My Daughter has been attending Valley Nursery since she was 11 months old. She was a Covid baby so I was very sceptical of how she will settle in and how she would be with the staff. She settled in really well, she started off being upset when I used to drop her off. But within a couple of weeks I saw a big change and she would happily walk in. This was the biggest fear and I was so glad to be able to leave her and go to work knowing she was happy. The staff are lovely and with my daughter going into her final year I know they will prepare her for school life. The manager at valley nursery is also great and understanding always takes all notes and comments into consideration. Lovely nursery.

I love the nursery and would highly recommend it to anyone. The level of care that is provided is absolutely outstanding. The nursery is so deserving of its recent Ofsted grade. Well done and thank you for making my son's experience so memorable.

My little girl came here in September and I was very sceptical about changing nursery's as she had been in her previous nursery 2 and a half years but I am so glad I changed her. She came on leaps and bounds within the first few months and since she started I have noticed so many differences. Her speaking came on great, she learnt so much! Became so advanced and built up a great relationship with all of the staff here. They all went above and beyond I couldn't fault them I am so grateful that they have been apart of her development, the activities and learning is fabulous, especially for the price. The meals are brilliant and I couldn't thank them anymore! So, so happy with my choice to bring my daughter here and in the future I would 100% choose to return with any future children and I would 100% recommend. Thank you The Valley Nursery & Kids Club you have all made my little girl's journey before school very special.

You know when a child is happy where they are when they wake up in the morning excited to go to nursery for the day.

Thank you for taking care of my son for two years. Appreciate that for all staff bless you. My son, he likes to go to nursery every day because he enjoys it so I am very happy for the best nursery to me. So again thanks so much to everyone.

My daughter has attended The Valley Nursery for 6 months now. We were very hesitant putting her in nursery as we didn’t know how she would react being very clingy and shy. She had a settling in period with shorter days during Christmas and I’d say about 2 weeks into the new year she was walking in no problem. All the nursery staff are great, my daughter loves them all! They even created a personalised timeline for her to look at to know when to expect me to pick her up to help her as she was asking a lot. She’s just started to do French group with a lady that comes into the nursery on Wednesdays which she enjoys too. We will both be sad when it comes time for her to leave to move on to school as she loves it there so much.

For the last two years, even more of my sons have been going to this nursery. I found this nursery at the suggestion of my friend. Good thing I found it. Because my son loves going and loves his teachers very much. Their teachers and employees continue to make us happy with their respectful, polite and most importantly experience. As a working mother, my only choice will always be this place. Thanks The Valley Nursery

My child has been attending The Valley Nursery & Kids Club since she was 7 months old. Understandably, we were very anxious to leave our little girl but the girls are so lovely and welcoming, we instantly felt at ease. Our daughter has come on in leaps and bounds since she started and we cannot thank the girls enough. We have regular updates and always know what she is getting up to. The management are all lovely and approachable, nothing is ever too much for them. The food is always well balanced and has lots of variety, my daughter used to have a dairy intolerance and this was never an issue and her meals were always adapted so she could have the same or as near to the same as the other children to make her feel included. Overall, we are so happy with the nursery and are so glad we chose this one for our daughter. We are forever grateful for all she has achieved with the nursery and cannot thank you all enough!

Nice staff who are always ready to help. The Valley Nursery do rota sessions which is very good for my shifts. My daughter likes to be there and joins in with all events such as Halloween, Jumper Day etc. She ate the food with no problems. The people who care for my daughter always have satisfactory answers when I ask questions. The Valley Nursery help a lot with the start of adventures and making new friends for my daughter. I highly recommend Valley Nursery. Also, I hope my daughter continues to stay at this place. In my opinion, this is a great place for all kids and children.

Amazing nursery all around. My son has been attending here for nearly 2 years now and he absolutely loves it. All the staff are friendly, they are very knowledgeable and they have protected everyone from the covid pandemic in the best possible way. I would recommend this nursery to everyone. The nursery is clean, the food/menu is amazing and my son has tried and loves loads of different foods.

Fantastic nursery, with a lovely bunch of staff. My daughter loves going to nursery and she has come on so much - she's learning new things every week she goes and they have helped so much to encourage her with potty training! Thank you for helping her with her learning so far.

Would recommend this nursery to any parent. They are accommodating, if you need an extra session they will try to help you. Also in comparison to other nurseries, they are value for money.

What an amazing nursery. The staff are always super friendly and positive. My daughter has attended here since she was only 8 months old and she has formed the best bond ever with the staff. She gets so excited when she knows she’s going and talks about the staff members even at home. She always has a brilliant day and leaves with a smile. The staff know my daughter as well as I do and I feel completely satisfied she is cared for to the highest of standards. Such a shame she will have to leave eventually. The best staff and best nursery by far!

Such a lovely nursery, the staff have so much time for all children. My little girl has been brought on so much with her fine motor skills and also her interaction with both adults and children as progressed greatly. They provide a good menu choice which differs every week. They have great activities and the parent app allows me to see what she is up to without having to call.

My child has attended the nursery from the age of two and enjoys her time there. Staff are familiar with her and have built up a great rapport. My child talks positively about staff and children in the setting.

My child has developed well and I can see progress through the Parentzone app as well as basic day to day information.

The nursery provides good opportunities for parental engagement and most importantly listens and supports feedback.
