Bright Horizons Moortown Day Nursery and Preschool

In terms of my son's development, he is thriving at Bright Horizons and absolutely loves it. He loves all the staff and has made good, solid friends. He is included in everything and feels safe and happy. The nursery makes considerations and adaptations throughout the day to make sure my son is included in everything that the children are doing.

The staff really care about the children and their development and are very supportive.

I cannot recommend this nursery enough. Our eldest son went here from being 11 months old until he was 4 years old. We loved it so much that I enrolled our youngest son before he was even born. There was never any question that he would attend Bright Horizons Moortown Day Nursery and Preschool. The staff are amazing and I really like the fact that they all seem happy to work there and have all been there for a really long time. The same staff are looking after our baby that looked after our eldest son. I think that says a lot about a nursery setting. All of the staff have been super supportive and my youngest has settled so well. I have been given so much support from his key worker in relation to sleeping and naps. They were also very supportive when my eldest was potty training. There isn't enough space here for me to tell you all the amazing things about this nursery. I honestly could not be happier and I know my little one looks forward to being there each day. My eldest also has very fond memories of his time here.

My two sons have attended this nursery for well over a year and they have loved every minute of it! They have made them both feel very comfortable and at home and there is such a friendly, loving atmosphere in all the rooms. Both my sons have progressed loads whilst attending Bright Horizons Moortown Day Nursery and Preschool and made loads of friends which has helped bring them along socially! Also, the little Christmas events they put on were a real highlight for us over Christmas and again just helps to bring your little ones along socially as they belong to a little community. I 100% recommend!

Other big selling points for us are: they allow us to change the dates a few months before and they use hyper-allergenic nappies.

My daughter has been at the nursery since September, she has settled in really well and the staff at the nursery have been very good with her. Really pleased we made the move. The staff in particular really set the nursery apart from others.

We are really pleased we chose Bright Horizons for our Nursery, our daughter loves it and has come along so much since joining. All the staff are really nice too and they let us know what she enjoys during the day. Also, the food sounds better than what we have! Would highly recommend.

All the staff were so understanding and nurturing. They have put so much time and effort into understanding what was most important for my child in order to flourish. I would highly recommend this nursery.

We have been attending Bright Horizons for over a year. During that time staff have been very accommodating. I have found communication between myself and the nursery to be very good. Overall I have had a very good experience with Bright Horizons and its staff.

My daughter was born during COVID and started Bright Horizons when she was 9 months old. We have had three happy years with the Moortown team and would highly recommend anyone who is considering the nursery for their child. We, as a family, had a wonderful relationship with the entire team. Each key worker was extremely attentive and supportive of my daughter as she reached each milestone, whether it was providing support during her teething months, sleep training, or potty training. More importantly, my daughter loved attending the nursery, made some lovely friends, and looked forward to all the activities awaiting her each day! We can't thank all the staff enough.

We would not hesitate to recommend this nursery to anyone. Our little one has been going since she was one and she has thrived. The staff go above and beyond to get to know and help the children and they are always around to give feedback or answer any questions. Everyone is positive and friendly and we know our child is safe and happy. Well done Bright Horizons!

You can feel that the staff genuinely care and enjoy your kid's company. My child has learnt so much from being at this nursery, and we greatly appreciate all the staff who've been with him.

My daughter loves it here. They do a great job of making everything lots of fun while educating them too. It's a well-run, organised and professional setup. They communicate really well, letting us know what is happening, they'll be flexible where they can be and accommodate requests. Staff all seem really happy and a lot of them have been there for a long time, unlike some other nurseries where we saw high turnover. I would really recommend. The only aspect below where I haven't given 5 stars is on outside space. There isn't much of it, but they do get the kids outside a lot and make the most of it!

Moortown, Bright Horizons has proven time and time again to be the perfect setting for our son. I can go to work with 100% confidence that he will be nurtured, challenged, inspired and surrounded by caring professionals each day. He has built strong, secure relationships with every key person he's had and comes home with so many stories about the fun day he's had with his friends. We couldn't be happier with the nursery and it's staff and we thank them for everything they do for us and the nursery community!

My daughter was enrolled at Bright Horizons for only 2 months, but she had a terrific time, she learned a lot of songs and felt immediately at home in both the Rising 3s and the Preschool group. She was very fond of the carers and played well with the other children. They always did fun activities and, although my daughter is a picky eater, she always particularly enjoyed the meals! The organization was amazing, we were accommodated even when we had trouble getting to the UK in time for the planned starting date.

We are so happy with the progress our child is making at Bright Horizons, Moortown and only wish we had moved him here long before now. The staff are so engaging and take the time to promote our child's imagination and learning. One member of staff, in particular, is such a thoughtful and caring teacher. We are so thankful for the encouragement he gives our child to explore his own interests and build his confidence through new activities.

My son has been happy at Bright Horizons from being in the baby room and now into Rising 3s. We, as parents, along with my son, have always felt a good relationship with the staff in each room. They are welcoming when arriving and also very informative upon collecting my child at the end of the day. My son has just successfully finished potty training and we felt very supported by the nursery. The management is well organised and extra days are booked well. I can't thank them enough

Fantastic nursery with an excellent team who I fully trust with my son. Great facilities and they really care so much about the children and their well-being. My son loves his time there and has developed some really strong relationships with his key workers throughout his time here.
