Partou Sunny Days Day Nursery & Pre-school in Ellesmere Port provides high-quality care and education for babies and children up to the age of five.

The lovely setting provides children with a happy and supportive learning environment where they have access to fun outdoor areas every day. The Sunny Days team members provide children with outstanding learning opportunities, including foreign languages, and keep parents involved with their children's development using an online learning journal.

Staff at the nursery care passionately about providing high-quality childcare and many hold Level 3 childcare qualifications or higher. The long-serving team even includes a qualified teacher who helps to prepare the children for their next adventure at primary school.

Sunny Days has CCTV and secure door entry systems and all staff have paediatric first aid certificates, so families know their children are in safe hands, in a secure environment.

The nursery offers excellent value for money with 15 and 30 free hour childcare places available for eligible families. Fees include milk, nappies, wipes, sun cream and delicious healthy meals from the nursery menu.

My son has attended Sunny Days since 2021 when he was 6 months old. I cannot fault the care that he receives. He has epilepsy and a speech delay. Sunny Days have managed his conditions extremely well. I have the utmost faith in them. Would recommend highly to others.

Our child has been attending Sunny Days since they were 11 months old. They established amazing bonds with the workers, especially their key workers. We felt rest assured that our child was happy and being well looked after. The staff are amazing, very personable and approachable. We would particularly
like to mention a staff member, if they could be replicated and come to our home that would be fantastic. The staff are our particular favourites also. Our child describes all four as their best teachers. Our child attends full-time and is always happy to go to nursery. The investment, encouragement and nurturing they have provided our child has been impeccable and will never be forgotten by all of us.

Started my daughter's settling sessions in Feb, and let's just say she just wasn't settling. It was such a stressful time as I was due back to work and needed to get her sorted and ready. The ladies at the nursery worked so well with me, with many hints, tips, and lots of reassurance that she would
just settle one day! Well.. it happened, and she loves it and on my first day picking her up she cried when we were leaving! How the table had turned. Every single person is absolutely lovely, and I'm so glad I chose this nursery. The app is great, can see her day and what she's been eating. So lovely to hear feedback about her day from everyone. Thank you so much, such a proud mum dropping her off and picking her up!

This nursery is fantastic, the support and care my child has received has been amazing. Having a child who has been diagnosed with additional needs can be frightening but the staff have been super supportive to both myself and my child. Couldn't have chosen a better nursery for us.

Both of my boys attend Sunny Days Nursery and I would highly recommend this nursery for your children! My two sons have built such a good relationship with all of the staff members in their rooms and are always happy to go into the nursery and play with their friends! It’s such a reassuring feeling
knowing that my kids are in safe hands once I leave them for their daily sessions. The activities sound exciting and look so much fun which I get to appreciate via daily updates on the app. The thing I love most is how no matter what the weather may be, my boys will still always be taken outside to continue having lots of fun.

My daughter loves coming to the nursery and exploring the activities and toys set up within the room. My eldest first came to Sunny Days in 2018 and now my other two children attend too! It’s such a lovely nursery, the girls are amazing with the children and my boys are coming on leaps and bounds. I know they are getting well looked after which means I don’t have to worry whilst I'm working as they
are in good hands! There’s a lovely atmosphere to the nursery and lots of development space, we can’t fault the nursery or ladies at all and I know my boys feel the same!

Staff are friendly throughout and they seem to know your child. Rapid response in opening the door once the bell is rung, this is important as it shows the nursery understands that parents bringing children are rushing to work.

I have had children at Sunny Days since 2019 and they have loved every minute of their time there. The staff go above and beyond to make sure the children are engaged and having fun. It has a real family feel to it and you can tell the staff genuinely care about the children which makes it easier to

Since coming to this nursery my children have really come on in all developmental areas. The nursery is really in tune with children's wants and needs, basing a lot of activities on their interests. All of the staff are friendly, approachable and proactive. My children thoroughly enjoy their time here.

Highly recommend! Both my girls go and I have never worried about them whilst they are there which is such a weight off my shoulders. Especially with going back to work and having severe Mum guilt, I know when they are there they are well cared for and are having fun. The staff are friendly, approachable
and genuinely care for the children. I can’t thank Sunny Days enough for helping bring out the now very confident little personalities my girls have.

I cannot thank the staff enough, especially in the preschool room. The time and effort they show each day is just wonderful as a parent, it shows when my son comes home and says how much fun he's had that day. The range of activities is great for my son to join in things he would never do at home.

My son has attended for almost 2 years. He really struggled to settle in his previous nursery from the age of 9 months and this left me worried about leaving him being my first child. I took the plunge and moved him to Sunny Days and I can honestly say it was the best decision I’ve ever made. The staff
worked so hard to help him feel settled and worked with his needs to get him to enjoy the nursery. He now asks to go to the nursery on weekends and can’t wait to see all his friends and staff members in the mornings. He comes home and talks about how much he loves his teachers and how much fun he’s had. The staff have excellent communication skills and are really approachable. My son loves the food at nursery and will eat everything that is cooked for him as he says the food is so yummy. Management is really helpful and approachable, they are always happy to help and go above and beyond for children and parents. The rooms and outdoors always look lovely and inviting with different activities.

Absolutely fabulous nursery. My youngest son with Autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) attended this nursery they supported him so much without the hard work from the staff we wouldn't have got the special educational needs (SEN) referral. Now my grandson attends this nursery he
has come on leaps and bounds. He absolutely loves it, the staff really are amazing, they really are not only to help the children grow they prepare them so well for school. I will forever be grateful.

My grandson is 3½ and has been at Sunny Days Nursery since he was 21 months old.
On the days I have collected him from nursery, he comes out happy and can't wait to tell me all about his day. The staff always give me a full rundown of what he's been up to, including what he's had for his meals.
I
have found members of staff to be caring and professional, helpful and kind. The nursery is both educational and has time for play. Each section of the nursery spends time outside each day.
I am pleased that my son and daughter-in-law chose this nursery for my grandson, and I'm really pleased that his 7-month-old brother will be joining him soon.
This doesn't just relate to February 2024, it's my overall experience since my grandson started nursery.

From the moment we went on our initial visit, we were made to feel welcome. Staff were very professional and were and are still very empathetic regarding our new situation. Our child was welcomed into the nursery, and the staff worked settling in days around us. Which helped a great deal, as we both
work full-time. Staff have always worked openly and honestly with us. They feel like part of the family. Our child's confidence has grown, and she has definitely developed her own little personality. The staff in the room have worked so hard with our child, making learning fun, and encouraging her development in all areas. It's really lovely all the staff know the child by name and always have a smile and have a chat with them, even though they are really busy, they never make you feel like they are in a rush. Our child loves going to the nursery every morning, she is so excited waiting for the door to open. We can't speak highly enough of the staff at Sunnydays.

I would not recommend this nursery for children with special educational needs as they are not an inclusive nursery. As a SEN parent, you are left to fight with the nursery for support and have to manage own EHCP application.
Sunny Days should be working in partnership with parents to give good quality
consistent care that caters for individual child's needs within an inclusive environment; but unfortunately this is not the case. Information is not handed over dispite having care plans in place, as a direct result care needs are not met.
Management is shocking! Chains of emails to appear supportive but do nothing to change; training offered to Sunny Days by various charities but all declined.
