Your Co-op Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-school Dewsbury and their children love playing outside in their science garden, complete with a bug house, compost bins and space for growing plants and veg (don't worry, they'll clean them up before it's time for home!).

They are big on safety which is why ALL their staff are paediatric first aid trained. They also have 5 Little Pioneers who help share their core values with children, such as encouraging them to express their feelings and making a difference in the world.

They hold the Green Flag Status Award (the highest possible) in the prestigious Green Flag Eco-schools programme which is an internationally recognised award where children lead the way in making a difference to the environment.

Their ParentZone app keeps mums and dads informed about life at nursery and includes photos from their day, assessments, meals eaten and even toilet training progress!

They have three bright and spacious rooms; one room for younger children up to two-years-old, one room for two to three-year-olds and a final room for more active three to five-year-olds. All rooms have direct access to the outdoors allowing children to freely move between their rooms and the garden whenever they wish.

Really pleased with my daughters progress since she has started at the nursery. The staff are brilliant with her and are very encouraging. My daughter talks about the staff when she knows she is going to nursery in a positive way.

I really can't thank you all for the care you have all given to both of my sons. They have come along amazingly in the past year and you all deserve credit for that. Knowing they were with you guys meant I never had to worry about them when I was at work. I cannot recommend you highly enough to anyone
who will listen. I know my boys will miss you all and should I return return to work in the near future, you all will be my first choice for them to come to. Thank you so much again.
