We now have two little people at nursery and continue to be very happy with all aspects of nursery life. It’s a big decision to entrust someone with our children and we’re so happy with both Tinies and Starters. Our boys are so content, developing beautifully and clearly have great attachments with
staff. We’ve always felt very involved as parents too, which whilst secondary is really important too.

My one year old son joined the nursery this month and we've all had a great experience so far. The settling in sessions went very well. My son has a number of allergies and a skin condition, so I was obviously nervous leaving him, but the team couldn't have been more accommodating and helpful. He has
been sensitively cared for and I am reassured that the team understand his needs. And he definitely is tired at the end of the day after all his fun with his new friends.

We’ve been really happy with the nursery and so have our boys. The staff are lovely, the children are stimulated and engaged. My youngest has not long moved up from the baby room which we loved and were sorry he had to move! My oldest has just left to start school and again we were really happy with
'starters'.
It’s the staff that make the nursery. I’d definitely recommend it.

We are very pleased with the excellent standard of care at Kindercare. Our son has been coming for just over 2 months and he has settled in really well thanks to the fantastic staff who have been very accommodating with his personal needs and they always make sure he has a great variety of activities
throughout the day. Our son' key worker has been brilliant and always gives us a detailed report of knowing that he has bonded well with her very quickly. We would highly recommend our nursery to others, such a great team from the nursery nurses right through to the management, thank you!

Since my daughter has attended Tinies at Kindercare she has been really settled and happy to go to nursery. She has made great bonds with the staff and the staff have been great. I have nothing but good things to say about Pannal Ash Road. I moved my daughters here from another nursery and the transition has been seamless.


The staff are friendly, caring and show an abundance of enthusiasm in relation to their roles.


My children love attending and their learning has grown

exponentially. The setting is clean, bright and spacious and the day to day activities they undertake with the children are creative, interesting and fun.


I’m more than happy to recommend this nursery. The staff make my girls feel extremely loved and welcome.

We were so delighted when we found this nursery. Clean, bright and spacious, the building itself was immediately positive. However, it is the people who really make a place and this is so true at this nursery. Our daughter has been attending the baby room since January and we couldn't be happier with
how she has settled and the staff who look after her. The staff are organised and professional, but most importantly extremely loving and caring towards the children in their care. They get to know all of the children as individuals, their likes and dislikes and will go out of their way to help the children to feel safe, settled and happy. They organise engaging activities with the children and get outside at any opportunity. Our daughter's language and communication skills have come on really well since she started nursery and this is definitely supported by the brilliant work of the staff. We wouldn't hesitate in recommending this nursery and are very grateful to have found it.

I am very happy with using this nursery for my son. He is always very happy to go into the baby room every day and is positive and happy when I pick him up. The staff are very friendly and professional. You are always greeted with a smile. Every day is packed full of different activities which my son
has always been involved with. A daily break down from staff of what he's been up to, what he has eaten, when he last drank and nappy changes are great to know. The 1-2-1 reviews with his key person are always so positive and shows how much progression he has made. We have such a good bond with the ladies in the baby room and we are so happy we chose this nursery. Our son has been on a flexi-pattern around his Dad's shift pattern which the nursery were happy to accommodate. This has been a life saver as other nurseries would expect you to pay for every single day. My son has several allreriges which have been catered for to a very high standard. Thank you for being amazing!

Our Daughter has only been at Nursery since December 2017 but in that short space of time, we have noticed a huge improvement in her confidence, learning and eating!
The staff are so lovely and are always so welcoming at drop off and pick up. Our little girl can't wait to get in and see everybody.
She always puts her arms out for cuddles which shows she trusts the girls.
When we pick her up at the end of the day, she is always so happy and we get a report of what she has been doing.
I would definitely recommend this Nursery.

We are very happy with our choice of nursery. Our child is always happy to go to staff members in the morning, is settled throughout the day and has always been involved in a variety of fun activities. His Keyworker is top-notch. All staff have been great at Busy Bees (Harrogate) from settling in days prior to our baby beginning at nursery, especially as my husband and I were the only people the baby had contact with prior to this due to my ill health and difficulties/strain on our family surrounding this. We have no family
nearby and friends weren't confident/able to help.


We've been thoroughly happy with how our child has settled in over the last 3 months, we particularly find it helpful that he has a key worker who is lovely and extremely good at her job, she is confident and puts us at ease, we have a good rapport and she is always happy to talk and answer any questions we have.

My career started at Busy Bees in October 2020, I quickly grew to enjoy my role and completed my NVQ with Busy Bees, working my way up to Room Lead, ACD to Manager in March 2025. I love supporting my team to ensure they understand how important they are to help the development of the nursery. I love watching the children develop into little individuals with big characters. I've always had an interest in helping children that may need a little more support throughout their day.
I love meeting and talking to new families, providing them with the environment to ensure that they feel comfortable and confident with their choice in nursery.
I also pride myself on communication and partnership with parents and welcome an open-door policy at the nursery where parents can come and speak to me about even the smallest of things this builds confidence and ever-important relationships within the nursery.
