Bright Horizons Eldonians Day Nursery and Preschool

I have 2 children attending the nursery and they thoroughly enjoy it. The staff at the nursery take the time to get to know the kids, their likes and dislikes and base activities around this. I feel like the staff couldn't do enough.

My son has autism and we were told the chances of him speaking were slim to none but the manager and her staff have changed our lives completely. They have gone above and beyond, been patient, kind and so caring. He's reaching all of his milestones and targets and I know I have the staff to thank for everything. My son is not the same boy now that started here 2 years ago. He has come on leaps and bounds because the staff stick with the curriculum and go further than they have to. I trust all of the staff with my child completely because I know they care very deeply about him. My son is starting reception in September and although I am excited to see him grow, I am utterly devastated to say goodbye to the nursery and it's staff because they have made such an impact on our lives. I would 100% recommend Bright Horizons Eldonian and urge anybody who is looking for a nursery to at least take a trip there and meet all of the staff, I guarantee you would not regret it.

There are other members of staff who are fantastic and are an asset.

Love the new 'Breakfast for parents'. I think this is a special touch which is thoughtful.

I am very happy with all aspects of the nursery. I think the staff are fantastic and the care of my son is brilliant he loves it there. The only thing I don't like is that you cannot swap days. My son attends 3 days a week but I was not able to swap days when I asked. I know this is something that is offered at other nurseries and I don't understand why it cannot be considered if there is enough staff cover.

This is more than a nursery it's like a family.

The staff really try to understand the children's individual needs and work with them accordingly.

Will be sad the day my children leave!

My two children have attended Bright Horizons nursery and both loved it here. The staff are very friendly and always reassured me when leaving them. I have recommended this nursery to a lot of parents and they have agreed and put their children in this nursery also. I have used the back up care they provide which was a massive help for half term closures.

My daughter has been attending Eldonians nursery since she was 6 months old. She has grown into a confident chatty child who has a good bond with all staff in the nursery. The management and staff have been very approachable to speak to and willing to help.

I would recommend this nursery to other parents I know.

My daughter came to this nursery as part if the backup care. She really enjoyed her day and the staff we're so friendly and welcoming. Having never attended a nursery setting before she settled in really well and took part in the wide range if activities going on throughout the day. Both the manager and deputy we're really welcoming and I would highly recommend this nursery to all of my friends and family.
