My child loves going to nursery and she looks forward to seeing her key worker. At the end of the day, she will tell me what she has done. She had a great time doing Happy Toes and can't wait for the next one.

Absolutely amazing nursery, staff are brilliant, both my children have come on in leaps and bounds since starting. They both come home with lots of crafts which they have done and from pictures and updates always look to have fun-filled days, filled with baking, messy play and outdoor play, trips to
the park for ice cream, as well as hatching chicks and growing plants. Staff are always really approachable, friendly, caring and flexible.

All of the staff are lovely! They are all really patient and personable! My children really seem to love it here!

I can't recommend this nursery enough! My daughter has been attending The Valley Nursery since she was 7 months old. She is now over 2 years old and I can honestly say she is the brightest, kindest and most loving child ever, and this is down to the amazing work they do at the nursery. They have brought
her on so much. They are fabulous at keeping parents updated about their children, and their progression and give tips for first-time parents like myself. I will 100% have all of my children attend this nursery in the future. Keep up the amazing work!

My 2-year-old daughter goes to The Valley Nursery and I have nothing but praise for all of the staff and the nursery itself is absolutely amazing, my daughter is always so keen and eager to run in and have a day of fun. This is an amazing nursery. I have sent both of my children here and I cannot fault it one little bit. The staff are so friendly and always keep you updated on incidents/illnesses and progress etc. The progress that my children have made is amazing.

My two youngest children attend holiday clubs here. The club caters to a broad range of ages (mine are 5 and 10) and abilities and has a great timetable of events that parents can see in advance meaning you can prepare kids for the day (important with SEN kids).
Staff are always really friendly and
helpful. Even though they only see them during the holidays they remember them and any extra needs so I always feel safe knowing they are well looked after. Highly recommend this place for holiday club provision.

Every time I pick my granddaughter up, the staff are very pleasant and smiling. My granddaughter gives them hugs before she leaves, so that's a good sign, she's enjoying her stay. The security on the door is a fingerprint scan. Haven't had any issues when I've called to collect her.

Our 4-month-old is brilliantly cared for!
She always comes home in a fantastic mood having been well-fed and changed.
We get updates about changing, feeding and pictures every so often.
She loves spending time with the other children and enjoys playing on the mat and getting tummy time.
We were
worried at first about putting her in so young but have no such concerns any more.

My daughter has been attending the nursery since she was 10 months old and absolutely loves every minute of being there! Her key worker and other members of staff keep me up to date with anything that she has completed within her day via the app and it keeps me at ease knowing she's having a lovely
time! All the staff at the nursery are very welcoming and without a doubt play a massive part within my daughter's nursery experience! They have supported my daughter to reach new milestones and continue to learn her independence as well as many other new things!

I have nothing but praise for the staff and facilities. My daughter has been going to the nursery since June 2022 and I have had no issues.
Her key workers throughout Bluebells and Poppies have really taken the time to understand her needs and help her grow more independent and social.
The office
staff are amazing, very friendly and informative. Everyone there makes it feel like a family, which in my opinion makes all the difference.

My three kids have been attending The Valley Nursery, Team Valley branch over the last five years.
All staff have been fantastic, very approachable, friendly and a great help too.
My kids look forward to going to The Valley Nursery and my two older ones aged 6+ really look forward to the kids club
activities especially in the half terms as they are very engaging, educative and exciting.

Our 4-year-old daughter started school as soon as she turned four, which meant that we required care over the summer period; however, she was a little too young for general summer schools, which often run from 5+. The Valley Nursery helped secure her a place just for the summer period, and I am very
pleased with the care she received from the ladies in her class who were always polite and helpful to me too. I would say that management isn't as organised as you'd expect; I received the documentation to complete regarding our daughter and who would collect the day she started, which should no doubt have been submitted prior. Overall, would recommend it.

In my personal opinion, there is no better place for my child to be. The staff are extremely caring and supportive. Tasty fresh food every day. All staff meet you always with big smiles. I recommend this nursery to everyone.

My Daughter has been attending Valley Nursery since she was 11 months old. She was a Covid baby so I was very sceptical of how she will settle in and how she would be with the staff. She settled in really well, she started off being upset when I used to drop her off. But within a couple of weeks I saw
a big change and she would happily walk in. This was the biggest fear and I was so glad to be able to leave her and go to work knowing she was happy. The staff are lovely and with my daughter going into her final year I know they will prepare her for school life. The manager at valley nursery is also great and understanding always takes all notes and comments into consideration. Lovely nursery.

I absolutely love this nursery! The girls are amazing with my daughter! The girls are so attentive and caring! I feel so comfortable leaving my little girl with them! She runs into nursery which speaks volumes.

I can only say hugely positive things about this nursery setting. My son has been going to nursery since he was 1 year old. He is now nearly 4 years old, and leaving soon to start school. He has grown so much and developed so rapidly due to the fantastic staff, the rigorous processes that are in place
to nurture and guide the children. I know my son has had the best experience because he talks about his key workers and all of his friends every night after nursery, telling me about his fantastic day. He is so excited to go again in the morning - he even wants to go on a weekend sometimes! Such a lovely thing for a parent to see.
I love the nursery and would highly recommend it to anyone. The level of care that is provided is absolutely outstanding. The nursery is so deserving of its recent Ofsted grade. Well done and thank you for making my son's experience so memorable.

My little girl came here in September and I was very sceptical about changing nursery's as she had been in her previous nursery 2 and a half years but I am so glad I changed her. She came on leaps and bounds within the first few months and since she started I have noticed so many differences. Her speaking
came on great, she learnt so much! Became so advanced and built up a great relationship with all of the staff here. They all went above and beyond I couldn't fault them I am so grateful that they have been apart of her development, the activities and learning is fabulous, especially for the price. The meals are brilliant and I couldn't thank them anymore! So, so happy with my choice to bring my daughter here and in the future I would 100% choose to return with any future children and I would 100% recommend. Thank you The Valley Nursery & Kids Club you have all made my little girl's journey before school very special.
