Fabulous nursery. My little boy has been going since he was 11 months old. He is now almost 2 and a half. He loves his key workers. They really are a lovely bunch of nursery staff.
You know when a child is happy where they are when they wake up in the morning excited to go to nursery for the day.

My daughter has attended The Valley Nursery for 6 months now. We were very hesitant putting her in nursery as we didn’t know how she would react being very clingy and shy. She had a settling in period with shorter days during Christmas and I’d say about 2 weeks into the new year she was walking in no
problem. All the nursery staff are great, my daughter loves them all! They even created a personalised timeline for her to look at to know when to expect me to pick her up to help her as she was asking a lot. She’s just started to do French group with a lady that comes into the nursery on Wednesdays which she enjoys too. We will both be sad when it comes time for her to leave to move on to school as she loves it there so much.

For the last two years, even more of my sons have been going to this nursery. I found this nursery at the suggestion of my friend. Good thing I found it. Because my son loves going and loves his teachers very much. Their teachers and employees continue to make us happy with their respectful, polite
and most importantly experience. As a working mother, my only choice will always be this place. Thanks The Valley Nursery

My child has been attending The Valley Nursery & Kids Club since she was 7 months old. Understandably, we were very anxious to leave our little girl but the girls are so lovely and welcoming, we instantly felt at ease. Our daughter has come on in leaps and bounds since she started and we cannot thank
the girls enough. We have regular updates and always know what she is getting up to. The management are all lovely and approachable, nothing is ever too much for them. The food is always well balanced and has lots of variety, my daughter used to have a dairy intolerance and this was never an issue and her meals were always adapted so she could have the same or as near to the same as the other children to make her feel included. Overall, we are so happy with the nursery and are so glad we chose this one for our daughter. We are forever grateful for all she has achieved with the nursery and cannot thank you all enough!

My son has attended the nursery for a number of years and he absolutely loves it. My son was quite a shy, reserved little boy who didn’t like being out of his comfort zone, the team worked so hard to make him feel safe and secure, he’s flourishing now thanks to how great the team are.
The staff are
all lovely, kind, caring and compassionate nothing is too much for them, I’ve always found everyone really approachable and helpful.
The nursery offers a wide range of healthy meals and snacks, my son especially loves the corned beef pie and yummy puddings.
The nursery is very clean and welcoming, there’s lots for the kids to do inside and outside. My son especially loves playing in the forest school.
I would highly recommend The Valley Nursery and Kids Club.

Nice staff who are always ready to help. The Valley Nursery do rota sessions which is very good for my shifts. My daughter likes to be there and joins in with all events such as Halloween, Jumper Day etc. She ate the food with no problems. The people who care for my daughter always have satisfactory
answers when I ask questions. The Valley Nursery help a lot with the start of adventures and making new friends for my daughter. I highly recommend Valley Nursery. Also, I hope my daughter continues to stay at this place. In my opinion, this is a great place for all kids and children.

Amazing nursery all around. My son has been attending here for nearly 2 years now and he absolutely loves it. Fantastic nursery, with a lovely bunch of staff. My daughter loves going to nursery and she has come on so much - she's learning new things every week she goes and they have helped so much to encourage her with potty training! Thank you for helping her with her learning so far.

The Valley Nursery & Kids Club were able to take my daughter who was 18 months old at the time when her usual nursery shut for Covid. Valley nursery were very flexible and provided excellent care to key worker children during the national lockdown.
My daughter settled quickly and was shown great care
during a stressful situation for everyone.
I decided to keep my daughter at this nursery, as she was so settled and loves going to nursery, she has built a good relationship with cire staff and learnt many new skills.
I would recommend Valley nursery to others.

Both my children have attended this nursery from my oldest being one year old. He is now nine and still goes to the after school clubs. Along with my youngest.
I have never had any problems at all in the eight years I have dealt with this nursery. All the staff are very friendly and both boys love
the staff.
They do so many activities that the kids are never bored and when they first start the staff put you at ease as you know your babies are in good hands!
They have separate areas for kids of different ages. Which I think is a good idea as they play with kids their own age. They have made some lovely friends who then went to primary school which made transition much easier!
Would recommend this nursery to any parent. They are accommodating, if you need an extra session they will try to help you. Also in comparison to other nurseries, they are value for money.

What an amazing nursery. The staff are always super friendly and positive. My daughter has attended here since she was only 8 months old and she has formed the best bond ever with the staff. She gets so excited when she knows she’s going and talks about the staff members even at home. She always has
a brilliant day and leaves with a smile. The staff know my daughter as well as I do and I feel completely satisfied she is cared for to the highest of standards. Such a shame she will have to leave eventually. The best staff and best nursery by far!

Such a lovely nursery, the staff have so much time for all children. My little girl has been brought on so much with her fine motor skills and also her interaction with both adults and children as progressed greatly. They provide a good menu choice which differs every week. They have great activities
and the parent app allows me to see what she is up to without having to call.

My child has attended the nursery from the age of two and enjoys her time there. Staff are familiar with her and have built up a great rapport. My child talks positively about staff and children in the setting.


My child has developed well and I can see progress through the Parentzone app as well

as basic day to day information.


The nursery provides good opportunities for parental engagement and most importantly listens and supports feedback.

I Love this nursery. The girls are amazing and have looked after and comforted my son like their own since day one!
My son has progressed so well with all the constant help and support!
Management and reception are also very helpful and approachable.
I go to work knowing my son is well looked after,
there will be tears come September when my son goes to school but I will be using the holiday club during school holidays!
I would 100% rate the nursery 5 stars

My son has such a fun time when at nursery, I am always reassured by the staff that he is in safe hands when leaving him. The staff are very approachable and supportive. There is always a wide range of activities and fun things for the children to do. The nursery is very well presented.

My daughter attends the nursery and when she first started she was very unsettled and the staff did brilliantly to settle her in, they are always friendly and willing to help. My daughter has a dairy allergy and they are very good to cater to her and they make it so she eats the same food as the other
children just without the diary. I feel very comfortable and confident leaving my child in there care and they make it so much easier to go back to work after maternity leave, I will be using the nursery for my 6-month-old when I go back to work.

My son goes to the after-school club held at Newker Primary School which is based in The Valley Nursery & Kids Club and in the holiday times attends.
I would recommend anyone to attend their child at either location. The staff are always happy and smiling. You can see their main priority are the kids
having fun but in a safe environment. There is always great activities going on and trips out especially for the holiday club. I really like the protection of the finger print scanner at the Gateshead location for that added reasureance, especially if you had younger kids.
I have finally found a place for ease of my hours of work but also where my son loves to attend.
