Bright Horizons Clairmont Day Nursery and Preschool

My daughter recently started nursery here, she has settled in fantastically and we always receive a warm friendly welcome in the morning. She is learning something new daily and amazes us with what she can do! The staff are always welcoming and willing to give us their undivided attention when we wish to discuss our daughter & I know that she loves being at nursery and it is due to the excellent care she receives. I would highly recommend this nursery to anyone looking for a caring family environment for their child to thrive in.

I have recently started my second child at nursery at just 9 months old. We have been welcomed by all the staff and my daughter has created strong bonds with the baby staff and gets excited when she arrives. Drop offs are now a doddle and it is clear that she loves her time at nursery & she is developing new skills every day. The staff are always willing to listen to any concerns or queries we may have and give us the time and advice we sometimes need. I can't wait to watch my daughter flourish over the next few years.

An absolutely fantastic nursery; I couldn't be happier with it. The staff are all extremely caring, friendly and approachable. The staff attrition rate t is negligible, meaning you build relationships with all staff members (from the manager to the key workers, to the caretaker) from the word go. The children are always entertained with extra activities (music, football, drama and PE.) They have parents evenings and regular reviews of children's progress, with suggestions for how nursery/parents can support learning. The indoor environment is lovely and homely. The children have access to a vast array of toys, technology and books. I love the outdoor environment, as it is set well back from any main roads and is surrounded by trees (great if you have a child with asthma). My 3 year old loves it and I'm looking forward to my 10-month-old starting nursery there too! All in all, a great nursery, with lots of activities, in a well thought out environment.

Great, welcoming and nurturing nursery with lovely staff who really care for and build great relationships with the children. All three of our children have been through the nursery starting from around 9m. Youngest is about to move up to pre-school. Provision is tailored well towards separate rooms, and individual interests of the children really help to shape activities - even taking in a reading book from home, and activities developed through that week and beyond based on the child's interests in the book and the story. The main house has a lovely homely feel and suited us perfectly. Eldest two are now at school and were extremely well prepared socially and academically for the transition to reception. They moved up with confidence and had a head start in many areas of the curriculum thanks to the great experience at Clairmont. Most importantly, all of them have been super happy there and have really wanted to go to nursery. Huge peace of mind as a parent! Would really highly recommend.

It's a wonderful environment, with a personal approach and as a family, we feel valued and counted. My little boy is safe, happy, has made friends and is looked after exceptionally well and the reassurance that gives us is priceless. In particular, we have been impressed with the Preschool.

The staff are very friendly and my daughter’s development has skyrocketed since starting at Clairmont. I couldn’t recommend Clairmont any more! It’s a fabulous nursery.

Couldn't recommend this great nursery highly enough. Our daughter has been here since 11 months old and she is now nearly 4, attending 4 days a week full time and we really have been so pleased with all elements of this fantastic place. Activities are endless and they are entertained all week

We count ourselves lucky that we found this school for our young man! The team have been unbelievable, we came from overseas and they did everything to get our son settled in and he has thrived under the excellent care and attention of all of the teachers. He loves school and his friends and is a confident, outgoing little boy. We will be so sad to leave in September when it is time for big school!

My Grandson joined the Baby Unit at this nursery a few months ago and he absolutely loves it! From the healthy meals, outdoor space to all the activities he participates in, he is truly thriving. The staff are tremendous and really helped whilst my Daughter was settling him into his new environment. They are warm, caring and show true passion in their job re-creating a real home from home life which is exactly what drew my Daughter to this Nursery. Thank you for making my Grandson's Nursery life so wonderful, you all are fantastic!

She has been at the nursery since she was nine months old and has really enjoyed her time there - the staff have been very caring and nurturing and it has been a lovely environment for her to grow up in. We already miss the nursery a lot and go back to visit regularly and keep in touch with everyone.

My granddaughter has attended this nursery since she was 4 months old, I have watched her grow and develop in so many ways. The girls are all so friendly and the activities and artwork that she comes home with are lovely. She always has a fantastic day, I cannot recommend this nursery enough.

We were in the area for a week and needed childcare for our son (one and a half years old). Initially, we were worried that he'd be very upset to be left in a completely new place with no warning or adaptation period, but he settled in straight away and was cheerful there, even on the first day. We have no doubt that he adapted so quickly because of the warm, caring staff at Clairmont Nursery. They were exemplary - naturals at caring for children, and really seeming to enjoy their job. After the week was over, we were honestly sad we weren't based in the area and able to send our son there all the time!

I always feel confident when leaving my little boy in the mornings, even when he is unsettled. I know that he feels safe and will settle shortly after I leave, usually with the help of some breakfast. I know that his needs will be catered for, along with the individual needs of each child in the setting.

Our son has been attending Clairmont since he was 16 months old (he is now 4 years old). We cannot praise the nursery, the manager and staff enough. Clairmont is managed greatly, the staff genuinely care for our son. They always put his and our family needs at the centre of his care. We love the nursery so much that instead of choosing one that is closer we will be driving our daughter to the same nursery (20 minutes drive each way). Our son has come on leaps and bounds since joining!

The graduation party they organised was also very nice.

Having recently moved to Wilmslow from Surrey and transferred from another nursery (which we absolutely loved) we've been very warmly welcomed by all at Clairmont. Both the management and room leader have helped ensure the transition for our little girl has been seamless and stress-free for both her and us as parents. We've been impressed by the range of activities on offer (I.e fizzy tots, pyjama drama, music lady) and the quality and variety of facilities on offer. All staff have. When warm, caring and friendly and can't do enough to help. We've also been impressed by the flexibility of options with regards to childcare. A big thank you to all.
