Busy Bees Harrogate Pannal Ash

I am very happy with using this nursery for my son. He is always very happy to go into the baby room every day and is positive and happy when I pick him up. The staff are very friendly and professional. You are always greeted with a smile. Every day is packed full of different activities which my son has always been involved with. A daily break down from staff of what he's been up to, what he has eaten, when he last drank and nappy changes are great to know. The 1-2-1 reviews with his key person are always so positive and shows how much progression he has made. We have such a good bond with the ladies in the baby room and we are so happy we chose this nursery. Our son has been on a flexi-pattern around his Dad's shift pattern which the nursery were happy to accommodate. This has been a life saver as other nurseries would expect you to pay for every single day. My son has several allreriges which have been catered for to a very high standard. Thank you for being amazing!

All staff have been great at Busy Bees (Harrogate) from settling in days prior to our baby beginning at nursery, especially as my husband and I were the only people the baby had contact with prior to this due to my ill health and difficulties/strain on our family surrounding this. We have no family nearby and friends weren't confident/able to help.

We've been thoroughly happy with how our child has settled in over the last 3 months, we particularly find it helpful that he has a key worker who is lovely and extremely good at her job, she is confident and puts us at ease, we have a good rapport and she is always happy to talk and answer any questions we have.

My daughter attends the baby room. The staff are very welcoming and makes my baby feel like they belong. Lots of activities are planned for her next steps. The feedback at the end of the day is detailed. My baby has come a long way in terms of development holistically. I will recommend the nursery for anyone who is looking for a place. Overall all staff are welcoming and attend to her needs. I always feel at peace knowing that my baby is in capable hands.

My little girl (2nd child to attend here) has always been very enthusiastic about coming to Nursery at Pannal Ash, which I think says an awful lot about the environment and staff. She has recently moved up to starters and really loves being a ‘big girl’. I have no worries at all leaving her as I feel fully confident she is happy and well looked after, which is all you can really ask for. What I really like is that I know if my child is a bit upset or tired or feeling under the weather, the staff will give her a cuddle like she’d get at home. All in all, I’m very happy with this Nursery.

My daughter loves nursery and the fantastic staff. Since starting she has really come out of her shell. We've seen a big improvement in her social skills and she's really improved in her speech, numbers and colours. All whilst making lots of friends and having lots of fun.

The nursery has been great, my son was very emotional when he first started attending. All the staff in starters were amazing with him and took lots of time to make him feel comfortable. He now loves going to the nursery and can't wait to tell me all about his day. It's so lovely to see him enjoying himself and it puts my mind at rest knowing the staff are so kind and ready to help.

We have been extremely pleased with the care our son has received at Treetops Kindercare Pannal Ash Road nursery. Clearly enjoys being there and will often run in, enthusiastically. We have found all staff very approachable, honest and genuinely caring towards the children. A variety of activities are consistently offered, usually seasonal and focussed on development. All in all, we have been very happy with our experience and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

My child loves it - the staff are friendly and clearly care for the children in their care. My child counts the staff as his 'best friends' and literally races in. It's lovely leaving your child in someone's care where you know he will be happy and have fun. We are always informed of what he does, how well he has eaten and any mishaps that may have occurred. A superb team.

The staff are very friendly, welcoming and genuinely interested in the development and wellbeing of the children. My daughter has been there for 3 years and has always been happy; however, if there has ever been a problem the team have been extremely receptive and willing to resolve it

My 2-year-old son currently attends Kindercare - Pannal Ash Road, my eldest attended previously as well. The nursery is very clean and excellently managed. The staff are friendly, professional, and always take the time to tell you about your child's day. Hot meals provided are always varied, and they always make the effort to provide a substitute snack for my son when it happens to be something he doesn't like. The nursery offers optional activities at additional e.g. soccer kids. I would not send my children anywhere else and would highly recommend this nursery to friends and family.

My son first started nurser in "Tinies". This was his first experience in a group care setting. He quickly settled in. I have noted that the care providers give lots of positive attention to my son. I like that he does lots of messy play and crafts. I appreciate the responsiveness of staff when I've had a question or concern.

Both our daughter and now our son have attended this nursery for the last 3 years. All my husband and I can say is that the nursery offers such a lovely and caring environment. Both of our children loved/love going to nursery, which makes our lives so much easier. The manager is very hands on, which is so refreshing and she takes the time to get to know all the children and parents. All the other members of staff replicate her high standards. We wouldn't hesitate is recommending this nursery.

Kindercare Pannal Ash has the best staff! They are all very friendly, smiling - and most important, the children love them! I feel so comfortable leaving my child there!

A caring and stimulating environment. Staff always have time to discuss any questions, would have liked to spend morning/afternoon there with my son before he started so that I could see how everything worked.
