Bright Horizons Clairmont Day Nursery and Preschool

I cannot recommend Bright Horizons, Clairmont, enough! The staff are so caring, attentive and proactive. My little girl has come on leaps and bounds and asks every day if she’s going to nursery in the hopes she will. Her speech has gone through the roof in the last few weeks as has her awareness of everything around her and her inquisitive nature. I would recommend them to anyone! Thank you all for being such an amazing provider. I can’t imagine sending my daughter anywhere else! Thank you all!

Bright Horizons, Clairmont is a wonderful nursery. My daughter has attended for the past three years and now my son has joined too. They both love going to nursery and have progressed amazingly thanks to the nurturing, caring and attentive staff. Their focus on development is second to none and I am continually impressed by the activities they provide for the children. The setting is also lovely, with lots of outdoor space, which is very well-used! I feel the staff really know and understand both of my children and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the nursery.

My little girl is in baby two room and loves coming into nursery in the mornings. She will happily walk in to see the staff and children and get ready for breakfast. She has built some good relationships will her key people and is always happy to see them. We love going on the app and seeing what she is doing throughout the day and all the pictures which we receive! Thank you, to the girls in the baby unit!

My son has been attending this nursery since he was 1 year old. Over the past 12 months, his development in terms of social interaction, speech and learning under a controlled structure, has been something that, as a parent, makes me incredibly happy. I like seeing the updates on the app, showing the real activities the children do. I trust the staff implicitly. My son has moved rooms a few times and the process has been smooth and while we had been concerned as parents, the transition has gone well. I cannot recommend this nursery and its staff, highly enough.

We have been consistently happy with Clairmont and their care of our daughter, over the last four years. So much so, that our son has also recently started with the nursery. I haven’t had a moment of worry since he joined. Both of our children are very happy. All members of the team are incredibly caring and ensure the children have fun whilst they are learning. I have been particularly impressed with how they prepare the children for their school transition. The staff clearly enjoy their jobs and have a happy working environment. They also make your life easy as a working parent, which I know is not the norm across other nurseries!

My little boy is 20 months and has been attending Clairmont since he was 11 months old. I've never had a problem dropping him off, he is always happy to go inside! The staff are very caring towards him, but also professional. I feel like he is in safe hands and his development is taken seriously. We receive regular updates about how he is getting on and the activities he gets involved in. Overall, my son is a happy and confident little boy, who loves to learn and socialize, and I think his nursery very much meets his needs.

Everyone at the nursery is very helpful and friendly. I never worry when I drop my daughter off as I know she is well cared for. Whenever I have a question about my daughter, this is addressed. I am kept informed about her day and her development.

My son has been attending Bright Horizons Clairmont since he was 18 months. He is now age four and in preschool at Clairmont. He absolutely loves attending preschool four days a week to the point that at weekends he gets up and asks if he can go to preschool. He has built great relationships with all of his carers in the preschool room and treats them, and his classmates, as his second family. He even talks highly about the cook! This brings great comfort to me and my husband and we are hoping that he enjoys school just as much. He will truly miss everyone at Clairmont. The team at Clairmont have built a fun learning environment and it is a real shame that we, as parents, have been unable to go inside the nursery for the last twelve months due to Covid and see our children thrive in the environment the team have built. The video of the preschool was very much appreciated. Thank you to everyone at Clairmont!

I can't praise Bright Horizons Clairmont enough. The staff, in particular, are their greatest asset. Lovely environment, great learning opportunities. But most of all the care, kindness, attention and input from the staff team. I'll be devastated when my son leaves this nurturing, holistic environment. He has thrived there and been given everything from cuddles and counting to Spanish lessons and yoga.

My son has attended Clairmont since October 2020, he is currently in the baby room. Although I am unable to enter the nursery at the moment due to Covid I have felt fully informed of every aspect of his day and his progress and it is clear he is very happy and settled. He has a lovely relationship with his key person who I have also spoken to virtually to share information on his nursery experiences. The nursery sends lots of communication home so we are made aware of upcoming events and all of the staff are so friendly, welcoming and accommodating. My son loves the food at nursery and I am often told he has eaten seconds which is great! Thank you to everyone for making returning to work so easy and for supporting my son so well with his home to nursery transition.

I'm really happy about Clairmont nursery. The staff is excellent. They take such good care of my daughter. When she's home, she can't stop talking about them. They have lots of activities throughout the day and the meals are excellent. I can't recommend this nursery enough.

The staff are well trained and friendly. They always care and give regular feedback. We will be sad to leave in July.

A fantastic nursery. All my four children have attended Clairmont, and they have all loved it. The staff are warm and caring, and my daughter does a huge range of fun activities whilst she is there. She always goes in with a smile.

She has settled in really well thanks to the environment created at Clairmont - as parents our minds were put at ease from day 1 of our daughter joining and we couldn't be happier with the team and facilities! Thanks!

My daughter (14 months) is in her 3rd week at Clairmont and we couldn’t be happier. In the short time she has attended the nursery, she has settled really well, seems happy and confident and very comfortable with the team (as am I). When I pick her up in the afternoon, she is always smiling and jolly, exhausted from her busy day. With Covid restrictions, we drop off and pick up at the door. The team always make time to talk to us about the events of the day, which we really appreciate. There’s also a lovely note in her bag daily, which lets us know what she has been learning about, playing with and eating along with nap times, nappies etc. We have already seen big leaps in our daughter's development as she’s learnt actions to songs and new social skills. We would highly recommend Clairmont to anyone looking at local nurseries.

A fantastic nursery, my daughter settled so well with the girls and they also made me feel at ease too. She comes home talking about all the activities she's done and the girls give me a run down of her day. Food is a fantastic choice. You can feel the care and passion as soon as you walk in, could not be happier.

Great nursery, both our children are very happy here. Key people are fantastic, making drop off’s easy. The meals always sound delicious and I'm happy to hear about all the fresh air they manage to get in the gardens, which both the boys seem to enjoy. Would and have recommended this nursery to everyone.
