We have been delighted with the staff in Bombos since our son started in February this year. Everyone is very friendly, helpful and attentive. He settled into the room in no time and is genuinely excited when we arrive at nursery and buzz in, this is down to the staff in room who have made him feel
at home. They are all caring and help our son to develop physically and mentally.
We are very happy with our sons key worker. Her relationship with our son is so lovely and comforting, especially when he is in nursery 5 days a week. We also really appreciate how helpful and informative she is, and what a keen interest she has in not only making sure our son is happy at nursery but also with his development, which is invaluable for two full time working parents.
Our son loves all the creative (painting, drawing, messy play) activities that the staff put on and the sing and sign classes.

My son has recently started in Busy Bees and is absolutely thriving
I love that I can drop him off and go to work knowing he's in the most caring and safe environment.
They have great knowledge and procedures around allergies and make sure to cater to all my son's nutritional needs
The staff go
above and beyond to follow requests and give advice to support you as a family both in the setting and at home.
There is always a detailed handover and a very happy boy at the end of the day!!
We couldn't recommend them more.

We've had nothing but a positive experience at Busy Bees since our daughter started this year. All staff in the bumbles room are so friendly, helpful and caring. The management team are very helpful and responsive. Our daughter settled so quickly when she joined, and she always talks of the staff so
highly. The children carry out various activities throughout the day, and our daughter loves all the outside activities they do (especially rugby tots) and learning new songs. The staff also provide helpful and thorough feedback each day. We are so happy with Busy Bees and highly recommend it.

Both of my daughters have been so happy here over the years!
The staff are incredible with all the children and make them feel so at ease and happy.
The menu and choice of food is excellent which helps the children try new/different food (and they always seem to enjoy it!)

Really great staff and I’m happy that my children are safe and happy when at nursery, would recommend it! Scored lower on some elements as we had to have service at a different location this week and saw it was better in terms of size and amenities (underfloor heating!), but do understand the restrictions
of the current location mean it wouldn’t be the same.

We loved that the nursery allowed parents to be part of the Halloween activities for a couple of hours with the children. The nursery put on lots of age-appropriate activities and created a fun space for everyone to enjoy.

My daughter has only recently started in the preschool but she loves it. I’ve found all the staff and the managers to be helpful, welcoming and really lovely. There is a good mix of activities for the kids and the staff in her room are really kind and supportive. I’ve been really impressed with Busy

The staff at Busy Bees Pannal Ash have been exceptional in welcoming my child from another nursery. They have been attentive to my child’s needs when going through the transition and made my child feel happy and excited to come to nursery. The staff are very friendly and engaging and want to know about
your child so they can help with development and growth in the best way they can. I like that they facilitate open and imaginative play, there is lots of outdoor time, theme weeks, and arts activities to help stimulate a child’s creativity.

We now have two children at Busy Bees Pannal Ash. One has just joined Bombos and the welcome and settling in has been seamless. It's a super friendly and personal nursery with all staff going out of their way to get to know the children and parents. Our little boy has so much fun with all the activities
set up by the staff and always comes home happy. Our daughter has been at Busy Bees nearly 3 years now and it will be real a wrench to leave!

Our little boy has recently joined Bombos at Busy Bees and I'm so pleased with the level of care and support he's received, to make sure he really settles into nursery. He's building a great relationship with his key worker, she has shown so much care and attention (and patience!) with him whilst he
settles in, as have all the staff in the Bombos room. His room leader has bent over backwards to make sure the nursery offer different alternatives to some of the food items that he's struggling with whilst settling in. My husband and I couldn't be happier with the start he's had at Busy Bees so far and this is down to all the lovely, friendly and caring Bombos staff. Massive thanks to the room leader and all her team!

We have had a positive experience since our son started nursery in January 2022. Within the first week, we could tell he was happy, as he was always smiling at the staff when dropped off and picked up. They always greet us and our son so happily and remember important details that are specific to him
and his care. We love the app, where we can see what he has been doing at times throughout the day. The food seems healthy with plenty of choice. We are told quickly if he doesn't seem himself at all. We trust the care and our son has lots of fun. We are very happy!

My son is happy at nursery and has made lots of friends. He is in the preschool room and they have been learning about certain topics each week. My son learns a lot and tells us about it and we feel he is getting a good preschool education. Recent topics have included Chinese new year, space, colour
mixing, elephants, food. He loves the staff who instil good daily practices ( washing hands, not speaking with a mouth full, using a knife and fork etc). My only annoyance with the nursery is the amount we have to pay per day, now that we are able to claim 30 hrs a week free childcare, it is far more than we could ever have envisaged and it seems unfair.

Clearly marked car parking spaces are required. Separate pedestrian gates for entry/exit with guide markings in the carpark is a must to avoid accidents. Potential for over-reliance on the app at handover, the app is good however, if faulty, not updated or backlog of approvals, can lead to information
being available after a time when issues can be raised. These points do not detract from this being an excellent nursery in our experience, this being our third child going through.

Our daughter loves going to nursery and always comes home telling us what a fun day she has had. The carers in her room are great with her, and she is so fond of them and tells us all about them. She is challenged and seems to always come home singing new songs or telling us about what she has learned.
She eats most of her meals there too, so the food must be good. It's difficult for me to comment on resources, cleanliness etc, as we have never been inside due to Covid.

My career started at Busy Bees in October 2020, I quickly grew to enjoy my role and completed my NVQ with Busy Bees, working my way up to Room Lead, ACD to Manager in March 2025. I love supporting my team to ensure they understand how important they are to help the development of the nursery. I love watching the children develop into little individuals with big characters. I've always had an interest in helping children that may need a little more support throughout their day.
I love meeting and talking to new families, providing them with the environment to ensure that they feel comfortable and confident with their choice in nursery.
I also pride myself on communication and partnership with parents and welcome an open-door policy at the nursery where parents can come and speak to me about even the smallest of things this builds confidence and ever-important relationships within the nursery.
