Bright Horizons Eldonians Day Nursery and Preschool

My baby returns home in good mood after nursery. He seems to enjoy it and developed connections with the caregivers. I like daily reports so I know what he ate and didn't, what he played etc. The staff are welcoming and kind. They provide feedback on achievements or concerns and they seem very caring. There are plenty of developing and nurturing activities happening daily at nursery. My husband and I are very pleased with the nursery and are glad we chose it for our baby.

I would highly recommend this nursery, all the staff are really welcoming and friendly, the management are lovely and easy to approach if I have any issues and the nursery is well looked after and kept clean.

My son started at Eldonians in October last year. I was nervous at first with the current situation but my worries were put at ease instantly when I spoke to the manager and staff. They called me regularly to update me on progress and how he was settling and shared photographs with me so I could see things he had done that day. He has come on so much since starting and loves it there.

Brilliant nursery, our daughter loves going here. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. After the lockdown, I was worried about how she would be going back, but she settled so quickly. The staff are always happy to take a call when I wanted to check in on her, and always got in touch with me if required. We are moving away shortly, and I just hope she settles in her new nursery as well.

First of all I would like to say thank you to all the staff at Bright Horizons Eldonians as they really do go the extra mile. Choosing a nursery for any parent is always a massive worry but 6 weeks after our daughter started in October 2018 we realised choosing Eldonians was the easiest decision we made. The nursery is fantastic and always provide you with an excellent service and answer any questions you may have straight away. Our daughter loves going in to nursery and is always happy when going in and more importantly always smiling and so excited talking to me about her day in nursery as she has had so much fun. Another positive is that they have their own chef on site so you know the children are getting proper meals. Our daughter is coming on so much and it's great that they have a set criteria what they follow for the children's developments and we are so happy with the nursery that we have our second daughter starting there in a few weeks time.

Really lovely staff, very welcoming I feel they really care for my little boy and I feel confident they are helping him to grow and develop.

They completely changed my daughter and made her into a very sociable and pleasant young lady. They are simply the best!

We (me, my husband and my son) have absolutely loved this nursery. We have had complete trust in all the staff. My son has developed really well and loves coming to nursery. He has made lots of friends and has learnt lots of skills which we are really proud of. All keyworkers have been fantastic.

My child is happy to come in but he appreciates more outdoor activities/trips to places where he can learn about new things "on site".

Best nursery I could have sent my son to, all staff are fab and nothing is ever too much.

This nursery is excellent. My little boy is always happy and never has a problem going in. Loves the meals they serve and it's always fresh.

Eldonians is an excellent nursery, that I have highly recommended to a number of friends. My son has been here since he was 6 months old and the staff have loved and cared for him like he was their own - he leaves this year after 4 years and thanks to their support will leave happy and confident for school. My daughter has now been here a year and is absolutely thriving! She'll love spending the next 3 years here :)

We have always felt happy and secure with leaving our son here. He has always enjoyed coming in. We will feel sad he is finishing at Eldonians.

My daughter is due to leave at the end of this month, while I am excited for her to start school, I am sad to be soon saying goodbye to nursery. My daughter has thrived here and it has been worth every penny. I am forever grateful.

Bright Horizons Eldonians Day Nursery and Preschool is a wonderful nursery. My daughter absolutely loves her time there. The staff have always been so good with her and me by always informing me of an incident or any other info. I couldn't recommend this nursery any more and I am very happy that my child is so settled and welcomed by all staff. Definitely deserves all the praise.

I would recommend Bright Horizons Eldonians to anyone. As a single mum, I don't know what I would do without the reassurance that my little girl is in safe hands when I am at work.
