Your Co-op Little Pioneers Nursery & Pre-school, Dewsbury

My daughter has recently started preschool after being at the nursery since she was ten months old. In this time, the thing that strikes me the most is the dedication of the staff to providing a nurtured baby and toddler room environment. Now she is in the preschool there is more focus on independence yet the support is still very dedicated. The environment is inviting and safety has been at the top of the agenda during the pandemic. It's amazing what variety of food my daughter will eat at nursery from curry to pies, their cook must work magic as she won't eat them for me. Of course all of these things are of upmost importance but there is also a very experienced management team whom are always happy to help. I already recommended a friend and wouldn't hesitate in doing so again.

A wonderful nursery with dedicated staff. Both my children have attended here and both have flourished. The staff are amazing and go above and beyond; they are always available to help and support. This nursery has it all; brilliant staff, a great indoor and outdoor setting, age-appropriate activities and a fantastic, varied food menu. I highly recommend.

My eldest child attended this nursery, and my youngest is still there; it is lovely. The staff are amazing, and they are still mostly the same as when my now 8-year-old went there. Very welcoming, and both boys love going. Food is amazing by the smell lol. Really great place.

My son has learnt many skills and his vocabulary always leaves me amazed. I genuinely believe the nursery have been a major part of my son's life. They have instilled manners, social skills and how to make friends. I cannot recommend them enough, they deserve their outstanding report.

My son really enjoys preschool. I can tell that he learns lots of different things and the activities are so varied.

I have been sending my daughter to the Co-op Nursery in Dewsbury for over a year now and am extremely pleased with the service. As a self-employed mum, I need some degree of flexibility with additional days and changes to booking patterns as my contracts change and the team at Dewsbury are always happy to work with me to provide me with the care cover I need. My daughter has been in Ladybirds and is just about to transition to Butterflies and I have full faith that the new room will be at the same high standards with staff that genuinely love their job and care deeply about the children in their care. My 6-month-old son is also joining the nursery this month, which I also feel is a testament to the full trust I have in the staff.

My son loves his nursery and is excited to go there and play with his friends. The staff are lovely and have helped my son's development and confidence.

Lovely, friendly, warm and inclusive environment. Much effort is put in to make the nursery accommodating for all children and staff are extremely hard working.

The nursery has been amazing with my son, he settled really well and we can now see the confidence he has. He smiles and is happy to be left for his day at nursery. His key worker has spent time getting to know him and his likes and dislikes, so as parents we have confidence in the staff. I would recommend this nursery.

Lovely staff who are always happy to help. My child loves coming to this nursery and has come on loads. Any questions they will always answer. Always clean and great food.

My daughter has been at the nursery coming up to six months now and has come along away with her speech etc. Only negative feedback from me would be the cleanliness of the children. For example, a child sneezes and they haven't cleaned their nose (I know the children are encouraged to do this themselves) it's left there and dried up and germs are passed on so easily.

My daughter is always happy to come to nursery and when she comes home too.

Our little one loves going there and we feel safe knowing she is well looked after there.

If I was mad enough to have a third child I would choose Co-operative Dewsbury again!

They are very caring and diligent towards my son's needs and have also supported me during the initial weeks of my son starting nursery.

My daughter started in the baby room and has now reached her final week in the pre-school room. Both my daughter and I have found it to be an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff are not only excellent and well trained in all aspects of early years but their commitment and dedication to their role are exceptional. Every day we are greeted with a warm welcome, I have been advised I supported with many things, always willing to help. To sum it up in less than 200 words, there is nowhere else I would have wanted my little lady to go. The team is fantastic.

My child has attended this nursery for 18month and its great. She has come along so much since starting here and will miss it a lot when she starts school in September.
