Marton Children’s Day Nursery employs a friendly and passionate team, trained in all key areas of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) to provide quality childcare.

Age-specific rooms are equipped with quality play and learning resources so each child can exercise their imagination and learning.

The nursery also provides a secure outdoor play area which has been purpose-built to inspire the learning ability and imagination of the young children.

My daughter has been going to the nursery a few months. She has really settled into the nursery and loves all the staff members. The staff are really helpful and understanding I was nervous about leaving my daughter with her only been 9 months but they where really helpful. I love how they have a app
that I can access all the time that they add pictures and comments to throughout the day of different activitys she does which also allows me to see how settled she is

My son attended this nursery for over two years. He had previously been at another nursery for a number of months and didn't settle at all. On visiting Martonside I know he would be fine here, and he settled from day one. The staff are excellent and my son didn't want to leave. The best nursery in the
area.

Lovely friendly staff, who make you feel so welcome. Always clean and tidy to a high standard! They always have lovely activities going on and my daughter loves going to the fun days and party's! Would strongly recommend the nursery!

My 2 boys attended the nursery and the loved it. They learnt a lot and made some good friends. Excellent service provided for the money. The staff were very helpful and friendly and were always there to answer any questions I had. Would recommend Marton Day Nursery to my friends and family. My boys

Absolutely fantastic nursery my boy has only been attending for a few months, and the staff have been so supportive of his attachment towards me, and my little man is now entering nursery without any tears and with total joy. He has a fantastic time and the staff are so approachable and friendly, any

My son has been attending this nursery since he was 8 months old, he is now coming up 4 years. He settled straight away, all the staff are really lovely, friendly & welcoming. I know my son is safe & is being well looked after. I would & have done in the past to recommend this nursery to others.

The best nursery I have seen, my son has been here since 6 months old. I think they have helped development loads, any problems with my son have been addressed and work with nursery to fix them. Very happy.

Although my son has only been going here for a month, I can only speak highly of the place and staff. All the staff are very friendly and welcoming. I love how they keep parents updated via app, and the pictures of your child playing on there too. Highly recommended by me.

My daughter thoroughly enjoyed attending this nursery. She came on leaps and bound and we were extremely pleased with her development. The staff were lovely and she build very good relationships with them. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family and I will be registering my second daughter
when she turns three.

Staff are very friendly and take care of the kids well. We got feedback everyday about meals and how he was settling into nursery. One of the staff in our little one's class really helped making the transition from staying at home full time to full time nursery easy. Very happy about our decision to

My daughter attended before starting school and loved every minute she was there. The staff are kind and patient and listen to the children. I would and I do recommend Martonside to anyone and everyone. I've never known a nursery with so many gorgeous lovely friendly staff, every single person you meet in there are lovely. I've had two of my daughters go there and no doubt, if needed my youngest one will be going there too. I am a very over
protective mother but I have never had a problem or a worry about leaving my children there, absolutely brilliant place and im sure, without a doubt they will keep up the good work.

My son attends this nursery, at first he was unsure about being away from me but the girls were very comforting to him and myself and he soon settled in. I love how friendly the staff are and how they keep us updated with what he has been doing, even uploading regular photos for me to view privately
on tapestry.


My son has come on leaps and bounds, he speaks more clearly now and can count to 15.

Extremely happy with this nursery. My son used to attend years ago and loved it and now my daughter attends. Lovely staff who have helped my daughter to settle in. They offer good activities and I am pleased she is learning new things.

My grandson used to attend the nursery. He loved going every day. The nursery operates a high standard of care. My grandson has come on amazingly whilst at the nursery and has learnt so much. Marton day nursery is an excellent setting for care of children.
My daughter attended when she was only 9 months old till she went to full time school at 4 years old.
Staff are excellent and go beyond their job roles in providing safe and happy environment.
I also felt very settled that my daughter
was getting looked after to a high standard and most of all she enjoyed attending nursery.

I would like to praise Every member of staff that works along side my child at this nursery as I cannot be more thankful for how much progress my child has made in just a few months. She was a shy child who never approached anyone or took any interest in people's names or activities that she had done
in the day but now she is speaking to people more approaching people for help and asking questions and is telling me who she seen on the days she went to nursery and is even saying she has friends, also eating good food which she would never let me cook at home but now she is such a bright girl and her attitude has changed drastically outside of nursery as well. I can't thank you all enough!

This is a Lovely nursery. The Staff are fantastic with the children and are Always doing lots of different activities etc to help with children's development. My 3 children have all always really enjoyed attending this nursery and looked forward to being there. Highly recommended.

Marton Day Nursery is a fantastic place. Both of my children have been attending here for over a year now and I couldn't be more pleased. I have noticed a big change in my childrens development and they are always learning whilst having fun. The staff at the nursery are really genuine, helpful and friendly.
I truly believe my children are well cared for at this nursery and they both really enjoy their time spent there. I would definitely recommend Marton Day Nursery.

I have experience as a practitioner as I was the full timer in preschool and eventually worked my way up to my current role.


My favourite part about working in a nursery is providing the necessary support, care and love for both parents and children. I do this whilst ensuring children with additional needs receive the correct interventions and are prepared for transitions on their next part of their adventure.
