Very helpful staff who are also very friendly. Our children enjoy visiting and get on very well with everyone.
My daughter has been at Clairmont for nearly 4 years, during her time she has become a confident and happy child. The range of activities she does are varied and well structured and she enjoys the extracurricular activities as much. The staff are friendly and helpful and always happy to talk through any issues or problems when and if they arise. We will be sad to leave Clairmont but know that our daughter has received the best start.
Both of my daughters have attended this nursery and it has been a lovely experience with both.
The staff are wonderful and I've always felt there has been a personal connection between my daughters and each of their 'key-workers'.
The office staff have also been amazing in terms of helping me out with last minute day-changes, as my working days are never the same from one week to the next.
All in all, the whole experience has been brilliant for my daughters and myself, and the staff have played huge roles in my daughters' development.
All staff at this nursery are relly nice and always helpful, they also help with funding and filling out all applications. My son is really enjoying going to this nursery and he doesn't want to leave it at the end of the day.
My baby boy now attends this nursery and he is just as happy there as I am. From the first show around to starting, the environment was a home from home - making the hard decision of putting my baby into nursery a lot easier! The staff are warm and inviting and have settled my son in with lots of love and care. I cannot recommend this nursery enough. Thank you Clairmont Nursery.
As grandparents, we have collected our grandson several times and always found the nursery very friendly and very efficiently run. Our grandson who is only 20 months. Loves coming to nursery which he does 3 days a week.
The care at this nursery is fantastic. My little girl has just started in the baby unit. She is happy when we pick her up each day. The staff are brilliant at catering for needs, I was concerned at first about leaving her at such a young age but the girls have really settled my fears. I get a good hand over at collection and always know what she has been up to.
My nephew attended the summer learning fun club and had a wonderful time. He especially enjoyed the growing artist program and talked about what he had done when he got home at the end of the day. The nursery was very welcoming and the staff were all very friendly. Very lovely setting will definitely be returning for half term holiday in October.
The nursery always looks lovely. The staff are very friendly, caring and helpful. The management team are always happy to help. My son's development came on leaps and bounds since starting at Clairmont Day Nursery and Preschool and I would highly recommend the nursery to others.

Me and my baby were welcomed in the baby unit. The management team and staff were fantastic with us (very friendly) I am very happy with the care.
Overall a decent nursery however showing signs of decline;My son joined the baby 1 unit 14 months ago and the ladies in the room were fantastic, really attentive and I felt comfortable for 4 days a week knowing that they really cared and connected with my boy. The transition to Baby 2 room was handled well and the staff were nice however there were many staff changes. My son had been in the baby room 2 for 7 months and despite my requests to see his development story, I have never received it. My son has just transitioned to Toddler 1, which was handled poorly in terms of the amount of times he visited and the timing of the transition. I can only assume that these declines are a result of poor management/direction with the staff and a lack of focus on learning/development which is why I've marked these points low. Its a shame that I've encountered these issues - with a few tweaks then I'm sure the rating would be far better as there are lots of good points about the nursery.
My son (4.5) and daughter (2.5) attend Clairmont Nursery and both are very happy and confident.
The nursery is well maintained and the staff are friendly and approachable and care for every child who attends the nursery.
The outdoor space is excellent at the nursery which has 2 gardens.
Disappointed at development to date, however following feedback this is starting to improve. Caring is very good, all girls are great.

Great bunch of people. My son always happy to be left and is now a struggle to take home at the end of the day. Eats all his food so it must taste good. They always go the extra mile with creative pictures/paints.
Both my children have attended Clairmont since the age of 1 and we love it. The care is fantastic and the staff are full of energy and positivity.
My daughter is very settled and enjoys coming in on a daily basis. Staff are professional, caring and able to meet her needs. No concerns.

Always friendly and professional. Made it easier for me to return to work part time as I felt my son's individual needs and well being were accounted for to a high standard. Lots of different activities and outside play. The staff consistency is high meaning they get to know all the children really well.
My 3 year old son has been at the nursery since May 2015 and my daughter has just started in the baby unit. Both settled really quickly and happily. The rooms are spacious and fully equipped with all the appropriate toys, plus the outdoor areas are fantastic. The staff are absolutely brilliant: really attentive, enthusiastic and open to suggestions/feedback. The mangers have also been really helpful and accommodating when I've needed extra adhoc sessions, which has been a life-saver. I would definitely recommend to others.

Angela has been with the company for over 20 years and has progressed through a variety of roles during this time. She holds a Level 4 qualification in Childcare and Education and is also trained in First Aid and the use of an EpiPen. Angela began her journey as a nursery nurse before advancing to room leader, Deputy Manager, and eventually Nursery Manager.
She is passionate about children’s learning and development and is dedicated to providing an environment that supports families in their busy day-to-day lives. Angela strives to create a warm, home-from-home atmosphere where every individual’s feelings and opinions are valued and respected.

Kirsty began her journey with Bright Horizons in 2014 as part of the bank team while studying at university. After graduating with a Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Studies, she joined the team as a full-time Nursery Nurse in the Rising 3’s room.
Shortly after, Kirsty moved to the Baby Unit, where she progressed through roles including Deputy Room Leader, Room Leader, and Third in Charge.
