I can't recommend this nursery enough! My daughter has been attending The Valley Nursery since she was 7 months old. She is now over 2 years old and I can honestly say she is the brightest, kindest and most loving child ever, and this is down to the amazing work they do at the nursery. They have brought her on so much. They are fabulous at keeping parents updated about their children, and their progression and give tips for first-time parents like myself. I will 100% have all of my children attend this nursery in the future. Keep up the amazing work!

My 2-year-old daughter goes to The Valley Nursery and I have nothing but praise for all of the staff and the nursery itself is absolutely amazing, my daughter is always so keen and eager to run in and have a day of fun. My daughter has also come on leaps and bounds being part of The Valley Nursery and I couldn't be more happier with how everything is managed and dealt with. Highly recommend to anyone interested in putting their children in.

This is an amazing nursery. I have sent both of my children here and I cannot fault it one little bit. The staff are so friendly and always keep you updated on incidents/illnesses and progress etc. The progress that my children have made is amazing.

Staff are always really friendly and helpful. Even though they only see them during the holidays they remember them and any extra needs so I always feel safe knowing they are well looked after. Highly recommend this place for holiday club provision.

Every time I pick my granddaughter up, the staff are very pleasant and smiling. My granddaughter gives them hugs before she leaves, so that's a good sign, she's enjoying her stay. The security on the door is a fingerprint scan. Haven't had any issues when I've called to collect her.

We were worried at first about putting her in so young but have no such concerns any more.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was 10 months old and absolutely loves every minute of being there! Her key worker and other members of staff keep me up to date with anything that she has completed within her day via the app and it keeps me at ease knowing she's having a lovely time! All the staff at the nursery are very welcoming and without a doubt play a massive part within my daughter's nursery experience! They have supported my daughter to reach new milestones and continue to learn her independence as well as many other new things!

Our 4-year-old daughter started school as soon as she turned four, which meant that we required care over the summer period; however, she was a little too young for general summer schools, which often run from 5+. The Valley Nursery helped secure her a place just for the summer period, and I am very pleased with the care she received from the ladies in her class who were always polite and helpful to me too. I would say that management isn't as organised as you'd expect; I received the documentation to complete regarding our daughter and who would collect the day she started, which should no doubt have been submitted prior. Overall, would recommend it.

Outstanding - thank you for the support for my autistic son. He has enjoyed holiday club very much and all staff have been great.

In my personal opinion, there is no better place for my child to be. The staff are extremely caring and supportive. Tasty fresh food every day. All staff meet you always with big smiles. I recommend this nursery to everyone.

Always professional, great activities in holidays, used this service for 5 years or more and my daughter loves going. Highly recommend to anyone thinking of daycare or out school club and holiday club.

My Daughter has been attending Valley Nursery since she was 11 months old. She was a Covid baby so I was very sceptical of how she will settle in and how she would be with the staff. She settled in really well, she started off being upset when I used to drop her off. But within a couple of weeks I saw a big change and she would happily walk in. This was the biggest fear and I was so glad to be able to leave her and go to work knowing she was happy. The staff are lovely and with my daughter going into her final year I know they will prepare her for school life. The manager at valley nursery is also great and understanding always takes all notes and comments into consideration. Lovely nursery.

I love the nursery and would highly recommend it to anyone. The level of care that is provided is absolutely outstanding. The nursery is so deserving of its recent Ofsted grade. Well done and thank you for making my son's experience so memorable.

My little girl came here in September and I was very sceptical about changing nursery's as she had been in her previous nursery 2 and a half years but I am so glad I changed her. She came on leaps and bounds within the first few months and since she started I have noticed so many differences. Her speaking came on great, she learnt so much! Became so advanced and built up a great relationship with all of the staff here. They all went above and beyond I couldn't fault them I am so grateful that they have been apart of her development, the activities and learning is fabulous, especially for the price. The meals are brilliant and I couldn't thank them anymore! So, so happy with my choice to bring my daughter here and in the future I would 100% choose to return with any future children and I would 100% recommend. Thank you The Valley Nursery & Kids Club you have all made my little girl's journey before school very special.

You know when a child is happy where they are when they wake up in the morning excited to go to nursery for the day.

Thank you for taking care of my son for two years. Appreciate that for all staff bless you. My son, he likes to go to nursery every day because he enjoys it so I am very happy for the best nursery to me. So again thanks so much to everyone.

My daughter has attended The Valley Nursery for 6 months now. We were very hesitant putting her in nursery as we didn’t know how she would react being very clingy and shy. She had a settling in period with shorter days during Christmas and I’d say about 2 weeks into the new year she was walking in no problem. All the nursery staff are great, my daughter loves them all! They even created a personalised timeline for her to look at to know when to expect me to pick her up to help her as she was asking a lot. She’s just started to do French group with a lady that comes into the nursery on Wednesdays which she enjoys too. We will both be sad when it comes time for her to leave to move on to school as she loves it there so much.
