic. The help and support I got from them whilst going through the process of an autism diagnosis for my son was outstanding. I really can not thank them enough. I would definitely

My little boy went here and could hardly speak, he wouldn’t leave my side and wouldn’t go with anyone but they brought him on so much interacting with others and his talking came on really well, couldn’t thank this nursery enough for what they did for us.

My grandson attends nursery three times a week and happily leaves me at the door to go in.
When I pick him up the staff member lets me know what he has been doing whilst at nursery, what he's had for lunch and whether or not he has had a nap.
He has come on leaps and bounds since starting nursery,
especially with his speech and he is a lot more confident when interacting with other children.

I can’t thank and praise this nursery and the staff enough, they go above and beyond to look after my girls, from opening up the SEN room to help children with higher needs, to doing the smaller things like a simple cuddle when the children aren’t well, my girls have come on leaps and bounds from the

This nursery is hands down the best nursery in the northeast my daughter has been coming here since she was 6 months old she’s now 3 and a half years old and she still loves it every day she’s came on Leo’s and bounds! The staff are all amazing with her they treat the children like family too me that
is priceless knowing your child is truly cared for, it gives peace of mind when your busy working not only is my child learning but she’s happy with what I would call her now extended family. I could not recommend enough utterly amazing !!

My sister attends this nursery and every day she goes when she comes back with a big smile on her face. If she's in a bad mood when she comes home she is in a better mood. She has fun the staff are always nice to her, they do fun things, for example making playdough.

I can not thank all the staff at Marton Children's Nursery enough not only for helping my son settle into the nursery but also for helping me to settle knowing that my son is in the very best hands. My favourite thing is when I log on to the nursery app I have day-to-day updates on how my child is learning
and seeing how my son enjoys his dinners from the lovely chef.

My daughter has attended this setting since she turned 2, she was quite nervous to start at the beginning however the girls in her room helped her transition and now she is so excited to get ready and go see all of her friends! I am so happy with her development and can see a huge improvement in her
speech and confidence. Management is so lovely and friendly and always available to answer any questions me and my partner have. The staff here go above and beyond for my little girl and I wouldn’t want her to go anywhere else!

My nearly 2-year-old is been attending Marton Childrens Day Nursery for nearly a year now and all the staff has been amazing. They are all so kind and funny and very caring! My little one has settled in very quickly and lovely and she loves going to nursery every day. She made such a lovely bond with

This nursery has helped so much in assuring my little girl's care needs are met and she’s looked after amazingly by them, undergoing extra training so that she can start with them. They have been so supportive they always give over lots of information about how her days have been and the pics and videos
throughout the day are so lovely to see. Although my little girl has only been here a few weeks, they have made us feel so welcome and I’m so glad Dad and I chose this nursery.

I started as the SENDCO in 2022 and the Deputy manager in 2023.
I have experience as a practitioner as I was the full timer in preschool and eventually worked my way up to my current role.


My favourite part about working in a nursery is providing the necessary support, care and love for both parents and children. I do this whilst ensuring children with additional needs receive the correct interventions and are prepared for transitions on their next part of their adventure.
