My little girl has been coming here for 2 years Graduated last week to start Reception in September and I can't explain how much she has come on even more so her having special needs all the girls have been the best with her and so reassuring leaving her in the care of others I can't thank all at the Valley Nursery enough for how much they've helped her learn and grow and all the effort they've put in to make sure all her needs have been met at her time at the nursery I know she will miss them all!

I could not speak any higher of this nursery if I tried. From my initial phone call to query if they had space, every single day they have gone above and beyond. Choosing a nursery for your little ones can be such a hard decision, but my only regret is that I didn't use The Valley sooner! The team are all fabulous, my oldest loves nursery and even asks to go when we're on holiday! I've always felt confident knowing they are both happy, cared for and having fun! A special mention to one member of staff who has been a fabulous support and another member of staff who has been such a key part of our journey. Her dedication to our son is something I will never ever forget. Never underestimate how fabulous you are and the difference you have made to us all as a family. We're so sad to be leaving.

I just want to take a minute to thank all of the nursery nurses that work within Team Valley Nursery, they have been absolutely amazing from start to finish. I was very particular in what nursery I put my daughter in and these guys right from the start made both me and my daughter feel welcome. My daughter went to this nursery from April 2023 right up until July 2025, thank you to the team for the experience and care for my daughter throughout.

My daughter has been coming here for a year and a half now and its been absolutely amazing. All of the staff are so kind and caring. They have made sure my daughter was looked after so well and her needs were met. Shes leaving to start school soon and Im gutted as she's so happy here. Thank you to all of the staff, the management and to the wonderful cook. You will all be a big miss. I highly recommend sending your children here. Xxx

The staff are absolutely lovely! I have a soon-to-be 3 and 4-year-old and when I drop them off in the mornings they run straight in excited to go to nursery and sometimes when I pick them up they're sad to leave. I'm so happy I found this nursery for my kids, I know I'm leaving them in the best hands.

Excellent service! Cannot fault this nursery at all. Everyone has been amazing - such outstanding care. Looking forward to many more years to come with yourselves with our second born.

Our daughter started in Snowdrops a couple of months ago. I was worried about how she'd settle and how we would all get used to the change of me going back to work but we're so pleased we chose The Valley. The staff have been excellent. Our daughter is flourishing and loves to go to play with her new friends. We would definitely recommend!

My child joined The Valley Nursery just before his 1st birthday, he is now 3.5. The staff have been so nurturing and genuinely care about meeting his needs. Being happy and settled is my absolute priority as a parent, however they have also had a huge impact on his progress in all areas. I love to receive updates either via the app, when picking him up, or at the regular parent-key-worker meetings. The routines that are established day to day are evident in the way my son talks about his nursery day, and the nursery has been on a journey of transformation recently with improved provision indoors. It has been wonderful to see these changes and to know that the nursery are continually working hard to provide our children with the best possible experience. My son also enjoys his forest school sessions and the outdoor provision available to each age range. My daughter will be joining close to her 1st birthday next year and I have absolutely no hesitations for her nursery journey.

My granddaughter has attended this nursery for about a year and a half now she has turned from a timid little girl to a confident girl who loves & looks forward to going to nursery. The staff have all been great with her & she loves them all which has prepared her for reception at school in September!

We think this is a really lovely nursery, our son really enjoys attending this nursery. He loves the staff who take care of him. They do lots of activities with him. He gets plenty to eat as well. The staff are great too! They bend over backwards to help you, which is really appreciated!

Lovely staff, feel really good about my children being in the nursery. They always come out really happy and I love to see what they've been up to during the day. Always highlight any concerns which is useful to know. Love that they have welcoming days before going into new groups and always get a chance to see where they'll be moving into. Really happy with the variety of snacks they have during the week. Things even I can't get them to eat they'll have.

My child has attended the nursery since 2021 and has always been happy there and made lots of friends, going through all of the different rooms as he grew up. A nice big space for the kids and they are always happy to be there.

My son has been attending since he was 1 and now almost moving up to Poppies as a 3-year-old. Very happy with everything the nursery has done and offered! Excellent staff members with great communication and personal care and attention to the kids. They treat the children as if it's their own - what more is there to ask for! Amazing team, keep it up and thank you for all of your hard work!

Outstanding nursery, can't praise and thank each member of staff enough for the care and support for my daughter whilst in poppies. She came out with a smile on her face every single day and there was so much time and effort put into everything they did with her each day. Always greeted with a smile from all the lovely staff. I will always recommend this nursery to anyone who's looking for their children. Thank you all.

We're really pleased we chose The Valley Nursery, the staff are like an extension of the family and work really hard to integrate into our life by incorporating life events such as birthdays into the activities our little boy does while he's with them. They've really got to know his personality and he's bonded with them so I always feel like I'm handing him over to people who care about him.

We absolutely love The Valley Nursery for my daughter. She had settled in so well in the next room up and she is so excited to go to nursery 2 days a week. They've massively supported her with her toilet training which has meant she's smashed it at nursery and at home now too! I highly recommend this amazing childcare provider.

The staff at the nursery are fabulous. Nothing is ever too much trouble. I know my little girl is safe and well looked after when I drop her off until I pick her up. There's a great range of activities every day at the Holiday Club and lots of trips out etc to engage children.

The staff are friendly and welcoming, and provide lots of reassurance to my little one if she is having a bit of a wobble! The app is useful in checking what kind of day she is having whilst I'm at work, and we have had a really positive experience overall.

My son attends the holiday club during school holidays. He is diagnosed with autism and I was really worried about sending him to another setting. We have been really impressed with the valley nursery and my son absolutely loves attending. Initially he found the transition really difficult and the staff identified this and put changes in place to make him more comfortable. We are very grateful to have found such a great holiday club.

My son attends nursery once a week he really enjoys his time at nursery and has come out of his shell loads, surprises me all the time with what he had learnt and his development skills are coming on amazingly.

The staff are absolutely lovely!
