Nuffy Bear Day Nursery Cottingley

I think overall the nursery is doing a fantastic job. The staff are very friendly and are fantastic with my daughters, especially one of them who I feel has come on so much since being here. I would say the nursery is more like family than nursery workers. The only thing I would say is if a member of staff is getting on and supporting a child, that interaction should stay and the bond remains rather than changing due to short staff. Overall they are all doing a great job.

We are thrilled with the confidence and development this nursery continues to give to our children. They are now in preschool and the progress they continue to make is amazing. Their key worker is brilliant, an essential part of our children's development. They are on board with anything we ask them to focus on and welcome suggestions. We couldn't ask for better. We get daily updates and celebrate the day's wins! Our children love the nursery and so do we. We would recommend Nuffy Bear Day Nursery to any family, they go above and beyond.

Can’t recommend Nuffy Bear Day Nursery Cottingley highly enough. Our son and daughter absolutely love nursery, thanks to the support, encouragement and patience of their various key workers. The nursery is well staffed, has undergone recent refurbishments, both inside and out, and provides everything our little ones need to thrive. Our son particularly likes his weekly swimming lessons, and our daughter loves her time playing outside on the manor grounds and dancing in the dance studio on the rainier days! Thank you to everyone!

My child has come on leaps and bounds since starting at Nuffy Bear. The staff are helpful and caring. The manager has been flexible around our needs. I can't fault them.

We have twins at Nuffy Bear Day Nursery and we have seen them come on leaps and bounds. The staff are brilliant and always have been communicative towards the progress of our twins. There are loads of activities for the kids to get involved in. They're encouraged to learn new things they're interested in without pressure. They love nursery and I would recommend Nuffy Bear Day Nursery to any family.

Over the moon with how much the staff and nursery have helped my 3-year-old develop skills and confidence. They are so interested in getting the best out of him and are always communicating with me about what is going on. Anything I want to focus on, they are fully supportive and do as much as they can to help. My son's key worker is brilliant and she is totally on board with everything he does. She has made nursery life for both myself and my son great and kept my mind at ease. The play environment is perfect for both solo play and group activities. The staff is always encouraging the children to gain confidence in their own ability to do things on their own or with others. Food provided is of great nutritional standard and my son has become confident in helping to prepare his own meals and snacks and has come on leaps and bounds with his fine motor skills. I couldn't be happier with how the nursery and its staff are looking after and teaching my son. Highly recommended!

Absolutely amazing nursery it’s like one big family all the members of staff treat my child like their own. My child is so happy here and really going to miss it when she moves to school in September. The duty of care my daughter receives is outstanding they go above and beyond and there’s no other nursery I would trust my child to attend.

I cannot recommend Nuffy Bear Day Nursery Cottingley enough, my son has been coming for two years this summer and he absolutely loves it. All the staff are amazing and are really attentive to his needs, they give him so much praise for his manners, his good behaviour and he loves every single member of staff there. They have dealt with the pandemic really well, they have kept parents informed along the way and have been flexible to each parents needs. I really wish he didn’t have to leave this summer to start school.

A lovely nursery that is in beautiful grounds. The staff are friendly and the care they provide for my little boy is excellent. Always greeted with a smile and he absolutely loves going to nursery and has a very good relationship with the staff, especially his key person.

Really lovely nursery with amazing staff. Both children have loved attending and really like all of the staff. Nuffy Bear has been very good in the Covid19 global pandemic, lots of communication and updates and everyone is always very helpful. Would definitely recommend.

During the hard times of lockdown, all the staff at Nuffy Nursery remained professional and ensured my little boy has no disruption to his days. My 2 year old runs into his nursery room each morning and is always smiling at the end of the day.

Since our little one joined this nursery he has come on leaps and bounds. He's happy to attend and even on his days off he's asking if he's going to nursery. The staff are brilliant, keep you up to date with the days progress and they contact you via email (my preference) about upcoming events and news updates. They have been incredible during the pandemic and I'm glad we found Nuffield. Definitely recommend to anyone.

All the staff are so friendly and always greeting me and the children with a smile. My children have been going to Nuffy Bear Day Nursery Cottingley for the past 2 years and love going each time. My daughter has additional needs due to her epilepsy and they have been brilliant dealing with her behaviour and needs. I would definitely recommend this nursery.

My son has attended the nursery since March, just after his 2nd birthday. I cannot believe how much he has developed in just a few months, he is happier, more confident, and comes home singing new songs and talking about his day with the staff. I have had all of my expectations of a nursery exceeded - the staff have been wonderful - providing support during the lockdown and enabling me to carry out my role as a key worker. The manager is an excellent role model, and the staff a pleasure to deal with. I feel incredibly lucky to have found such a safe, nurturing and positive place for my child to attend.

My little boy started this nursery at 8 months old however I signed him up at 6 weeks old after a tour where the manager showed him around as if he could understand what was going on; since starting he has come on leaps and bounds in his development and I am kept fully up to date with his progress. All members of staff are amazing and I have no doubts that at the end of the day he will come home knackered after an action-packed day! The room leader and his key worker also take an interest in what he likes and how he is at home to try and get him to do other things in nursery; we have also had the opportunity to spend the weekend with Nuffy Bear and attend a teddy bears picnic. I would highly recommend this nursery and I feel like as a parent I am kept up to date with things happening in nursery in general as well as specific to my child. I can't wait to see my boy develop even further under their care whilst I am working.

My daughter goes to Nuffy Bear Day Nursery in cottingley and I couldn’t be happier the staff are lovely and she has settled in fantastically. Sending your child to nursery isn’t the easiest decision but knowing you’ve chosen a good one makes it a lot easier. My daughter enjoys going which makes going to work that but easier knowing she’s happy and in safe hands.

I put my eldest daughter in the care of the nursery and haven't hesitated to bring the twins. The team treat the girls as individuals and recognise their personalities and differing needs. They are going from strength to strength under the brilliant care here.

My son loves all the staff at the nursery and made excellent bonds with them quickly after starting there. The staff always make time for conversation at drop off and pick up so I know how he's getting on, which is very reassuring. I am so pleased with the care he receives and couldn't wish for a better environment for him.
