Staff have been very supportive of my son's hearing problems. They have reassured me by using different communication skills with him which has improved his behaviour and engagement. They keeps me updated and continue to be proactive in supporting him. He remains very happy here.

I do think that the nursery would benefit parents evening to give the parents feedback and also help to identify areas of learning that need improvement so that parents can work on these areas at home. Management of this nursery over the last year has been awful. Three different managers and new owners. It makes you question what is going on behind the scenes. Otherwise happy with the service.

Thank you very much for your feedback and comments, we are pleased to hear you have been happy with the care provided. Just Childcare Ltd has only recently taken over the nursery so I can’t comment on anything that happened before we took over. It is unfortunate that there has been a change of management recently but we are confident that the new manager will be great. As a company our policy is to hold parents evenings every 12 weeks and this is in the process of being introduced at the nursery. In addition we are currently in the process of installing a new software system that will have an app and ‘Parent Zone’ where parents will be able to securely see their child’s file and add pictures and comments to it at any-time, this will help further enhance home/nursery links. Thank you again for your feedback and we wish your son all the best with starting school.
This is a great nursery. I started using them when my son was just 6 months old and they made me feel very comfortable with the care he would receive. It is excellent and I would definitely recommend.
