Your Co-op Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-school Dewsbury and their children love playing outside in their science garden, complete with a bug house, compost bins and space for growing plants and veg (don't worry, they'll clean them up before it's time for home!).

They are big on safety which is why ALL their staff are paediatric first aid trained. They also have 5 Little Pioneers who help share their core values with children, such as encouraging them to express their feelings and making a difference in the world.

They hold the Green Flag Status Award (the highest possible) in the prestigious Green Flag Eco-schools programme which is an internationally recognised award where children lead the way in making a difference to the environment.

Their ParentZone app keeps mums and dads informed about life at nursery and includes photos from their day, assessments, meals eaten and even toilet training progress!

They have three bright and spacious rooms; one room for younger children up to two-years-old, one room for two to three-year-olds and a final room for more active three to five-year-olds. All rooms have direct access to the outdoors allowing children to freely move between their rooms and the garden whenever they wish.

My child has flourished and developed immensely and I know part of that reason is because of this nursery. My child absolutely loves it, she has made a great circle of friends and loves the staff there. I like how they integrate learning into playtime, her key person always gives me updates on her progress
and development so we can work on areas together. Management are amazing, they are always there to discuss any concerns and will provide you of any change.

Fantastic nursery, my little boy has been going here since he was a baby and all the staff have encouraged and supported him to grow into a confident three year old who loves nursery. They always looking for ways to improve and extended children's learning and development and the environment. I love

Where to begin? This nursery and the staff within it will never know how much they have done for our family. From the very first day almost 2 years ago service has been flawless. All the staff have the right balance of professionalism, friendliness, being helpful and most importantly, loving to all
children! They are a dream to be around and our children can't get enough of them. We would like to say a big thank you to all involved within the nursery to make it the safe haven that it is.

Four of my children have attended this provision and it has always been fantastic. My children are cared for exceptionally well and they are enriched with a broad range of activities and learning activities and opportunities. The staff are professional yet fun and clearly enjoy working at the setting.

My little boy started Ladybirds in November last year and at first he was unsure when leaving him, but staff have worked really hard and close to him and he loves it, he gets along with all staff and loves going to nursery now to see all his friends. He has moved into Butterflies now and couldn't be
happier, he loves picking his own ball and having breakfast with all his friends and playing outside. The staff are so friendly and caring and look after my little one, I wouldn't have my boy go anywhere else, I love it. You all do a great job.
