Marton Children’s Day Nursery employs a friendly and passionate team, trained in all key areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to provide quality childcare.

Age-specific rooms are equipped with quality play and learning resources so each child can exercise their imagination and learning.

My daughter has come on really well since starting nursery, she has turned into a mature little girl. All staff in nursery do an excellent job and show great care towards my daughter.

Great nursery, staff very helpful. I really liked the fact that your child is allocated a key worker. The manager is always available to speak to if there are any concerns. My son settled in really well and even tried new foods!

My little boy loved coming here. The staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to help cater for his needs. If it wasn't for them we wouldn't have got half the help needed as they identified that he needed some help early on. Thank you

The nursery and staff are amazing I wouldn't send my children anywhere else. They are cared for as if they are with family and are given a huge range of opportunities to explore learn and develop.
It is clear for anyone to see that the needs of the children are 100% put first and the staff will go
above and beyond what is expected to ensure a child is happy in thier care.

My 2 cousins both attended Marton Day Nursery over a 2 year period. I was involved in dropping off and picking up the children on a regular basis. All staff were very welcoming and friendly towards me and both the children. All messages were always passed on and the staff took time to tell me about
their day. The nursery was always clean and tidy and very colourful. I would recommend this nursery to anyone who is thinking about putting their child in day care. Menus were all displayed so I knew what the children were eating at all meal times. The playground was really big and always had lots going on.

My son was shy starting nursery, but on his first day the staff made it fun and educational. I couldn't have asked for my son to be in a better nursery. The staff go above and beyond for the children and parents. Its a pleasure to tell people that my son attends Marton Day nursery! The place is great
and the graduation party for 2015 leavers was the best ending we could have asked for! x

I feel safe and happy in the knowledge that my son is being cared and loved for by the staff at the nursery on a daily basis. My son is ill a lot of the time and the girls at the nursery go above and beyond in caring for him. They are an AMAZING team and work together as a team and with the family's
and children they care for at a very high standard. I recommend them to family and friends on a daily basis, I would not use anyone else.

I have experience as a practitioner as I worked my way up from this to room leader to 3rd in charge and eventually became the manager.


My favourite part about working in a nursery is creating a fun, stimulating and exciting learning environment all around our nursery.

I started as the SENDCO in 2022 and the Deputy manager in 2023.
I have experience as a practitioner as I was the full timer in preschool and eventually worked my way up to my current role.


My favourite part about working in a nursery is providing the necessary support, care and love for both parents and children. I do this whilst ensuring children with additional needs receive the correct interventions and are prepared for transitions on their next part of their adventure.
