Bright Horizons Tytherington Day Nursery and Preschool is located on Tytherington Business Park.

The team of enthusiastic childcare professionals were proud to achieve a 'Good' rating in its Ofsted inspection in September 2016.

There is a broad range of facilities, from access to fields for outdoor teaching and rugby training sessions, to fully-equipped sensory rooms and music sessions by trained instructors.

The large outdoor play area offers a variety of activities and challenges for children of all ages, including a mud kitchen and large construction equipment.

Children from three-months, through toddler times to pre-school will find this nursery a stimulating and reassuring environment.

The unique 'Ready for School' programme, which includes Growing Readers, Writers and Mathematicians, prepares the children for their transition to school. The fees include all meals and snacks, nappies, nappy cream, bottles and baby formula.

Both my children have been very happy at the nursery.
The staff are very friendly, there are lots of activities for the children to do and lots of outdoor space.
The food is of an excellent standard.
The team update throughout the day and are very welcoming to any discussion.
Thoroughly recommend.

I couldn’t rate this nursery enough. Each and every single staff member has been absolutely fantastic with my son and myself. They are so caring and passionate about their jobs, and it really pays off. I feel so comfortable and at ease leaving my son.
The nursery itself is always immaculate, they provide
a really good range of healthy meals and are always doing so many activities with the children.
I would not go anywhere else, my son has been thriving since attending.
Management works so hard every single day and they are there to help you whatever it may be, and the children are always their top priority.

It’s a lovely nursery and preschool, well organised and lots of activities done. Good communication via the app and my daughter loves the food. She loves going there and never had an issue. Would recommend.

After a choppy start at another nursery, we moved our son to Bright Horizons Tytherington when he was one year old, and he was welcomed immediately - quickly we all felt like family, and they paid such close attention to his development. He feels so safe, happy and free to express himself there. Huge
thanks to two members of staff in particular for making our first year an incredible experience and journey. We already can't wait to enrol our second when he's born!

Both my children have been through all the rooms at this nursery. Couldn’t fault them. The staff are so caring. They were also brilliant with my eldest who had several food allergies - she would have a red plate and also be sat next to an adult.

I cannot recommend this place enough. Our little boy has been here since June 2023 and he absolutely loves his time with the care staff who play with him, take care of him and give him all the messy play he can handle! The app is updated throughout the day and we are able to keep up with how his day
is going, what he’s eaten (and how much), nap times and pictures of what he’s doing. The addition of adding what he’s learning through his play is even better. Staff are lovely people and they seem genuinely happy in their work. Our boy is happy to come to nursery every day and loves his time there.

The staff, the provision, the building itself and the meals that the chef cooks are, in my opinion, first-class.
We get constant interaction from the staff, and it’s like a real family where they know you and, more importantly, your child. They offer open days to parents to provide the opportunity
to meet other parents and show you around the building. They interact on the app so you know what your child has done in the day, which really puts you at ease.
Being a first-time Mum, I obviously have my worries, but just want to note that One staff member in particular is the most supportive person to all parents.
Credit to everyone at Bright Horizons; you all work so hard, and it’s shown not only when my daughter has a smile on her face every time it’s ’Nursery Day’ and often doesn’t want to come home, but in the care, attention and effort you all go to in making sure the children and parents are supported. They know your child like the parents do and do everything to accommodate your family's needs.

Bright Horizons is such a lovely nursery. Me, my partner and daughter fell in love with it on our first visit! The staff are absolutely wonderful and so helpful. Every time I pick up my daughter she looks as if she has had the best day and absolutely adores her key worker.

My little boy started in January. From day one the staff have been really supportive. He has formed an amazing bond with his key worker. The app is extremely useful for updates while he’s at nursery and also for messaging. I have and would happily recommend Bright Horizons, Tytherington Day Nursery

Our two children aged 1 and 2 have recently started for just one day a week. The nursery is absolutely brilliant and I couldn't expect any more from any member of staff I have encountered. Myself and my partner particularly like the app updates knowing our children are doing well throughout the day.
Our 2 children have not been apart from the family unit so starting nursery was daunting for everyone involved but they have started to settle and we are so pleased we have chosen Bright Horizons Tytherington Day Nursery and Preschool.. both the children's direct practitioners in the baby and preschool room have been amazing at helping them settle. Our little boy has been at this nursery for nearly two years and has loved every second of his time there. The staff show genuine care and interest in each child on a personal level, and I feel that they make a huge effort in really getting to know the children and their families. The variety of activities
that they plan for the children is great, and they have them spending plenty of time outdoors in the garden (weather permitting). Our child is always happy to go into the nursery and comes out excited to tell us about his day, which makes us feel really comfortable leaving him, knowing he is in more than capable hands.

I was very apprehensive about moving my 1-year-old to a new nursery but the staff at Bright Horizons were amazing with both of us and my little one settled instantly! They messaged me on days he is a little unsettled at drop-off to reassure me and I have to say he absolutely loves it. I love seeing
what he has eaten and slept and seeing the pictures of what he gets up to in the app, it is amazing! What amazed me about going in was how calm it was, you rarely turn up and there are kids upset, everyone just seems really happy, staff and kids alike. Highly recommend and I am pretty sure my little one would as well.

Bright Horizons Tytherington is an amazing nursery! After visiting hundreds of nurseries as part of my job as a teacher and assessor, I found it very difficult to choose a setting for my little boy! After several unsuccessful and teary visits to other nurseries, we finally came across Bright Horizons
and I knew instantly it was the right place for my little boy, not a tear in sight from either of us. From the first contact to the settling-in sessions and beyond, the staff have been incredible, so attentive, nurturing, patient, informative, the list goes on. I would highly recommend Bright Horizons!

I have been working in childcare for 19 years, starting with the company in 1998. I joined as a Nursery Nurse and over time worked hard and became a Room Leader, shortly afterwards stepping into the deputy role, before moving on to be a Nursery Manager. I have been a Nursery Manager for 14 years and thoroughly enjoy my job role. I enjoy working as part of a team and inspiring my staff team. Looking after so many different families and over time becoming one big family. I love watching the children grow and develop and achieve their full potential and the journey that they make to prepare them for school. It is a very rewarding job and I feel I am always learning, each day brings something different.
