Partou Sunny Days Day Nursery & Pre-school

From the moment we went on our initial visit, we were made to feel welcome. Staff were very professional and were and are still very empathetic regarding our new situation. Our child was welcomed into the nursery, and the staff worked settling in days around us. Which helped a great deal, as we both work full-time. Staff have always worked openly and honestly with us. They feel like part of the family. Our child's confidence has grown, and she has definitely developed her own little personality. The staff in the room have worked so hard with our child, making learning fun, and encouraging her development in all areas. It's really lovely all the staff know the child by name and always have a smile and have a chat with them, even though they are really busy, they never make you feel like they are in a rush. Our child loves going to the nursery every morning, she is so excited waiting for the door to open. We can't speak highly enough of the staff at Sunnydays.

Management is shocking! Chains of emails to appear supportive but do nothing to change; training offered to Sunny Days by various charities but all declined.

Staff at Sunny Days Private Day Nursery and Pre-school have been absolutely amazing to my daughter! She’s developed massively in the few months she’s been there and thriving every day; I literally can’t thank them enough. She loves going to nursery and playing with her friends.

Any concerns, worries or questions are always answered and resolved by the manager and the girls, and I can't thank them enough for always going that extra mile to make sure my little girl's needs and happiness are always put first!

My only constructive feedback would be that the app could be better to include better quality pictures and more regular feedback via the app to parents for what we should be doing at home!

My son loves to come to Sunny Days. All the staff are great, and my son has good relationships with them. I have regular updates on my son's progress and say to day activities. I would highly recommend the nursery. Thank you all for your hard work.

My little girl came to Sunny Days from the age of 9-months to 4-years, and she had the best time at the nursery. It’s not too big, not too small, it’s just that perfect balance. We loved it so much that even though we have moved away from the area, we decided to send our second baby there even though it means travelling a bit further, we know that the staff are amazing, they help so much with development and the daily activities are always varied. And no surprise, he absolutely loves it, and I never worry about him when I leave there; it’s like a home away from home for him. Price is also really good compared to some prices other nurseries charge. Available all year round except bank holidays, so it’s so reliable. Couldn’t ask for any more from them. Would highly recommend.

My daughter has been at Sunny Days since she was 18-months-old. From the first couple of months, she came leaps and bounds, specifically with her talking. She adores it there and has such a good relationship with the staff; there are a certain few who she goes on about and clearly have a positive impact on my daughter day-to-day. The team and management are always so helpful, especially with new stages such as terrible twos and how-to guide through them and potty training! The place is lovely throughout, and the whole team have been amazing, especially through this pandemic. I'm very excited for my youngest daughter to join in the summer.

My eldest started at Sunny Days in 2018. We love how dedicated the staff are, they make a real effort to get to know your children. Our youngest daughter has been going since 2020, and when looking for childcare, we didn’t think to look elsewhere. We have had the most wonderful experience. My girls enjoy every week, and they have coped so well, especially during the pandemic. I have never felt disappointed or let down, especially as a key worker.

Sunny Days have absolutely regained my confidence with care for my girl after a previous bad experience. They are supportive, caring, kind, professional and have done nothing but go beyond and above to help my daughter. My daughter has thrived in there care and is so happy, she’s developed so well with them, and I can honestly say I am not ever worried when she’s there as the girls working there are brilliant. Couldn’t recommend Sunny Days anymore. Fab nursery and fab team of girls.

The service is brilliant, and I would recommend this nursery to anyone. They are always updating me on my daughter's progress and providing constructive comments and lots of fun pictures too!

The nursery is always clean, well-staffed with loads of toys and original activities (that are educational) for them to complete and our children always come home happy, well-fed and totally exhausted from an incredible day.

I have been using Sunny Days Nursery for both my daughters for the last five years. My two-year-old is currently in Tweenies and goes three days a week. My daughter loves going to Nursery, which is a massive relief for me as I don’t need to worry about her while at work. I feel at complete ease and trust all the members of staff working there, as does my daughter. I love how varied the day can be, there’s something new planned each day. The staff use so many different materials to entertain and teach the children from jelly, ice, sand etc, things I wouldn’t have the time or facility to do at home. I feel at complete ease to ask for advice on any concerns I have about her progression, for example, I was concerned about my daughters delayed speech but after talking to the manager and the girls, they put my mind at rest. An awareness of my concerns has put more focus on building her vocabulary. The difference in her in the last few months is amazing. Can’t thank the girls enough.

This was our first choice of nursery for our child. The staff were very welcoming, and the manager was amazing when we asked if we could view it out of the blue. We see the manager with the kids a lot, playing with them and having cuddles which I think is amazing. All the staff here are so friendly and our little one always looks forward to coming here. We always have things brought home that the child had made that day and I enjoy reading about how my little one is getting with the online portal. I can't praise this nursery enough, they are just fab.

The staff at Sunny Days are committed, hard-working and my little girl adores them. The Pre School lead worker thinks of new and innovative ideas to help the children learn every day and genuinely cares about the children in her care. I chose this nursery for my daughter because it had a nice 'feel' about it when I visited and 3 years later I haven't regretted my choice.

Very good nursery, very nice staff, very welcoming, polite and understanding. I have two daughters in this nursery and best decision I ever made. Oldest daughter went to previous nursery and left due to lack of support and nasty teachers, she was scared to start a new nursery now I can't keep her away from Sunny Days and my youngest was completely toilet trained, from nappies to knickers, and dry bed within 6 months with help of nursery. 10/10 from me.

It would be great if we got a daily record for every day as we only get given every now and then, and it's nice to read what they have been up to and had to eat. The outside area could be updated.

My daughter has attended Sunny Days Private Day Nursery since Feb 2019, she has come on leaps and bounds since attending the nursery, she looks forward to going and has a fantastic relationship with her key worker. We're hoping that our daughter can attend the nursery full time from next term.
