We are so sad to have to leave Childsplay behind because we know how much our daughter loves it there but we also feel confident she will adapt well to a new nursery, thanks to the development she has experienced, with huge thanks to the wonderful team at Childsplay.

I cannot speak highly enough of Childsplay Claremont Nursery. We chose our nursery carefully and couldn’t be happier. Our daughter broke her leg and they could not have been more supportive. We need not have worried about her losing crucial development time as the staff designed a supportive individual programme for her. The staff are also wonderful and caring and our daughter loves going. Truly brilliant.

Childsplay Claremont Nursery Cooperative Ltd is such a gem and I am so pleased to be able to be part of it. They provide an evidence-based environment for child-led learning and development, a nutritious and varied menu of freshly cooked meals, and even more importantly, a fun and safe place for my baby to grow. The staff are knowledgeable, warm and welcoming, as is the broader community of the Co-op. From the first day, I've known my child is in experienced hands and will be treated with respect as a person as well as being genuinely cared for by everyone there.

We have just started sending our 15 month old daughter to Childsplay Claremont Nursery Cooperative Ltd and we have been absolutely blown away by the nursery. The staff are such a credit to the place and immediately made us feel a part of the family, from the very first day. We were amazed at the care and consideration that went into settling our daughter in - starting from just meeting other mothers of young babies due to start nursery in the next couple of months, all the way up to making sure our daughter's key worker was able to be around for every settling in session. Every single morning our daughter walks happily into nursery waving at all the staff who clearly adore the children. They have been so accommodating with her diet as she has quite a severe allergy and I have never felt the need to remind anybody to check what she is eating - this is a particular plus from us! The fact that she actively enjoys going in when she's dropped off, and clearly has such a good day that she comes home happy says everything! Thank you!

Our little boy started at Childsplay Claremont Nursery Cooperative Ltd when he was 18 months old. The staff couldn't do enough to help his transition and they took it as slow as he needed them to, whilst giving lots of support. As a parent, the last thing you want to do is have 2 half day visits then leave your child upset in an unfamiliar place and so the settling-in period here is amazing. We have review meetings with his Key Worker where she feeds back with photographs and updates on key developments in him, so valuable to see what he's been up to and to hear how he's progressing. It also comes in a nice folder so it's something we can keep. The environment isn't as modern as some nurseries as it's not purpose built but the set up seems fab and the outside space is amazing. We're really pleased we chose Childsplay for our son and already got our second on the list.

Childsplay is a wonderful nursery, and I have no doubt that the interest of each child is at the heart of everything they do. The nurture, support and individual care shown to each and every child from everyone who works there is a credit to them. There is no other place I would want my child to learn and develop in those early years. The menu and food are fantastic, and the learning opportunities are fantastic from allotments, forest schools, learning languages and magical outdoor spaces. The children couldn’t be happier.

Childsplay Claremont Nursery Cooperative has been fantastic for both our boys. Truly child-led with a caring and supportive environment we have felt so happy having our children here. The staff are exceptional and provide thoughtful feedback and the opportunity for some brilliant experiences such as forest school. We couldn’t have asked for anything better.

The relationship that the staff and management build and maintain with parents puts parents' minds at ease, that the priority here is the children and nothing else. Since starting nursery at Childsplay Claremont Nursery Cooperative my daughter has been through some tricky adjustments to her regime due to Covid. Childsplay have been flawless throughout. Their support and care have helped me and my wife through some anxious times and my daughter's love for her time at the nursery and her joy in the experiences she brings home are clear. Childsplay was recommended to us by friends of ours who had spoken so highly of it and I'm so glad they did.

Childsplay Claremont Nursery Cooperative has been nothing short of excellent for our daughter. She started going there when she was 11-months-old and is now 2. Nursery is an absolute favourite - she loves the spaces, the garden, the activities and the people. The staff are kind and loving and you feel completely confident leaving your children in their care. All the kids are known to the management team by name and there is so much personal care and attention shown to each child. Personalities are nurtured and developed and the philosophy of open-ended play and exploration chimes beautifully with us. We love the creativity that the atelier brings to the nursery - even if the kids are not at that age just yet. From handmade cards and crafts to a little lending library, the team are a great inspiration! We are relatively new to the region and this has been one of the most satisfactory and stress-free aspects of our move.

Childsplay Claremont Nursery Cooperative is incredible. With real thought and reflection they have created a child-centred nursery where play, learning and discovery is directed by the children, from babies to pre-school. We receive daily verbal and written updates on our child's day and progress and regular formal updates on his development while our child discovers music, water, sand and so many other things. Meanwhile, he eats better than he would at home, the staff are incredible and our child has a generally great time.

Our 13-month-old has been at Childsplay Claremont Nursery Cooperative since September and he is really thriving there. The staff are really kind and responsive to his needs and we have noticed him come on so much. Fundamentally, it is just great that he is just so happy and settled there and that we can tell the staff are very fond of him.

Childsplay Claremont Nursery Cooperative Ltd has a fantastic ethos which we as a family really believe in, being a cooperative was something that drew us to the nursery. Childsplay Claremont Nursery Cooperative Ltd put the children's well-being at the heart of everything they do and this has been particularly demonstrated in their approach to running the nursery during the Covid-19 pandemic. Where unlike the majority of nurseries in the city, they continued to enable parents to drop babies and toddlers off in their respective rooms, rather than at the gate which in my case would have been a highly traumatic experience for both myself and my child in transitioning them back to nursery. Childsplay Claremont Nursery Cooperative Ltd have maintained all health and safety processes to the highest level whilst recognising the needs of the children. The support and reassurance offered to parents is outstanding. I would highly recommend them to parents.
